Guest Reviews
- WA_traveller57 (10/5): unforgettable boutique cave hotel experience - You must be searching for a cave hotel in Cappadocia, this is your Cave stay boutique. Look no further.
Location in the quiet town of Mustafapasa is ideal. It is historical, once Greek village. no noise or hustle of Goreme. great choices for restaurants too.
The staff welcomes you with a smile and the resident Golden Retriever, Maya a wagging tail. Everyone is friendly, helpful and there to be sure you have everything you need. The grounds are manicured and have an inviting atmosphere with caves. Our queen suite was very spacious, clean and QUIET! It was a pleasant experience to stay in the room with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious. We ate in the enclosed outdoor area. You will not see balloons go overhead as this is not the direction they usually fly. Unfortunately, for us, the 3 days we were there the wind was too strong and we did not get to go up. However, the early morning we were canceled we took advantage of the lovely spa. We went swimming in the beautiful pool, relaxed in the sauna and finally used the hammam bath. We were refreshed and ready to see more fairy chimneys from the ground.
- Gfburak (10/5): Çok Güzel.. - Personel çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü.
Otel tertemiz ve kahvaltıları çok güzeldi.
Odalar gayet temiz ve geniş.
- Oxana (10/5): A lovely long weekend in Cappadocia. - Spacious rooms, a beautiful resort, attentive service, and a very authentic breakfast. It is a bit far from the main attractions, which can be either a plus or a minus depending on what you are looking for.
- luismW4352FY (10/5): A Must place in Capadoccia - Wonderful and magical place, excellent service, and Maya is adorable
- 194cenkc (10/5): Unforgettable Memories – Unforgettable Experiences - Sinasos - Mustafa Paşa is one of the most authentic areas of Cappadocia—less touristic, yet rich in history and character. Its tranquility brings a deep sense of peace, and the local people are genuinely warm and welcoming.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to stay at the truly exceptional Seraphim Cave Cappadocia, one of Turkey’s most distinctive hotels. From the very first moment of our arrival, the front office and guest relations team—especially Maya—took meticulous care of every detail.
We stayed in one of the hotel’s exclusive cave suites. Beyond its authentic atmosphere, the room was technologically flawless in every aspect. The restaurant team also provided outstanding service at both breakfast and dinner, attending thoughtfully to every detail.
Behind this seamless experience is remarkable leadership. The hotel’s General Manager, Hakan Zaman, has clearly built a very special bond with his team. Thanks to the empowering environment he has created, the staff form genuine and meaningful connections with guests.
This will always remain a place where I experienced truly special memories. Thank you sincerely for everything.
- melissah1113 (10/5): Magical Hotel - This hotel is so incredibly special and magical! The grounds are beautiful, even when we went in the middle of winter. The staff are SO kind, warm and friendly. We really enjoyed talking with them, especially Habip! I loved everything about this place. It is also in a great location with many great restaurants nearby, including their own, Tasula which is absolutely delicious!
- Julie (10/5): Exquisite design hotel in great location - Amazing place. Clean, classy, gorgeous design. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was delicious. Highly recommend. Nothing, it was perfect.
- Yongyoot (10/5): -
- Leroy (10/5): Outstanding stay in a cave hotel - The hosts were very friends and always ready to share some knowledge about history of the property and Turkey in general. We arrived late in the night and wasn't sure what to expect but the experience will stay with us forever. It was story book perfect! The food for breakfast was different...good different! Then there was the friendly doggy Maya that my son chased around the property! To be honest no! The chef was amazing for dinner. The server was beautiful and charming! At first when you'd look at Seraphim it's hard to say what's it gonna be like but it was wow! We never once felt that we missed any comfort on a big 5* chain!
- Piyawadee (10/5): - Beautiful interior design, stunning view, staffs very friendly and helpful . Room very clean and beautiful.
Pool and sauna room are very nice. I love everything about this hotel.
- Shaowen (10/5): 洞穴酒店梦幻般的体验 - 非常惊艳的一次体验,员工专业友善,环境优雅舒适安静!
- Escape565653 (10/5): Magical Experience - This is the most beautiful hotel you can imagine. It's like being in a billionaire's palace. At night it's magical. The staff is incredible, friendly. Great restaurant. I stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer - at night it's so beautiful. Heartily recommended. I've never written a review before - this hotel is worth it. 5/5 isn't a high enough rating.
- mar_aaE3997YC (10/5): Fantastic hotel in every way - Yes it was.
Very good.
Staying in a cave and the service was fantastic.
Very very good.

Muchas gracias!

- T2612VFangief (10/5): Stunning stay in the Cappadia caves - This stunning hotel was my Cappadocia home for 4 nights while I explored the history, architecture, culture and landscapes of this region. Aside from being absolutely beautiful, the staff was beyond welcoming and attentive. They went over and above to make my stay magical. From the pool to the sauna, from the break-FEAST to the grounds, I felt safe (v important as a woman traveling alone) & very relaxed. This was the perfect experience for the surrounding caves. I especially loved the views of the hot air balloons in the morning, and Mai, the hotel dog, was the most adorable greeter & “guard” I could imagine.
- geoffm808 (10/5): Beautiful property, friendly staff, great breakfast, cool rooms, amazing pool, spa and sauna facilities - A gorgeous property with attentive, friendly staff (and Maya the hotel dog). My booking included an over-the-top traditional breakfast to which they added eggs (any style) upon request. The setting is stunning on the edge of a very walkable village with lots of welcoming local shopkeepers, restaurants, etc. As a regular swimmer, I loved the underground heated pool. August was very hot mid-day but, I geared my activities to early morning and late afternoon/evening. I thoroughly enjoyed sunsets listening to evening prayer calls with a glass of wine on the daybed above the beautifully landscaped courtyards. As an aside, do not miss a balloon flight which was magical (fly@kapadokyaballoons.com) and the Guray pottery museum which featured both historic and contemporary pottery in an exquisitely designed subterranean star shaped vault with an amazing shop that included everything from kitschy refrigerator magnets to magnificent high-end masterpieces.
- moseymkh (10/5): Tranquility and Gracious - We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 2 nights as we toured Cappadocia area. The staff are gracious and attentive. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The indoor pool and spa area provide a tranquil haven. The rooms, fashioned to be a cave are spacious, well appointed and super comfortable bed. Our only regret is we could not stay another night to relax.
- timothymm2025 (10/5): A Cappadocia delight - We have just three wonderful days at the Seraphim hotel Cappadocia from arrival to departure. It was deluxe all the way manager Habib and his staff could not do enough to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We stayed in a cave room which was certainly five Star with luxurious bed and enormous spa bathand all the accoutrement you would expect in the top-of-the-line hotel breakfast at the Seraphim were a banquet and dinner a culinary delight cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. We’d love to come back.
- 55recept (10/5): Unique and a cozy place in Cappadocia - Thanks to all team members. They are great and friendly people especially Habip who works at the reception. The place, garden and rooms are all over quality. They’re all very cautious about your stay and your schedule during the holiday. You should stay in Seraphim if you’d come back again.
- jbmiz (10/5): Fun for everyone! - We enjoyed two nights at this hotel and enjoyed playing with Maya, taking Turkish baths, sitting in the garden drinking a glass of wine and a couple of meals. My husband and I even had massages! Highly recommend the quaint location.
- 584habipk (10/5): A Dream vocation - Absolutely breathtaking! Beautiful room, great breakfast astonishing garden All staf was süper nice. Especiall gusy who work at the rection they are very helpful they help us to make a reservation for ballon and an airport transfer.
Highly recomended!!!
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- LindaSAustinMD (10/5): Perfect! - We stayed at the hotel for three days and had a fabulous experience. Every detail was beautifully attended to, and a special shout out to Mustafa who had the nightshift but brought me coffee every morning and was as kind and polite as could be! We ended up eating all of our meals at the hotel because we were so pleased with the dining service and were exhausted by the end of the day!
- Q477OJ_ (10/5): A perfect experience in Cappadocia - I spent a few days in this hotel, in a quiet spot in the heart of Cappadocia. Very close to all important locations in the area, it is luckily outside the busy tourists areas, so an excellent option for family. Very attentive staff, a wonderful spa with sauna, hammam and indoor pool, it offers very beautiful “cave” rooms (yes, it is a cave hotel). The breakfast is wonderful and I strongly suggest it for a visit in Cappadocia. To get the most of your trip, rent a car and get a personal guide. You will be really satisfied.
- barbf785 (10/5): Amazing place - Beautiful and wonderful service. The care and attention to detail was so appreciated. Our room was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Loved meeting Maya the resident pup. They organized a hot air balloon trip that was fun. The town of Mustafapasa has great history and lots of wonderful finds. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.
- Martia (10/5): - Such a beautiful property - the suites, amenities, staff and of course the food! Hope to be back some day.
- Muhammet Emin (10/5): İletişim 💯 - Tüm isteklerimize imkanlar çerçevesinde yanıt veren, karşılamadan uğurlamaya kader kahve ikram teklifiyle içimizi ısıtan ambiyansı ve çok sevimli Maya köpeği ile en sevdiğimiz oteller arasına girmiştir. Kahvaltının tadını hala unutamıyoruz. Tüm çalışanlarınıza teşekkür ederiz.
- YUSUF CAN (10/5): Her şey harikaydı - Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlüydü odalar harikaydı kahvaltı çok iyiydi kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz
- Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - So clean and cosy rooms, amazing service
- Ajay (10/5): Amazing experience. Family like staff - Maya the dog… she was very friendly.
Basically the staff, facilities and food were top notch The location was a bit far
- Mark (10/5): Family winter stay at Seraphim Caves - We booked the family suite for my family of four. The room size was huge and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was really large and of exceptional quality. My kids also enjoyed the use of the indoor swimming pool.
- Akshi (10/5): BEST STAY EVER - The property is extremely beautiful and clean. Rooms are very spacious and huge. Very neat and clean property with very very polite staff. Fatimah helped us so much with all our requirements be it the tours or taxi transfers. The best part about the property is definitely their 10 month old golden retriever- Maya!
Would absolutely recommend this property 10/10.
- Sachin (1/5): Bad -
- Shijo (9/5): Superb -
- Anshul (9/5): Superb -
- 852cleos (10/5): Lavish Life in the Seraphim Caves - Beginning with the very pleasant, helpful staff to the beautiful decor of the cave facilities, this was a delightful visit! The rooms are spacious, excellent modern baths , walls of stone, room furnishings suit the caves. Beautiful lawns with flowering plants, spacious common areas. Breakfast is a lavish selection of many local fruits/veggies/nuts/honeys and more. Custom omelets. And dinner was fantastic! The pasta was superb, as well as the wines. Due to a disability I wasn't able to use the pool, but it looked inviting!
The sights of the Cappadocia area are splendid! A 2-3 day stay in the area will be appreciated by the unusual and ancient life and geography of the area. So much history to learn. And hot air balloons to fly in or enjoy as they sail by on the morning breezes!
- Marianella (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clinton (7/5): Excellent, luxurious property with an excellent staff. But a bit far from the bustling Goreme. - The hotel itself is quite upmarket and matches the photos. The staff are excellent and professional. The hotel is unfortunately not in or really near the epicentre of Cappadocia. There are better overall options in Goreme.
- Kunal (10/5): - Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia.
Many thanks to Seraphim team in making our stay memorable!
Best, Kunal

- Alexander (10/5): Amazing hotel stay - We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi).
Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.
5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.
- AlexanderH2957 (10/5): Extraordinary hotel - We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean)..

5 star experience.
- Saidur (5/5): We weren’t not given a cave room first (even though we paid €260/night). We needed to pay €75/night - The beauty of the site and the pool. We weren’t not given a cave room first (even though we paid €260/night). We needed to pay €75/night extra to get a cave room, which is really high price for 1 night. People can get a decent cave room with vey less price. That might be reason, the hotel was empty.
Breakfast was served in tables with minimum choices for the price we paid.
No Wi-Fi overnight.
- Adrian (7/5): Not a bad stay but I would choose a better area/ location. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location. Didn’t think that the hotel area was quite remote. Our first time in Cappadocia, I think Göreme and Uchisar areas are better. More convenient.
- Q9323UDmarkv (10/5): Amazing Suites, Staff, Food and Site - We were here two nights and hated to leave. We were beyond pleased with everything, from the friendly staff at check in and throughout, to the spacious and ultra cool cave suite, to the best Turkish breakfast we had in our whole 10 days in Turkey, to the proximity to everything in the Cappadocia region. Thank you! We will be back.

- FarAway32315453886 (10/5): Wonderful - Best hotel I’ve ever been to. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff was so nice. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Urgup. I would definitely prefer to stay there for my next visit to Cappadocia. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable<3
- Rasa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sirachat (10/5): Hidden gems in heritage area. Highly recommended. - Peaceful and luxurious hotel in heritage area. Good for relaxation. Great breakfast and friendly staffs. The bathroom door is too open with clear mirror. Not feeling romantic at all and lost privacy.
- Robert (10/5): Loved it. An experience we will treasure - Unique property. Beautiful facility with all the amenities and great service. The “cave experience” is unique.
- K9061KIcelestem (10/5): Great Stay in Cappadocia at Seraphim Cave hotel - We had a wonderful stay at Seraphim Cave Hotel--the staff are just outstanding, so very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to use their amazing spa facilities. An excuse to go back!
- Freegogo (10/5): Authentic lovely hotel - Loved the hotel and the people. We had a peaceful and restful stay. The hamam, sauna and the pool were a nice addition to the authentic rooms. The restaurant serves delicious local dishes. The breakfast was rich and delicious. A lot of delicious jams, cheeses, tea and coffee, gözleme, eggs, and more.

- Roopika (8/5): Very good -
- Mohamed (10/5): Simply perfect - Quite place, clean, food is delicious, and all the staff was so nice, rooms are very good and the hot pool and Turkish bath as well Nothing everything was simply perfect
- F8495USdianaa (10/5): The best hotel I’ve ever been to - The hotel is fantastic, every little detail is carefully arranged, the staff is amazing, the food is really good, the breakfast is a full experience and the infrastructure is like taken from a movie. On top of everything, they have the sweetest dog. I would love to repeat this experience many times.
- 468stephenu (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in Cappadocia - I had a wonderful stay during my recent visit to Cappadocia. The hotel suite was luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The Turkish breakfast was excellent, as was the wait staff. Kudos to Fatima for lining up my airport pickup, balloon ride, and horseback riding. I give this hotel the very highest marks for service and quality, and would certainly stay here again during my next visit.

- Carelse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): Fantastic Hotel and even better breakfast! - Overall a fantastic small hotel with a very personal feel. I loved coming back after a day of activites, it rather felt like coming home. I'm not a fan of large scale impersonal and bustling hotels so this fitted the bill perfectly and the location is out of town and peaceful. All the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Loved chatting to Mustafa who always had a smile on his face and Selcuk who rushed to get me blanket one chilly evening. The breakfast at Seraphim was the highlight, lots of food and most importantly the quality of the produce was outstanding. We did a tour of Turkey and hands down the best breakfasts of our trip were at Seraphim Caves!
The room booked was a bit smaller than expected but we were able to upgrade for a extremely reasonable cost, thank you so much. The upgraded room was stunning Being a cave hotel understandably rooms are a little dark, but this could be easily fixed with a bit more lighting or the addition of some lamps. A full length mirror would be a great addition
- Thierry (10/5): Exceptional -
- SELDA (10/5): - Facilities in the hotel were in excellent condition, staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this hotel.
- Dionis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amir (10/5): Excellent service. Highly recommended - Nicely done Can’t think of anything
- Turid (9/5): A comfortable stay in a small village. - Beautiful room, top class bedding and towels, wonderful toiletries, the peace and quiet. Excellent breakfast.
Lovely indoor pool. We would have appreciated a frosted glass door from the room to the bathroom.
And- an outdoor pool would have been an added luxury.
Check the price of any wine before ordering. We didn’t and should have.
- Marian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Y&s (10/5): Epitome of Tranquility - Amazing peaceful dream place. Epitome of tranquillity, relax and history all in one place. The king Suite is to die for! Restaurant should improve to match the whole hotel quality.

- Rudra (10/5): -
My Husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Gabriel, Ahmed, and Fatima were exceptional hosts who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any inquiries or requests. Fatima, in particular, had been extremely helpful even before our trip, as she patiently answered all my questions and provided useful information via WhatsApp and in person while there. It was wonderful to finally meet her in person and express my gratitude for her assistance.
The hotel's chef, Seda, prepared a delicious Turkish breakfast that was a delightful start to each day. The spread included a variety of fresh and local delicacies, giving us a taste of the authentic Turkish cuisine. The restaurant staff, Murat and Sedat, were also incredibly kind and provided excellent service during my meals.
One of the highlights of our stay was experiencing a Turkish bath and massage at the hotel's spa. The luxurious and rejuvenating treatment left us feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
The cave room at Seraphim Cave Hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. It was beautifully designed, blending traditional elements with modern Staying in a cave room was a unique experience, and the room itself was spacious and clean.
- Julie (10/5): A wonderful destination in Cappadocia - The Seraphim Cave Suites is an exquisite hotel and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a queen suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious as were the dinners we had at the property. I also indulged in a massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is outstanding. We highly recommend this accommodation. Nil

- Nitin (8/5): a wonderful place overall. I will be back again . but I expected more for the price I paid - hope my feedback is conside - fantastic and friendly staff , great service , superb suites , scenic property , amazing breakfast spread !! poor wifi connectivity throughout the property
also, we were provided with only 1 bottle of drinking water in the room each day. anything extra was chargeable . this is despite booking a king suite and staying as a family of 3.
