- John (10/5): Worth a stop if passing through. - Hotel was clean, very accommodating, nice, breakfast, and a spectacular Venezuelan restaurant, Asadero La Forteaeza five blocks away on the head of Diagonal Street.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Air Conditioning Restrictions - I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.
