- Isabelle (8/5): Prima volta a Rimini, buona scelta dell’hotel:) - La posizione era buona, trasporto pubblico è vicino, la spiaggia è vicina, lo staff era gentilissimo, sempre aveva tempo a rispondere alle mie domande e m’ha aiutato con tutto. Solo ci mancava almeno un piccolino frigo nella stanza.

- Hana (6/5): - Liked the staff, spaceous room, nice balcony Very poor breakfast… they say it is a buffet breakfast for 9€ per person, but very poor selection. Only 1 hot drink for free (the second one for extra charge), 2 types of sweet pastry. No milk, no vegetables, no fruit, basically nothing except 1 bread, butter and ham and cheese. No scrambled eggs or sausage or beans at all. Nothing cooked.

- Vlado (7/5): - The room was good, except when you take a shower the whole toilet was flooding. The staff were very nice and friendly. The sleep was unsatisfactory, especially in the early mornings as early as 5 AM because of the loud residents from the same hotel, and the elevator was very loud.

Il rumore delle porte perché si chiudono troppo forte, il condizionatore vecchio che fa rumore dopo un po' che si utilizza, il bagno da migliorare perché non c'è piatto doccia ma direttamente sul pavimento.
- Veronica (8/5): Hotel centralissimo - Hotel situato in ottima posizione centrale, vicinissimo al mare , proprietari gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti , stanza carina con materasso e cuscini super comodi ! Unico neo la doccia , purtroppo il bagno non ha il piatto doccia ma solo lo scarico direttamente sul pavimento vicino al wc e al bidet , questo comporta un totale lavaggio del pavimento con ristagno di acqua ogni volta che ci si fa la doccia con conseguente disagio a camminare sul pavimento tutto bagnato

- Carlos Cezar (4/5): Peccato per il personale, 2 stelle perché loro 10 - L’hotel è molto semplice. Il personale è di alta qualità, davvero simpatico e disponibile. La nostra camera tripla era davvero piccola, e il bagno non aveva una zona doccia delimitata; la doccia era al centro del bagno e, dopo averla usata, era impossibile utilizzare il resto del bagno. A colazione, se vuoi prendere un secondo caffè, devi pagare 1,30 euro per ogni caffè aggiuntivo. Anche se non mangi nulla e vuoi solo bere il caffè, non ho mai visto una pratica del genere da nessun’altra parte.

Non mi è piaciuto che all'atto della prenotazione non era specificato che l'albergo non facesse la colazione, tanto che avevo prenotato la tariffa con colazione inclusa!!. Inoltre l'importo del soggiorno mi era già stato addebitalo all'arrivo sulla carta che... Come era scritto all'atto della prenotazione serviva solo come garanzia!!. Avevo scelto di proposito una struttura che facesse la colazione e che si pagasse in loco.

The air conditioner can't cover the low temperature from the room. In the second night, I thought will be fine, but we run out in all rooms without electricity. Another night in coldness. All in all, please don't book rooms in this hotel.
