Guest Reviews
- Jason (9/5): Very nice in all regards. Clean, updated and very friendly staff - Stayed at Hyatt Place Moab for two nights during our family road trip and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Moab and Arches National Park. The breakfast staff was especially friendly and did an excellent job every morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days of hiking and sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!
- Diane (1/5): -
- Jackie (10/5): Pretty hotel, clean, great location, comfortable room. Would stay again. - Clean location, laundry facilities, good lunch at restaurant. Friendly staff. Could have used more meat options for breakfast other than pork or vegan sausage.
- Rmm21 (6/5): Ok but I liked Best Western in Moab much better. - The location is great. The layout of the room was nice and spacious. The room was very dark. The food was not great.
- Joy (10/5): We'll be back. - Sadik greeted us when we checked in and was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The pool area was beautiful.
- Alejandro (9/5): -
- Ricardo (10/5): Prima luxe hotel op goede locatie voor een redelijke prijs. - De locatie, de luxe kamer. Een heerlijk comfortabel bed. Gezond ontbijt. Heel schoon en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nergens iets op aan te brengen
- Vincent (8/5): -
- 291lambertv (10/5): Awesome Moab - Excellent experience.
Angelica, Sude, Orcan , Sadik made us feel at home. They worked together as a
marvelous team.
We will be back in part of the positive vibes we felt from this crew.
- LEI (9/5): -
- fabrice (8/5): -
- Didier (9/5): Superbe escale à Moab - La piscine et le jacuzzi, les chambres propres et modernes. Un peu loin du centre ville, mais en voiture c’est à 2mn
- Martin_timothy32 (8/5): Hyatt Moab visit - Place was neat and clean, the free breakfast buffet was great. We were disappointed there was no microwave to heat up our lunch. The shower space was compact like a hospital though, most 3 or 4 star hotels have a full tub or bubble jet for your vacation experience.
- Fearless02629145424 (10/5): Fantastic! - This is a great hotel. Nice, clean rooms and the hotel itself is well presented. It is clean. The breakfast room is the best I've been to and the employees are working hard to keep tables clear and clean. I haven't been to any hotel "free" breakfast that is better than this one. Check-in was friendly and we appreciated the bike storage this hotel provides. Hotel was quiet.
- Elefdee (9/5): comfortabel verblijf vlakbij drie nationale parken - Ontbijt is prima met fruit, yoghurt, toast en vruchtensappen. Kamer is mooi en modern met prima sanitair niets
- Kathryn (8/5): -
- Alfred Joseph (9/5): Good value and location. - Convenient location. Clean. Helpful staff. No complaints.
- jnlplantbasedRN666 (8/5): Great hotel for the area - Excellent breakfast buffet which included vegan options. Check in and out times were perfect. Comfortable bedding. The hotel is right on the highway but almost all of the hotels are so there’s road noise but once you’re inside the hotel it’s a nice joint. It is also right on the trail that leads into the parks so if you’re running or riding it’s a great location!
- W1ll1eD (10/5): What more can we say… - We have stayed at Hyatt Place hotels before and always had a good experience. This location exceeded our expectations. What more can we say?
- 543serifs (10/5): Excellent stay thanks to amazing staff - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Sude and Sadik, who were both outstanding and made my experience even better with their friendly, attentive service. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I greatly appreciated the way they went above and beyond to help. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality.
- NLLofaro (10/5): - Beautiful and clean hotel. We've never stayed in a Hyatt but we will definitely look for others now in our travels. Staff was great.
- Rebecca (9/5): - Breakfast was great. Quite busy but the wait was not long. I loved the bike storage. It was a great place to stay for our family. It seems quite busy but we were there during jeep week so that is not a hotel problem. We will come back to stay when it isn't such a busy time.
- M7608YHnicolek (10/5): Wacey = the BEST bartender - Wacey is the absolute BEST bartender! My crew was only able to enjoy Moab and this hotel for the day as we were just passing through. Wacey was super knowledgeable about the area and incredibly generally helpful with my team's chaotic needs and questions. She was patient, kind, and was even able to pull some strings for us to even better enjoy our short stay. If you are ever in the area, go visit Wacey!! <3
- Jeanne (8/5): -
- Travel33072056844 (10/5): Moab - What a wonderful experience! It started with Sadik at the front desk. He took the time to address our concerns on where to go in Canyonlands and Arches National Park. Sadik pulled out maps for both parks and highlighted where to go. In addition, he gave us great recommendations on where to eat.
The hotel itself was in a perfect spot in Moab with a great view. Great amenities, clean, and in a safe area.
- jensy10 (10/5): Excellent stay - We stayed in several hotels while traveling through Utah. This one was the family favorite. The pool was very nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. And the beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located and made traveling to Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Shore super easy.
- sharonkT5325ZZ (10/5): Great stay between downtown Moab (3 min) & Arches (8 min) - Great location, LOVED having access to large w/d ($1.75/load each) and sitting area in room instead of just 2 beds, very clean/modern, free bfast daily w/cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, eng muffins, selection of cut fruit/granola/yogurt, multiple juices, etc. Didn't use very large hot tub or pool. My friend liked the gym (but a/c wasn't working so HOT). Had 2Q high floor which are on backside of hotel and faces and dirt wall - never heard road noise or people in rooms/hallway (there 3N)...only downside, no bathroom vent fan. would def stay here again.
- Nicholas (9/5): Good quality hotel - Great choice of food for breakfast. Plenty of tables. Quality of food was excellent and hot food was hot. All good
- Patricia (8/5): - Location and cleanliness Price
- Ana (9/5): - La habitación, los servicios del hotel, el personal Me gustó todo
- alindner25 (8/5): Perfect location - This hotel is in a prime location in Moab, about five minutes from Arches, hour and some change from the Needles district, and ~45 min from Island in the Sky and Dead Horse Point. Overall very nice, but the day we were checking out we noticed 50+ gnat-like bugs all over everything in our room. Didn’t notice them the whole stay until that day. Sort of gross.
- Z8813KJbillw (10/5): Hiking around the national parks! - Sadik at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful spot with great views. Loved the pool & the hot tub! We will be back for sure.
- Escape06739356872 (10/5): A great stay! - Wacey checked us into Moab Hyatt place and made it a pleasant experience from the start and throughout the evening as we dined at the Placery kitchen which was just what we needed after a long day of travel. Very nice hotel with all the amenities!!!
- Øystein (9/5): -
- Kathy (10/5): -
- 638georgettel (10/5): First trip to Moab, but not our last - This hotel is the perfect base for visiting two national parks: Arches and Canyonlands! It is on the edge of Moab, and you have beautiful views from your window if you face west. It has a relaxed atmosphere with well-appointed rooms. It was clean and welcoming. A hot breakfast is available, including scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, coffee, and hot water for tea. They also have a bar area with food. The hotel staff is attentive to your needs, but most especially Sude. She works at the front desk and was very accommodating with a special request I had. We were traveling with reusable ice blocks, but the hotel rooms had only a fridge without a freezer compartment. She happily mentioned that she could store the ice blocks in the kitchen freezer. That made such a difference that we could pack our lunch and stay in the National Parks for a longer period of time. We did this twice. When we return to Moab, I'll want to stay here again.
- Andrews (8/5): -
- Jorge (10/5): -
- Davide (5/5): - I paid a lot of money and the hot tub was closed all the time. I ordered food for dinner and I had probably food poisoning and I was sick all night and day after
- Rosanne (8/5): Heerlijk! - Heerlijk zwembad. Mooi onderhouden. Pruim baas ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Weinig zitplek bij ontbijt. Onze kamer stonk heel erg naar frituur…
- suryam986 (2/5): Horrible experience - My initial phone complaint regarding a broken TV was ignored. I had to call a second time to get maintenance to my room. Maintenance spent 20 minutes in my room only to conclude the TV was unfixable. I was then told the front desk would call me in 10 minutes, that call never came. When I personally went to the lobby to seek a resolution, I was confronted by a representative not even handling my case, who questioned why I found the situation "ridiculous." This level of unprofessionalism is shocking for a Hyatt property.
I was moved to a significantly smaller room and the luggage cart was unavailable, they didn't even try finding me one.
The new room was not only smaller, but the bathroom door did not close and light seeped into the room all night
- Andres (9/5): - The pillows , i personally don’t like feather pillows and the bed sheets were making a lot of noise
- brookerN8805IX (10/5): Great Place to Rest while exploring Moab - We recently had an excellent stay at the HP Moab. The hotel was clean and pretty quiet despite being booked to capacity during our 4 night stay. Breakfast each morning was fantastic - the best HP breakfast we've experienced, and it was better than most Regency/Grand Club breakfasts (San Francisco, San Diego, DC, Kauai, Waikiki to name a few). Perfect spot to explore the national parks and all Moab has to offer!
- MICHAEL (5/5): Generic -
- O1933QDmarks (10/5): Hyatt good. Hyatt bar…Excellent! - Stay was good. But the unexpected gem was the bar and Wacey. She was extremely attentive and just an absolute pleasure. Drinks came out quickly and perfect!
- rebecca (10/5): -
- Cindi (8/5): Would be a great stay if less expensive - Location was good Way too over priced and pet fee was very expensive.
- haitaoj (6/5): A Total Mixed Bag: Fantastic Staff, Frustrating Room - We had a mixed experience staying at Hyatt Place Moab.
On the positive side, the front desk was friendly and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. Later, when we had to leave early due to an emergency, the hotel was very understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay—kudos to them for handling that situation with care.
However, the stay itself got off to a rough start. The automatic blinds in our room were broken, and while the hotel did send two staff members over within a few hours to fix them, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. The final technician was helpful and explained that the mechanism was malfunctioning and working in reverse, but the repeated repairs disrupted our rest and unpacking. Unfortunately, the front desk said there were no alternative rooms available.
The bed was also noticeably saggy—one of the least comfortable we’ve experienced in recent years. In addition, road noise was quite noticeable late at night.
Location-wise, the hotel sits on the edge of town with easy highway access, and it’s a short drive to attractions like Bowtie Arch and Corona Arch, which is convenient.
Overall, while the staff showed good customer service in certain situations, the room condition and comfort fell short of expectations.
- Antonina (8/5): -
- Nieko (10/5): - had a quick breakfast of oatmeal.
- 119abbies (10/5): A fantastic experience - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything felt clean, comfortable and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. The staff were very helpful and helped us plan a sunrise hike. One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the coffee available at 5:00, perfect for hikers looking to get an early start. The location is a big plus- 5 min drive to arches national park, 30 min to canyonlands. Overall, a fantastic experience!
- Nakano (8/5): -
- 27kirkl (10/5): Angelica and Sude were great! Great hotel! - Great place to stay. Good rooms, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet rooms on the backside. Very clean, although we had a clogged bathroom sink, they fixed it quickly! Very friendly staff; Angelica and Sude were great, helped us with everything! They also have a bike locker for you riders and a bike repair room. I'll stay here again! Price was not too bad...
- Julie (9/5): -
- Yong (10/5): -
- Anne Sophie (10/5): Très bon séjour. - Le petit déjeuner, la chambre spacieuse, le bâtiment.
- giorgiasV2542WB (10/5): Excellent service - Beautiful and clean location. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive to customers’ needs. A special mention to Sude and Sadik, who helped me and my family find a ride to the airport at the last minute.
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Amber (10/5): Wonderful! - Proximity to the arches national park, very clean and well managed! None
- Sam (9/5): -
- Tamera (9/5): Hyatt Place or Palace? - Centrally located to all tourist attractions and a number of fine restaurants. Beautiful clean and well maintained facilities. Fantastic varied breakfast items every day. Staff going out of their way to treat guests like royalty. Cleaners for rooms coming at 8:30 in the morning is much to early.
- debra (6/5): The dogs in the hotel are a turnoff, will not come back after our experience and not offered anythin - Breakfast was just ok
Location was great You allowed dogs in the hotel. A dog in the room next door whined howeled and barked, ruined our weekend
- A2459YCmarim (10/5): Exceptional Service & Spotless Rooms” - I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service—Sadik went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, Sadik made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!
- Brian (10/5): -
- Smith (9/5): -
- M (8/5): Prima hotel! - Prima hotel! Hele vriendelijke mensen bij de receptie. Deden hun best behulpzaam te zijn. Goede ligging voor de uitstapjes De whirlpool was oké maar het zwembad was ijskoud.
- Margaret (10/5): The rate matches the accommodations. - It was clean, well decorated, with plenty of parking. The breakfast was okay.
- Peter (9/5): - Breakfast was great, staff was always friendly and very accommodating, pet friendly status of the hotel was a bonus. The only thing was that the drain in the bathroom sink was slow (which isn’t a major issue).
- kendrabE5196UF (10/5): Great relaxing experience - Upscale hotel. Beautiful rooms with great views of the mountains. The (included) breakfast exceeded my expectations. The food was hot and fresh. The Hyatt Place Moab has a beautiful separate spa and pool area. The pool was heated. They have many outdoor seating areas around the property. The indoor lobby seating area is very large and has different seating areas for a few to a lot of guests. They have an onsite restaurant, (The Placery. It is near the bar area, seating for just restaurant also. Outdoor seating too. It has an upscale menu for a hotel/bar. We ate there the first night. We didn't want to Go Out after traveling, hiking, showering etc. The food was good. Service was excellent. I highly recommend Hyatt Place Moab.
- Mckenzie (5/5): -
- Nomad60865942561 (8/5): Good value for space and location - Solid experience. We stayed in a 2 BR/2BA casita which is good for families. Pretty comfortable although bed could probably use a good flip of the mattress. Well appointed and spacious. Couch not too comfortable but that is the nature of pull out couches - they tend to be hard. Google TV not difficult at all using QR code (World of Hyatt app option did not work as the instructions were not what app offered ).
- Suzanne (8/5): -
- christinesI682VO (10/5): Fantastic location, top notch care! - Fantastic location, amazing pool and hot tub with views that are breath taking! Staff is so helpful, left a big bag of birthday goodies in our room as a surprise for my Mom at check-in! Definitely take advantage of eating at the sunset restaurant perched above the hotel, you won’t regret it! Book here, you won’t be disappointed, nor overrun with too many people like other locations!
- katravler (8/5): Great Stay - Really enjoyed our stay overall. Clean hotel, kind people, nice areas to study or read, very close to downtown, has bike storage, fitness center and close to all parks. We would return
- Nancy (9/5): We brought our granddaughter who loved it last year and wanted to come back. She was still thrilled! - The breakfast was good with a variety. The hot tub is a great size. It was a little cool the first night but was much warmer on our 2nd night. I never had my receipt emailed as they said they would.
- Karen MezaDelacruz (9/5): -
- Martin (9/5): - Cleanliness, spacious room, best breakfast on a round trip from denver to grand canyon and back over 4 nights.
- henrygZ825TH (10/5): What's not to love? - This is our second year in a row staying at the Hyatt Place in Moab. This is a modern and comfortable hotel that is very well maintained. It is airy and open, and just 8 min. from the entrance to Arches National Park and minutes to downtown Moab. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are above average for being included in the room rate. Very large outdoor pool and hot tub. February room rates are very reasonable. Rooms are clean, large and have refrigerators. TV are good with great reception. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We like everything about this place.
- Inspire11710255658 (10/5): Rooms were great & the breakfasts are above & beyond! - Rooms were great & the breakfasts are above & beyond! Staff was absolutely perfect & understanding on every level! Parking is also perfect & well lit.
- ANDRE (7/5): -
- 425warrenr (10/5): Family stay - Angelica and Sadik were our host during our stay and they were both great! Hotel atmosphere was excellent and updated. Rooms were great also.

- Glen (10/5): excellent location and rooms were fantastic - pricing, clean, friendly and well kept
- Marina (10/5): -
- Chriss (10/5): - The entire staff was super friendly and professional! We loved the hotel! My bed was just ok, but I need a very good mattress for my back. We still rate our stay a 10!
- Jeff (10/5): - The staff was top-notch and the facility extremely clean Did not like how they do their Netflix and other venues on the TV
- Jeff (10/5): - The staff was awesome and the facility clean and definitely fit the Moab vibe👍
- Luis Guillermo (7/5): -
- Sophia (7/5): Location is great but lots to improve - The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. The water in the shower is not consistent which makes it hard . The breakfast is ok but not like most Hyatt lots of things are missing and takes forever for someone to get things out when they are empty. I told tge front desk about the water but they didn’t seam to care . When we came tge front desk employees were very friendly. First time in Hyatt that there is no coffee or tee in the lobby during the day . The hot tub is not really a hot tub just a little bit of bubbles
- Chris (10/5): -
- Natali (7/5): Not impressed - The room was clean and basically that is what I am most concerned about. Some things about the room made it feel budget hotel-ish. Maybe I was expecting too much? The cover over the box springs wasn’t covering them-looked like no one cared. Uncomfortable bed. The water in the shower continuously went from extremely hot to luke warm-and this was at midnight so not during high demand. I paid more for a room with a view, not worth it, but look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Breakfast was lacking. Not many options or variety. Unimpressed.
