Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta! Avendo soggiornato in un mini appartamento consiglerei di trovare il modo di poter farmere le ante che coprono la cucina. Una volta che si aprono per utilizzare la cucina, infatti, risultano fastidiose e disturbano le attività di cucina in quanto in continuo movimento. Inoltre inserirei delle spiegazioni scritte per come utilizzare i fuochi ad induzione presenti nella cucina stessa

Di (9/5): Brand new facility, very nice masks / seats, close to Bergamo and to roads for other cities ( e.g Brescia or Lake Is - position just outside Bergamo, but within easy reach of the city. plenty of supermarket big and small if you wish to eat in your apartment. Some small things are not yet polished enough. Small things which interested in particular me, such as the facilities for recharging an electric (in my case a plugin car). there is a charging station outside the property which does not seem tóbe working yet. Staff told me it’s brand new, which is reasonable and there is a second charger in the covered parking place, but it can only be booked for 10-20€ recharges. This is strange and could be polished a little, besides this tiny (repeat tiny) thing the rest is excellent. oh yes, they could tell in the advertisement that the covered parking has to be payed. The request if for 3 € x night which is exceptionally cheap, so this is tiny too.

Sian (10/5): A gem with great staff! - Fantastic find and great value for money. We only dealt with Gregorio at reception, who was helpful, friendly & not only made us feel welcome but also at ease. His tips for where to eat were spot on and we had a wonderful meal at a real local restaurant. The apartment we had exceeded our expectations and was very clean and we were sure some of the items were brand new and unused! We would love to come back next time we were in Italy!
