• Deborah (9/5): - Clean, roomy, king bed Room didn't have an overhead light, just lots of small light you have to turn on. Not bright enough. Fridge wasn't plugged in. Pulled it out of the cabinet to plug in, still barely cool. Ran out of several meds at the front desk. Come on guys, stock up.

• Susan (9/5): Wish I could have stayed longer, but had to get up early and get on the road home. - easy check in - in person. ON line I received email for the contactless check in. While I tried it by downloading the app, there was an error twice, then it said to call. I was visiting family and didn't want to spend my time on my phone. I just went in to check in like the old days, which is fine with me there was dust on the edges over the bed and a dark stain on the headboard. The rug had a few stains on it. I'd prefer all the hard floor for cleanining purposes. The room smelled and appeared very clean.

We honestly debated just sleeping in the car. We got zero sleep during our stay here. The chair in the corner was more comfortable than the mattress. We didn't know you could buy a mattress that firm.

Nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom. Nice to arrive for the complementary breakfast and see the food presented in a thoughtful way. • annahF7628KB (10/5): Amazing Customer Service - Absolutely amazing customer service. Melissa worked the front desk when we arrived late and was still there in the morning. I have c5 palsy after a failed spine surgery. I don’t look handicap but I am and struggle quite a bit. Melissa offered help without even thinking. It’s was so seamless and natural. Grabbed me a try to carry my drinks. Extra bag to help carry snacks. I hate asking for help and I didn’t have to because she just was there to assist me without a word. Thank you so much for making my stay so comfortable. The room was great. I’m a gold member and this is the first stay were there was biscuits and gravy. Score. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to roseburg and will be coming back to stay here again.

She quickly got us squared away and sent us off with fresh bottles of water and instructions for breakfast in the AM. Room was really clean and comfortable; spacious bathroom and plenty of counter space in the room for suitcases and bags. The free breakfast was great. Will def stay here again next time we are passing thru.

The woman who checked us in at the front was so caring and considerate, and not at all annoyed with us being there so late. She was able to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though neighborhood felt safe and close to shopping center, AC in the room was noisy and had to stay in the same room even after complaining it multiple times. Staff said that (noise) is an expected thing in this hotel and they can't do much.

• BoisePlantBabe (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay! - We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Roseburg, Oregon! The hotel is updated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of conveniently placed outlets for charging devices, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom with a great shower. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries that Hampton properties are known for—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all top-notch. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, from hot items to fresh fruit and pastries. The staff made sure everything was restocked quickly and the seating area was clean and welcoming. The highlight for us was the pool area—hands down the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our Oregon family vacation. There were plenty of chairs, lounges, and tables around the pool, plus a lovely outdoor patio for sunbathing or enjoying a meal. The pool was heated (though still refreshing) and the hot tub was a great place to relax. We really appreciated seeing the maintenance staff regularly checking the pool levels and restocking towels—something that was lacking at other hotels on our trip. When we checked in, the staff had already placed our special requests (like extra towels) in our room, and they even offered us complimentary bottled water. Every interaction with the team was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again anytime I’m visiting Roseburg. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning – fresh, well-stocked, and a great variety to choose from. I especially appreciated the thoughtful to-go breakfast bags for busy mornings, and coming back after a long day of work to warm cookies in the lobby was the perfect touch! I was part of a larger team, and while some of my coworkers stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street, they were definitely envious of my experience at the Hampton. Highly recommend staying here – the service, cleanliness, and extra touches made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back!

• Duane (9/5): Very good rest stop for a long road trip. - The building and room were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent, the food area laid out so there was plenty of room to navigate from one area to the next. There was plenty of seating. The menu was the same as the other 2 hotels we stayed on our trip. Food area was clean and orderly. My wife had one complaint, the conditioner in the shower was empty. We called the front desk and someone brought up a new one. They were a little slow in responding. Other than that, no complaints.
