• Verified traveler (10/5): Charming Comfort! - Last minute booking! We're local, my BF's house is a 7min drive from this location. But I wanted to surprise him with an overnight stay away from roommates. We have come across this property before but had doubts and always opted to go find something out of town. I decided I would just go for it and book it and hope for the best! I got extremely nervous when i get the more detailed pdf file telling us that its a 4 bdrm house with 3 bathrooms and has instructions on where to locate our room. I seriously thought we were renting a room with the owners still living in it! Thankfully, NO! It was empty when we arrived and we peaked around at every room. Enough beds for 8! Downstairs was the kitchen, living room, formal dining room, didn't enter the garage/laundry room and 1 full bath. Upstairs had our room w/private bath and another room, 2 bds and a private bath. Every room was decorated differently. Our room had color changing LED lights under the bed. The bed was the most comfortable mattress I have EVER slept on! The bathrooms are great! The rooms are great! The backyard is lit up by false torches, so they give off this dancing glow like torches. Really cute! Plenty of space for hanging out! There's a BBQ grill. And a firepit as well. Plenty if seating. Throughout the house are beautiful decorations. I saw games. Extra blankets, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies. We're a blended family with an ex and our kids and we loved this house, we want to rent the whole thing!!!
• Gillian (10/5): - The property, in all respects, had the aura Of a very well-kept home. I was very comfortable and slept quite well. My only caveat at all was that I could’ve used another blanket. If I ever stay in Palmdale again, this will be the place I will stay. Thank you very, very much!

• Cindy (10/5): - The house is like a hidden gem tucked inside a quiet Palmdale neighborhood minutes from the highway. The inside was tastefully designed and made us feel right at home. Joseph, the owner, is warm, friendly, and solicitous. He’s also very responsive on the phone. The room we stayed in, the Cozy Room, was clean and had comfortable double beds. The bathroom had towels and free toiletries such as shampoo, lotion, and soap; toothpaste and toothbrush were also available for $1 each. We like that our room had a Roku and a floor A/C unit, which we didn’t think we’d need but ended up turning on anyway in the middle of this summer heat. We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the Palmdale area again. The price as well as the atmosphere certainly beats out more costly hotels in the area. Thank you, Joseph!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We had the room with 2 double beds - the room was on the 2nd floor, was spacious and clean. We had some issues on check-in, but those were quickly addressed by the owner. The A/C is on a timer, goes off at 10:30 PM, and did not come back on until 8AM, but there was a standing floor fan, so we were comfortable. Bathroom was nice, but towel rack was loose and needed repair. All in all, acceptable, and we would stay there again.

• Robert (10/5): Individual rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom house. - I was expecting a room adjacent to the house with a private entrance but it was a 4 bedroom 2 story home in a residential area. The front door had a code to get in the house and there where other guests staying at the home. The rooms are also rented thru Abnb. I liked the house and the host Joseph was very professional. I would stay again.
