• Kavya (10/5): A great stay! - This was a great choice and the best location to explore the area. It was easy to park the car, with plenty of free parking spaces. The breakfast at Opera was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had Opera’s wine on one of the evening and could not have asked for a better outdoor seating and view. We will definitely be coming back again!

• Paulairg (1/5): Bad - Leaving the property. This was a scam. Pictures and reviews were purposely mixed with the ones from a sister property to which we were denied access completely. We were left in an empty building and the room didn't have a fridge, water or even a trashcan. We were woken up by the cleaning staff asking for our departure time and vacuuming at 8am. No breakfast options and no management around at any time. Check-in link was sent by the reception from the other property through WhatsApp so they took our money before checking in the property to find out that's not what we wanted to book. Afterwards, they offered zero assistance and we had to contact Booking.com customer service so we could move out the following day.

• Melissa (9/5): Great location, lovely host - Our host Daniele was a beautiful person with great English. He was a quick communicator. Access was easy. The breakfast was lovely, the apartment was very spacious and well equipped with everything you would need, easy to park the car and great suggestions for local things to do. We did have an issue with hot water in the shower. But Daniele had a plumber working on it and offered us an alternate room.
• Elizabeth (1/5): Beware-new owners. Not the place of the past glowing reviews. - Nice location. NEW OWNERS. No longer anyone on site. Supposedly connecting to the wifi and then typing in a PIN would get us in. We could never connect to the wifi. After over an hour, sitting outside with our luggage, they finally sent a person over from the new owners facilty, about to 6 miles away. He also could not connect to the wifi, but he did have keys. Opened door and left. We got in to find it dirty, cleaning supplies sitting out. Like someone left in the middle of cleaning. Breakfast not on site-you need to drive about 10 minutes to bew owners place for breakfast. We checked out after one night.

• Carole (10/5): Apparently Ca' Dei Sogni has lots of repeat visitors, and I can see why. - Initially, we thought the location might be too remote but we loved the drive among vineyards and the peacefulness of the countryside. There is plenty of parking right next to the Inn, check-in was easy, and the room was a nice size with a King bed (not so easy to find in Europe). Everything was super clean. We slept great with the windows open. At breakfast the next morning we met Daniele, our host, a super nice guy. Breakfast was plentiful - meats and cheeses, cereal, cornetto, etc. The town has a bar/cafe for good coffee, a small market, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. Check out the restaurant (next door), it's family-run and fantastic. I was even able to get half bottles of wine. One evening they were full but made us some food to take with us. By the end of our short (3-night) stay Daniele and Ca' Dei Sogni felt like old friends, we cannot wait to return.

• Ian (10/5): Relaxed, and peaceful. - I have stayed at the location a number of times. I regard every aspect of the property and service as absolutely excellent. The host is top class and so helpful. Everything is so relaxed and tranquil. I would like to add that the stay is complete by the attention of Molly a very beautiful and friendly dog. Everything was excellent.

• Barry (8/5): Pleasant place to stay - Very convenient peaceful location. Friendly host. Difficulties gaining access on arrival. Remote access process is flawed because we didn't have any mobile signal and details were provided too late. If that can be sorted it is an excellent place to stay.

Someone from the restaurant nearby helped us find the parking place, people were really nice. Comfortable room, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who visit Maranello and the area. We only stayed one night, so not much to tell here.

• Arnau (10/5): Ideal place to enjoy Modena and its countryside - We stayed in the apartment. It is spacious, modernly refurbished, and well-equipped. There is free public parking right next to it and a nice restaurant 50 meters away (Bottiglieria DiVin Leone). Levizzano Rangone is a very nice little town with beautiful countryside surroundings and is close enough to Modena. Daniele was a superb host. He was helpful (resolved a minor little issue with our blinds very fast), and it was very nice to chat with him during breakfast. He creates a very cosy atmosphere. For example, on Easter Sunday, his mother-in-law and he had cooked different typical Italian cakes we could enjoy for breakfast.
