- Elena (10/5): - The room is big and comfortable , same as bathroom 2 metro station next to the hotel , one to Osaka , second is to Arashiama The old town is about 10 min away by bus . Kyoto station is about 7 min away by bus .
- Manuela (5/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr japanisch authenthisch eingerichtet- die Matten sind am Boden und es hat Decken dass man nicht friert. Es hat auch eine Lüftung/Klimaanlage bei Bedarf. Das Bad ist auf dem Korridor und es hat genug davon so dass man sich kaum in die Quere kommt. Das Mini Onsen ist sehr authentisch und man kann dort auch gerade duschen. Die Damen die sich um uns gekümmert haben waren so nett und herzlich. man kann auswählen zwischen japanischem und westlichem Frühstück und es gibt immer eine Kanne Tee. Das Hotel ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Der Geschäftsführer/Pächter ist sehr grummelig und spricht kein Wort Englisch- was mit google Translater dann klappt. Das Zimmer ist extremst spartanisch eingerichtet und je nach Strassenseite sehr dunkel. Es ist ein Zimmer wo man einfach nur schläft.

Wifi instable - L'accueil très agréable et aidant à mon arrivée, et aussi tout au long du séjour par une jeune femme d'origine chinoise. Chambre confortable et correctement équipée., très calme et non fumeur. Bon emplacement, bus et métro assez proches. Beaucoup de centres d'intérêt peuvent se faire à pied, dont Gion. Relation impersonnelle avec les membres de la réception en dehors de la jeune femme pré-citée. Refus du service bagagerie annoncé dans la présentation de l'hôtel. La raison invoquée : départ avant 9h du matin. Ce fut un refus sans appel par un jeune homme sans délicatesse, ce qui m'a obligée d'aller chercher en bus une consigne à bagage à la gare. Wifi impossible dans la chambre 301, de même que la connexion internet, obligation de descendre dans le hall ou dans la rue pour être connectée !

- 八木 (10/5): 一人旅で利用し、ゆっくり休むことができました。 - 静かな場所にあり、バスでアクセスして地図を見ながら向かいましたが、問題なく到着できました。周囲は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり過ごせる環境です。 施設内は清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。コーヒーが自由に飲めるサービスも嬉しいポイントです。 部屋からの景観も悪くなく、カーテンを開けてもすぐ目の前が建物というわけではなかったので、圧迫感はありませんでした。 一点気になったのは、寝巻き（パジャマ）が用意されていなかった点です。事前に確認していなかったため少し不便に感じました。 特に良くなかった点はありませんでした。全体的に快適に過ごすことができ、気になる点も感じられませんでした。

- XINYU (8/5): - お部屋の内装はシンプルで、居心地がよく感じられました。スタッフの接客はいい感じでした。 1階の部屋に泊まりましたが、夜に隣の部屋か上の階からか、床や壁に響く低い衝撃音のような音がずっと聞こえてきました。仕方なく耳栓をして寝ました。

The WiFi was not working in the room at the beginning of the so I had to request this to be fixed and it was but took some time. Then the lobby didn’t have WiFi nor restroom, I would say there was almost no common area at all.

- Claudia (9/5): - Posizione vicinissima a tutti i mezzi quindi comoda per potersi spostare tranquillamente. L'hotel è in una laterale molto silenziosa, la stanza era spaziosa e a disposizione c'è la macchina del caffè che utilizzavamo al mattino.
