• Stiles (7/5): Don't Stay Here If You Prefer to Have Staff on Site - Central location. Relatively quiet at night. Two separate bedrooms. Size of rooms. It was not clearly stated that there were no staff at the location. This was a little problematic when trying to drop off luggage at the facility before the official check-in at 3:00PM. But this became a major issue when during a particularly windy day the power in the building went out. Without electricity their whole unmanned system broke down. The front door buzzer to contact a human did not work. The methods of entering the building and room with a code did not work. We were reduced to communicating by messaging via Booking.com. While the responses via Booking.com were very timely, I was stunned when the first response back to me was to go outside to see if the neighboring buildings had electricity because if they didn't it would be clear whether the problem was with the city of Taormina or just with the facility. It was added that if this was a city problem, there was nothing that the facility could do. I reluctantly did as requested. All the neighboring buildings had electricity. I duly reported the fact. I was asked to open the breaker cabinet outside of the building to check to see if a breaker had flipped off. It took about two minutes to find the breaker that was off. I was instructed to flip it back up. The electricity came back on in the building. I didn't feel like this was part of the responsibility that I agreed to accept when I rented the rooms and duly paid for the privilege.

• Beverley (7/5): Great location plse fix the digital access !! - Great central location and clean rooms Front door digital number never worked so had to ring for assistance every time. A real pain. The digital number for the room worked.
• Iolanda Aparecida (10/5): Amei acordar e ver o Etna pela janela. Perfeito! - Tudo estava perfeito. O melhor é que podíamos voltar pra casa descansar com muita facilidade. Cama boa, tudo muito limpo. Só elogios. Subir com as malas pelas escadas. Mas isso foi um desafio momentâneo.

Una de ellas con una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario. Por la mañana hacen la limpieza. Muy bien situada al lado del DUOMO y de la calle principal. A 5 minutos andando del aparcamiento. De los mejores alojamientos que hemos tenido en Sicilia. Nada, todo genial.

Pour le parking il vaut la peine de choisir celui juste en face de l'appartement : son propriétaire est extrêmement aimable et flexible, et très réactif. Assez mal isolé. Pas de contact possible avec le propriétaire.

Apertman je zapravo stan pa možete steći dojam kako je bilo nekada živjeti na ovom mjestu. Vrlo prostrano. Ima više terasa međutim one nisu održavane u mjeri u kojoj bi to bilo potrebno. Madrac u krevetu na razvlačenje nije udoban za spavanje.

• Goran (9/5): Would like to do it again! - Very clean, great view, adorable terrace, classic house but rather modern (and fresh) look inside. Service absolutely above expectations for apartment rent. Cleanliness outstanding! Communication over whatsapp with fast response. Great coffee machine with daily recharging of coffee. Location also outstanding. Probably the best in Taormina if you are not interested in beaches, but the city itself. Missing microwave oven :). A bit cold inside, even air-condition was engaged.

• Michelle (10/5): Comfortable and Convenient - The space was fabulous! It was perfect for a family. The property recommended a private parking garage next-door and it worked out great! The nearest public parking is not far at all though. The location was great and we could walk to everything. We will be booking again for our next weekend getaway to Taormina.

• William (1/5): The Flat was not to our expectations and we found somewhere else to stay. - The location is good When we arrived we were greeted with 2 very unpleasant smells. Drains and hot cooking fat which was overwhelming. The furniture is a lot older than the photos and not at all what we expected. The owners are non responsive when you have an issue other than to say no refund and log you as a no show.

Arredi e servizi un po’ datati. - La posizione: in piazza Duomo nella zona pedonale, al centro di Taormina, ma anche vicino al parcheggio di porta Catania. Il terrazzino, orientato a sud ovest e con vista laterale verso il mare. Le dimensioni della camera, organizzata in monolocale, molto ampia, ariosa e ben illuminata, e cucina separata. Tutte le finiture dell’appartamento, serramenti, porte, bagno erano piuttosto datati, e bisognosi di una rinfrescata generale. Mana una sdraio sul terrazzino. Contatti con l’ospite assolutamente impersonali, solo attraverso la rete.

Camera onestissima a ottimo prezzo in bassa stagione. Stupendo Spiace non aver conosciuto di persona i gestori del posto. Poi tutto funziona perfettamente tramite Whatsapp, ma è una cosa mia personale forse poter trovare il contatto umano, ma niente di che.
