• YUKO (8/5): また泊まりたいです - 駅からとっても近く、部屋もキレイ、朝食がボリュームたっぷりで美味しかった、スタッフさんも気持ちの良い接客でした。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。 部屋にドライヤーが欲しかったです。
• GUO (9/5): Comfortable, if the noise of fan can be solved, then it will be much better - This hotel is close to JR station as well as the hobby square, on day time until 10:00 pm you can have free drink, after that there is still free water you can have and no need to buy. At the same time you can ask for the luggage saving, especially when you bring oversize luggage. The most problem is the noise of the fan, we couldn’t find the controlling switch and we have to sleep accompany with the running noise, so don’t forget to take the supplied ear plug.

• Daniil (4/5): - Polite staff, quite clean and we'll designed I didn't know ( and didn't find ) any information about showers. When I asked personal where should take a shower, the answer was - " In public bath" . Women time in public bath is from 18:00 to 22:00 , so was tires and I went to sleep without taking shower. In the morning women time is from 6:00 to 9:30 , so again I couldn't do this because had to leave the hostel. I was searching for a microwave, again there is no any signs where is a microwave, at the end I found it on 2 floor..... Please correct/improve all rules and your guests will be happy. At this moment it was a bad experience for me.

• Fernando (10/5): I would definitely stay there again, as they offer great service—modern, clean, and at a good price. - The hostel is located in a very privileged area, just a 5-minute walk from Shizuoka Central Station, the main hub where you can easily access trains, buses, and other transportation options. I stayed in a shared room, which was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, very clean, and modern, with a well-designed layout that makes the stay comfortable. The shared bathrooms are well-equipped, with a sufficient number of toilets and sinks, so it never feels crowded. The showers are shared and designed in a style similar to an onsen or hot spring, with specific time slots assigned for men and women during the day. The hostel also provides lockers large enough to store luggage of any size, which is very convenient for travelers. Additionally, all necessary toiletries and amenities are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I think it’s necessary to provide more information about how to use the onsen for foreign guests who may not be familiar with it. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but some people use it without having previously looked into or understood how it works.

• RINA (2/5): 最後の対応でもう最悪、絶対次は泊まることはない - 宿泊をレイトチェックアウトにしたので帰りに1000円をセルフの機械で払おうとしてカードを入れて1000円を入れたら1000円だけのまれてしまい、カードが戻ってきたため店員を呼んだらなんでカードがここにあるの？千円は？とキレ気味で対応、説明すると日本語が通じない為微妙な反応、店員が機械をいじり千円は払ってない、もう1回1000円を入れろといわれ、しぶしぶもう1000円払ったらまた機械がフリーズし、店員が責任者？の人に連絡、その後もういいから帰れと言われ、終始よく分からない対応、日本語わかる店員を1人は置いといた方がいい。
