- Monique (10/5): Great value & excellent service! - As a family of 4, the Executive Apartment was perfect and had such a pretty view of the mosque! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The full kitchen was perfect for quick breakfasts and the washer/dryer was so convenient given our longer stay. Everyone at the property was so polite and kind! A special thank you to Jane, Bashir, and Mohamed for their service and hospitality. I would say Fraser Suites is great value for the price. And its location is great with all amenities very close by. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Oman.
- Mohamad (4/5): - Not for the faint hearted. Booked two 2 bed suites for our stay in Muscat was looking forward to a good night sleep after driving from Abu dhabi. But was greeted with a strong murky smell as soon as wel left the unwelcoming staff at the lobby. The rooms had a strong tobacco odour even though there was no smoking signs. Breakfast was not worth the extra cad81 extra plus another omanirial 6 at the restaurant. Save yourself the dissapointment, i was expecting much much more from Fraser suites since i had a good stay in Delhi years back. Would not bool at any Fraser suites again.

- V8398LEmohammeda (10/5): INCREDIBLE AND GORGEOUS HOTEL - This is my 492nd stay over 8 years and 4 months at this incredible and gorgeous hotel, and it never ceases to impress me. The outstanding level of hospitality is truly supreme and has remained consistent over the years. The past management was excellent, and while I feel the current management could benefit from a bit of refinement, the hotel stay still provides a unique and memorable experience. I will return next week and the week after with much eagerness. I wish to extend a huge thank you to Ismail, Reem, Damitha, Jane, Munther, Salime, Sheikha, Jnan, Salim Al-Busaidi, and last but not least, the security staff at the downstairs gate, for their support, kindness, and exceptional service throughout my stay. Please note that I do have one concern which I prefer not to put in writing. I would appreciate it if you could kindly ask me about it directly.

Also the best massage ive ever had was at the in house Spa in the hotel its totally recommended! They also remembered my husbands birthday which was an amazing gesture. Totally value for money as the rooms are huge. The only thing i would change is the bathrooms that require updating, and some paintwork needs touching up to give this place a fresher look as it looks a bit unkempt in places. Other than that i would recommend to anyone as all the staff are amazing also, especially the front of house guys. Room 512
- HarshS915 (10/5): Luxurious and Spacious Stay at Fraser Suites Muscat – Highly Recommended! - I stayed at Fraser Suites Muscat for three nights with my wife, mother, and brother, and we had a fantastic experience. We booked an Executive 2-Bedroom Suite, which was huge and well-appointed. The suite had a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and two additional bathrooms—perfect for a family stay. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with seating, providing a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus, featuring a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and even an espresso machine. The washing machine was an added convenience. The service was impeccable—both room service and housekeeping were 10/10. Even before check-in, the staff was extremely kind and patient, answering all our queries. Parking was ample and hassle-free. The location is great, right opposite the Mall of Oman, just 4 minutes from Avenue Mall and 15 minutes from Muttrah. I highly recommend booking directly with the hotel, as the deals are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to others!

The hotel rooms are big and comfortable and have what you need for a good stay. WiFi is a little slow but parking is free and that is good when you rent a car from the airport. We can recommend a visit here.

- CarolineCaseyTravels (10/5): Outstanding suites with spectacular mosque view - As a very frequent traveler, Fraser Suites, is amongst the most impressive on many counts. Firstly the service is outstanding. We arrived well ahead of checkin time expecting to be told to return in the afternoon. However, we were pleasantly surprised to be directed to have our breakfast and as soon as we were done our room was ready. This was just one example, however, there was consistent high-quality service and nothing was too difficult. The rooms themselves are incredibly spacious. We had a two-bed, two-bath which had a very roomy kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a separate laundry. The main bedroom has an incredibly comfortable bed. The shower amenities are good quality. There are a number of dining options in the building and it is also nearby to a number of shopping malls. The building also has a spa, gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to use the spa although the prices were good. The gym is very spacious with a wide number of modern machines. Rooms with a view of the nearby mosque are genuinely spectacular.

The rooms are massive, it’s centrally located to all the key tourist locations, it has good amenities and the staff level of customer service was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.
- Zygmunt (10/5): Stay there and you will not be disappointed. - Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions asked.

We held a 5-day training class a n d we were well served. It is close (walking distance) to the Panorama mall Great place!
- Robin (8/5): Spacious apartment with great service - Massive apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious sitting room with enormous bedroom and decent size bathroom. We even had a washing machine (which we used as we travel with carry on only). Bathroom was mouldy but every thing else was really clean. We did not have a car and stayed in the middle of summer so could not take full advantage of the facilities. We dined at the restaurant and cafe and the food, the prices and service were all excellent UT this is an ALCOHOL FREE hotel, so don’t expect a cooling beer. We had to get a taxi to the airport and did not have cash for a taxi and the concierge arranged a taxi and petty cash and was so incredibly helpful. Staff were outstanding!

The staff were simply wonderful and the gymnasium facility very well equipped and maintained. Room was super quiet and very comfortable. We had great tour at short notice arranged through the hotel staff that we appreciated a lot.
- Lauren (8/5): - It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. Also the bedside tables were really close to the pillow area on the bed with sharp glass corners, was a bit of a hazard in case of head bumps. Also had a fraudulent message from the hotel via Expedia's messaging system which I guess could happen to any hotel but would've been nice to hear a little more about it when we checked in. Apart from that we would stay here again for a reasonably priced hotel that makes a good base for sightseeing.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The place is very clean and quite, the staff is very polite and friendly. The help desk staff communicates quickly to all requests by phone. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, the restaurant has a good view of the city with a good menu
- ileftmyheartinTokyo (8/5): Great value for money - We stayed in a one bed exec apartment for 9 nights. The apartment itself was enormous with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry space and a massive balcony with a stunning view of the mosque. The bed was comfortable, aircon worked well, showers were powerful and we never lost WiFi signal. If you’re considering this hotel it’s essential you have a car, or are happy to get taxis everywhere as it’s not in a good location for exploring Muscat by foot. The carpark is large with plenty of spaces. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained and we never struggled to find sunbeds. We didn’t eat in the restaurants so I can’t comment on those. There are a few things that stopped me being able to give this hotel 5/5 though: 1. On one day there was some very noisy construction work taking place above our room. We went out at 6pm when it started and returned at 9pm and it was still going, I did then report this to reception and it was stopped immediately. 2. One night despite having the DND on there was knock on the door at 1am, then another, then the phone rang in the room to say our pizza was ready. We had not ordered a pizza? 3. Although the kitchen has everything you need to cook with, it doesn’t have the extras you need to clean up with e.g. washing up liquid, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel and great value for money, but with a few little niggles.

Negatives: Limited options for nearby dining, utensils showing signs of wear and tear, insufficient TV channels (assistance from the TV technician was not satisfactory), housekeeping staff could benefit from improved communication skills when interacting with guests. The swimming pool water had an excess of chlorine, which may be uncomfortable for some guests and kids sensitive to strong chemicals.

Hotel Apartment was amazing, spotless clean, great amenities and food choices locally. Great location to explore surrounding Muscat and easy access to Muscat Expressway. - Shahin (10/5): - This property was neat and clean and worth the money, but be aware that during the working hours in weekdays you have will have trouble finding a parking spot. If you don’t drive then it’s a perfect place to be.

- Charif (10/5): Great place for a comfortable stay. - Cosy and spacious room , great view at a beautiful mosque , quick and easy check in and check out , nice coffee shop on the ground floor.
- Parviz (10/5): - Stayed here for 3 weeks and I don’t have any complaints. The cleaning team was outstanding especially the Iranian lady who was really friendly and kind. Didn’t use much of the amenities as i was always out but would definitely recommend.
- Ansar-ul-Haque (2/5): Ripped off - family trip ruined - The hotel is becoming date, unclean and with terrible breakfast .. paid for it but didn’t consume it for the whole stay .. the bathrooms were so unclean that I had to clean them myself from the yellow stains .. food options are terrible .. don’t get stuck here since there are many better options in Muscat
- Verified traveler (8/5): Untrustworthy housekeeping staff. - The front of house service was extraordinary. Huge apartments, gym facility and pool. We was allowed an early check in on arrival which was very helpful. A few teething issues, when we arrived we had to request robes and slippers which were not in the apartment - however they brought them up straight away. They only gave us 4 capsules of coffee despite that we was there 8 days - when I requested more for each of the remaining days they charged it to the room. No toiletries in the bathroom other than a small shampoo and conditioner, they never cleaned the kitchen floor once, I also left quite a few belongings in the room on the bed at checkout, some electricals, some clothes and some books, I called the hotel to see if I could collect these and they were never handed in, some of these items were quite expensive and it’s a shame that the housekeeping staff were untrustworthy. Although the front of house staff and restaurant staff were incredible, the small issues bugged me and my left belongings being taken left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t personally rate The overall experience of this hotel a 5*

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay for a family with young kids - I would definitely reccomnd the hotel for families with young kids specially since you have the washing machine and a kitchen and plenty of space for kids to move .. my only comment is that staff definitely need a little more training to be working for a 5 stars hotel and the breakfast got much better after the new chef started as the first two days was poor but then it got much much better.. I would probably rate the hotel at 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars

- Aditya (10/5): Our first stay at Fraser Suites - We stayed in this chain for the first time and our experience was nothing short of just "awesome". The folks at the front desk are very courteous and well informed. They even followed-up on our requests and ensured that they were addressed. Mr. Shubhankar (at the front desk) will have to come in for special mention here. His efforts were instrumental in our stay being as comfortable as it was. Also, for some reason we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The Nespresso machine in the room was a winner as far as I'm concerned. All in all, a great stay and the location of the property too is quite good.

Excellent Breakfast buffet included which wasn't expected as not advertised on Expedia for some reason. Cons - Swimming pool area was very underwhelming. Location wasn't great.

- Verified traveler (8/5): OK, room for improvement - It is a new hotel, seeming to still be working out the kinks. Check in took a long time. Biggest issue was that we had mosquitos in our room. Also, the outlets in the master bedroom didn't work our first night. We asked for them to be repaired (fuse blown before we arrived) and the room sprayed the first morning, but when we returned to the room that night, there were still mosquitos and the repair had not been made. The rooms themselves are very nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, but go early. There isn't quite enough seating for the size of the hotel. A kids' playground was a welcome surprise, and the pool was nice. The on-site cafe isn't actually affiliated with the hotel, so you can't charge meals to your room. Parking garage was convenient. I'd stay here again, but bring bug spray for the room.
