- Florian (10/5): un lieu de charme, confortable, accueillant et délicieux pour toute la famille - Une belle découverte au fond de la vallée de Lesponne : un lieu parfait pour dormir et se restaurer avec de bons plats « faits maison » et de saison. Nous étions en famille avec nos deux enfants (6 et 3 ans) et nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver un superbe lieu au milieu des montagnes. Nous étions dans une chambre duplex très confortable, dans un bâtiment juste à côté du corps principal. L’équipe est très agréable et attentive, l’ambiance est très chaleureuse, surtout avec le feu de cheminée pour prendre l’apéritif avant de passer à table et déguster leur bonne cuisine. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec du sucré et du salé. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, en version été également.

La localisation du domaine dans la vallée La salle petit déjeuner donnant sur le jardin. La quantité et la diversité du petit déjeuner. La salle billard (français !) Je note quelques petit détails qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour: il serait utile d'avoir un(e) serveur dans la salle petit déjeuner pour réapprovisionner si nécessaire. Le soir, j'ai pris une entrecote vraiment délicieuse et tendre, par contre si j'avais su que les frites etaient congelées, j'aurais demandé à avoir un autre accompagnement. (J'ai vu de belles portions de pommes de terre en purée dans d'autres assiettes)

- Dieter (7/5): Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und Zimmer mit Eigengeruch verträgt ist hier richtig. Die anderen Gebäude haben mehr Fens - Gute Lage für vorwiegend Wanderaktivitäten. Kleines Anwesen mit mehreren Gebäuden. Recht passables Restaurant fürs Abendessen. Nur wenige Liegen am Pool und auch sehr altmodisch gestaltet. Tennisplatz ist unbrauchbar, da durch Erdrutsch ein ca, 10 cm breiter Riss durch den Platz geht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer in einem alten Gebäudeteil mit jeweils nur einem Fenster von ca. 40x40 cm. Daher unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer.
- Will (6/5): A quick trip to the Pyrenees, basic hotel but did the job for us - Good location for hikes, has a lot of potential, clean room, nice modern bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Breakfast, whilst fairly standard was good - had everything we wanted in terms of yogurt, fruit, croissants, baguette, jam, scrambled egg, quiche, hams and cheeses. Room was very basic, would have been nice to have some amenities eg shower gel, a kettle in the room with perhaps some tea / coffee sachets and maybe a guide to the hotel / local area - this would have made the room quite nice and enhanced our experience. Staff were very distant, and kept themselves to themselves, so we didn’t really see them - not around at breakfast and we didn’t have dinner either nights at the hotel as we were not told the times for dinner or menu / dish of the day. Coffee was not nice from the machine at breakfast either!

- marie (7/5): Halte verdoyante - L’emplacement au calme et dans la verdure, avec le son du torrent et des cloches des vaches. La façade en lierre et les espaces fleuris. La chambre un peu vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner basique.
- Begoña (8/5): Lloc ideal per a desconectar - L'entorn és molt bonic, per a desconectar, descansar i disfrutar de la natura. El menjar és bo però podrien variar un poc O ampliar la carta. L'olor a humitat de l'habitació. Es tractava d'una habitació situada en la planta baixa que donava al jardí directament (ideal si vas amb gos) però no té quasi ventilació. La finestra molt menuda i el bany no en té. Falta una bona reforma.

- Priscillia (7/5): Paisible et relaxant. Des choses à améliorer. - Domaine magnifique, paisible et relaxant. L'endroit est incroyable et l'emplacement du domaine est parfait. Le personnel est sympathique et agréable. Les logements sont atypiques. Restaurant disponible et piscine extérieure. Concernant le ménage, nous avons eu des lentilles de contact asséchées par terre dans la salle de bain, le ménage est à peaufiner. Il y avait une mezzanine dans le logement, il faisait extrêmement chaud, peut-être proposer un ventilateur ou mettre à disposition. La literie n'était pas hyper confortable. Le restaurant est un peu cher pour les propositions mais cela reste bon et certains plats/desserts fait maison. En revanche le petit déjeuner c'était catastrophique, mieux vaut rien proposer : des moucherons qui volent partout au dessus, pas beaucoup de choix et pas de produits locaux, beaucoup d'industriels pour 13€ presque c'est abusé !

- Elizabeth (8/5): Hébergement idéal pour un séjour en famille - L'hébergement en chalet était parfait pour notre famille, cuisine très fonctionnelle, lits confortables et vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Nous avons eu un souci avec la serrure de notre chalet et le personnel a été proactif, nous a offert le repas au restaurant en attendant le serrurier. La piscine est un plus pour les fins de journées ! L'air de la montagne étant très agréable la nuit, il faudrait poser des moustiquaires afin de pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Beaucoup d'insectes sont entrés dans notre chalet.
- Kohler (1/5): Une horreur - Le personnes pas aimable ni réactif, impossible de les joindre par téléphone, pas professionnel, établissement et chambres sale, très mal entretenu. On nous sert du saumon à la place de la truite sans nous prévenir, beaucoup trop de rupture et de manque. Le petit déjeuner n’a rien de local tout est industriel.nous attendons toujours la facture …….. Jardin en friche ainsi que les abords des logements et du terrain de tennis. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement qui est stipulé comme 3 étoiles mais qui doit être -3 Dommage que personne de la direction ou de responsable ne soit présent sur place. Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu par rapport à tout ceci mais bon

Situata al primo piano, per accedervi c’era una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e ripida, al quanto pericolosa scendere con le borse.Pet entrare in camera bisognava chiudere la porta del corridoio per poter aprire quella della camera.Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, i piatti erano buoni, ma il servizio pessimo. Attese troppo lunghe, alcuni ospiti hanno lasciato il ristorante ancora prima di essere serviti.

Emplacement top, au milieu de la nature, apaisant, bâtisse principale avec du cachet! Restaurant de l’hôtel que nous recommandons les yeux fermés! Un régal ! Bravo au chef qui a pris le temps de venir nous saluer. Beau potentiel de ce lieu quand il aura eu un petit rafraîchissement! Chambre de l’hôtel vieillotte et mal insonorisée (merci les enfants de la chambre du dessus). Prix de la chambre un peu élevé au vu des services. Photos de l’annonce non contractuelles car établissement repris depuis peu.

Charmant hotel, grote en vernieuwde badkamer met goede regendouche. Groot zwembad, lekker verfrissend. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. ‘S avonds kan je lekker dineren (lokale leuken en goede wijnen)

Disfrutamos mucho las instalaciones de ocio: tenis, fútbol, piscina, billar y salón de juegos. El desayuno bastante completo y bueno, y buen restaurante. El personal encantador. El valle de Lesponne una auténtica maravilla, un paraíso del senderismo. Bagneres de Bigorre espectacular. Que se acabaran las vacaciones. Nos habríamos quedado más días.

- Ariane (6/5): Décevant - Beau domaine, propre. Idéalement situé pour se promener. Un parc accrobranche à côté. Logement grand avec sa chambre en bas et la mezzanine pour les enfants. Piscine hors fonctionnement hors le choix du lieu a été fait en fonction. Grosse déception (pas de compensation, quand je me suis plaint on m'a dit que c'était la même chose pour tout le monde...) Petit-déjeuner de qualité mais peu de diversité et il manquait beaucoup de choses à seulement 9h. Cher pour ce que c'était. Logement un peu ancien, il manquait d'équipements (notamment des verres, il n'y en avait que 1).
- Pascal (7/5): A réévaluer dans un an - Très bon emplacement, très bon accueil. Malgré notre déception nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci Établissement vieillissant qui manque d'entretiens et ne correspond plus au photos. Il vient de changer de gérance 4 jours avant notre arrivée. Il y a du travail pour rendre à cet établissement tout son caractère et je pense que la nouvelle direction en a pleinement conscience. Bon courage à eux.
