• Christian (10/5): Hotel Brack, nur empfehlenswert 👍👍👍 - Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel, schones Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Badezimmer war wirklich sauber und neuwertig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Was noch gut war die Fenster sind dicht man bekommt nachts nichts mit wegen dem Verkehr auch ein Rollo war vorhanden. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Das war nicht die letzte Buchung. Alles Top👍👍👍

• Bogdan (9/5): - Locatie surprinzatoare, un hotel renovat adus la standarde. Micul dejun servit intr-o atmosfera foarte placuta de un personal atent si prezent la orice solicitare. Personalul de la receptie a fost foarte atent si orientat spre rezolvarea prompta a solicitarilor. Locatie aflata fix langa metrou, usor de ajuns din orice punct. Pentru vara lipsa aerului climatizat poate fi o problema.

Super freundliches Personal! Unser Zimmer war zwar sauber und groß - die Ausstattung war aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze ging für mich gerade so. Wir kommen aber trotzdem gerne wieder! Wir haben auch mitbekommen, dass andere Zimmer gerade renoviert werden…

• Robin (9/5): - Sehr gut erreichbar mit der U-Bahn, sehr sympathisches Personal und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Zu einem Event im Schlachthof München war es perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten. Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, Service am Tisch war super. Alles was wir wollten wurde uns frisch gebracht, von sehr lieben Angestellten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Schallisolierung auf den Zimmern könnte etwas besser sein, liegt aber vermutlich einfach am Gebäude selbst.
• Shlomit Lak (10/5): - מלון בסגנון וינטג, מאוד מתוחזק ונעים. כל מיני פרטים קטנים שגורמים להרגיש כמו בחופשה של פעם - בקבוק מים מינרלים וכוס, סוכרית מציצה, קומקום חשמלי ועוד. צוות אדיב ומקסים היה ציוד של בניה ושיפוצים במסדרון הכניסה בלי הסבר. אולי שווה להוסיף שלט לגבי זה שירגיש פחות משונה
• Joseph (6/5): I would not stay there again. - Location is good. All the amenities worked as they should. Rooms are decent size. Very uncomfortable beds. Worst beds on our trip. The shower in our room was very oddly shaped with a half tub/half shower set up which was very difficult to get in and out of. It was almost dangerous. The shower space is very small and makes standing difficult due to the odd configuration.

• Anna (1/5): - Я собиралась проживать в этом отделе 2 ночи. Заранее оплатила проживание и свое размещение. Отель написал, что ждет меня. За несколько дней до даты размещения мне пришла ссылка, где отель попросил пройти онлайн-регистрацию и заново оплатить проживание, комментируя это тем, что бронирование от букинга они не принимают, не видят и система не работает. Я сказала, что это не моя вина и средства я перевела. Ответа не последовало. Я писала в поддержку и хотела понять как мне действовать дальше - поддержка также не овтечала. На утро перед размещением я забронировала другой отель в Мюнхене так как переживала, что могу остаться на улице в незнакомом городе. Параллельно моему другу удалось связаться с поддержкой и мне обещали помочь решить ситуацию. Ситуацию решили: предложили заехать в отель, мол ситуацию уладили - но у меня уже есть опалченная бронь другого. По итогу не по своей вине у меня на одну дату два оплаченных отеля и никакого понимания, как вернуть средства за услугу, которая была мне не оказана и от которой я получила отказ от самого лица.
