A warm welcome and the opportunity to purchase a permit which made parking simple and inexpensive. Great location, a one minute walk down to the beach and a ten minute walk to The Lanes. Hotel was atmospheric and our room beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and fluffy towels! Plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water in the room. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was freshly prepared for us. Great value and an owner who clearly cares about her guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you! Nothing.

I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the common areas as I had to leave very early in the morning, but the breakfast area especially looked beautiful and the room was well-designed. It was also near the beach and walkable to most places, but still on a quiet street. My room itself was quite small - really all I needed for a one night stay, but it would’ve felt cramped if I had stayed for longer or wanted to spend more time in the room.

Loved the breakfast in the downstairs dining room and the special touches in the room like the cupcakes. The owner Suzie is just so obliging and friendly and she makes sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach, shopping and so many restaurants. I highly recommend Twenty One. Nothing

- Colin (10/5): A little gem in Brighton - A lovely warm welcome on arrival, a lot of time and effort has gone into the building making it very unique. Room was spacious and everything you need for a short stay including a fridge, Internet and a big screen TV .and an Ensuite with a powerful shower. Breakfast was amazing full English which i struggled to finish, real coffee and loads of toast. My first choice in Brighton from now on 5*
- Sheila (9/5): Great location, great value for money, great find. - The location was great - very quiet but with easy reach of everything. The parking system was very easy to use and we luckily got a parking spot in the same road thanks to Suzie. Our room was lovely, very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable . The shower was a good size and all toiletries were provided. There was a mini fridge if you wanted to store anything and water tea and coffee was provided. There was a tv and even a tablet to use. Breakfast was lovely and lots of it. Suzie took our order the day before and we opted for full English. The bacon was real thick bacon, sausages were not cheap rubbish, fried eggs, real large mushrooms, hash browns, beans and really tasty grilled tomatoes. Toast, orange juice and hot drinks finished it off. But I think you could choose other options. The dining room was very quirky and homely. Great value for money. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay here again. Nothing really

- Ethan (9/5): A relaxed stay in a unique property with such a lovely and friendly host! - The decor and aesthetic of the place was very unique and quirky - definitely stands out from the other options in the Brighton area! The fact that breakfast is also included in the price was definitely a big selling point too, as there weren't any other options in the area that offered this either! Property is just out of the city centre that it feels quiet and peaceful, but not too far away either if you do want to spend time in the centre. Sea front is literally on the doorstep too! Very minor as everything was so positive about our stay - a written breakfast menu / choice of options to view ahead of time would've been preferable, as there are pictures on the site that give the impression there is a range, but our hosts were very accommodating and asked about dietary needs etc. upfront prior to check in, and each morning on what we wanted.

Das Apartment liegt ein wenig am östlichen Rand von Brighton da Brighton aber nicht extrem groß ist und wir gut zu Fuß ist alles kein Problem

Comfy bed and nicely decorated throughout with fun quirky bits. Breakfast was delish. The owner was so friendly and accommodating especially as we booked extremely last minute. Street parking was handy. Will be going back! There really wasn’t much, if u had to pick something it would be that the bathroom was a bit dated - though very clean. And I couldn’t work out the radio (possible that I’m an idiot) and there was an iPad in the room which surprised me and I was interested in what using it, but it/the charger didn’t work.

Double room was comfortable and on the small side with little space other than the bed and a single chair. Convenient for the bus services into Brighton and outwards towards Eastbourne. Limited parking but I always use the public transport when I stay in Brighton - cheap and lots of options.

Personally I really enjoyed the interior of the room and the hotel in general. Even the breakfast plates, teacups and cutlery set were quite stylish, these tiny details made me really happy. The room was very well furbished and had a great morning light! There were two nice armchairs next to the window so it was a delight reading books in the morning. I really liked our room. Plus, the owner has two super cute dogs and it was so nice to play with them <3 The only bad thing is the steep stairs but it wasn’t a problem for us at all

- Andrew (7/5): Good staff, great location, nicely decorated and superb breakfast, shame about the wifi & shower - The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is really good value. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Very poor wifi in rooms which made streaming for business or entertainment difficult and at times impossible. Shower in room was electric and had very low water pressure and flow, temperature was OK.

- Melissa (10/5): - Fantastic location! Close to the sea and a easywalk into town. Hostess was delightful, super comfy bed and the breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend and would def stay again when in Brighton!

- David (8/5): Lovely stay, lovely hosts and a Great full english breakfast. - Good location, lovely room, fridge and good selection of teas etc. Plus biscuits! Main point from stopping me giving a 10 out of 10 First is there is no Breakfast menu, not a problem for the Full English which was excellent, but if you don't want the Full English but a "continental" option it is more difficult, we were asked what we would like but without knowing what could be provided it is difficult. Also the pictures on the main website, did seem to imply there were more options than a Full English. Also the pressure in the shower was a bit low, and on coming back on Saturday to have a shower my wife found the water luke warm/cold about 4pm.
- Benoît (10/5): Un très bon séjour, et un excellent accueil! - Un excellent séjour dans ce Bed & Breakfast très bien situé, à la décoration orginale. Nous avons été accueilli par Telly, qui a été très sympa, et avec qui nous avons beaucoup discuté, une heure en, arrivant, et une autre heure au petit déjeuner le lendemain. La chambre est très propre, et mignonne, le lit confortable, and l'english breakfast très bon ! Encore merci pour ces très bons moments et votre accueil :)
