- Mariko (8/5): - 3Fに位置してますが、エレベーターはありませんので大荷物のゲストは注意が必要です。スタッフが手伝ってくれる時間は限りがあるので、それ以外の時間は自力で荷物を上げ下げしないといけなくなります。

- KENJI (9/5): 立地はいいのに価格は安く、でも静かに過ごせる - 海外の安宿のような立地。ここの場合はフェリーターミナルの近くだけどちょっとだけ路地裏なせいか場所はいいのに宿泊費が安い。 スタッフはしっかり運営や掃除をしていたと思う。 自分も含めていびきをかいている人はそれなりにいたと思うが、部屋の作りのせいか気にならないで眠れた。 トイレ×2、シャワー×2、洗面台×3とベッド数に対して少ないかと思っていたが、4泊の滞在中シャワーで1回だけ待つことがあっただけだった。 洗濯機と乾燥機が1台づつありそれぞれ1回200円（洗濯機は洗剤込）だけど、天気がよければ屋上で干せるので乾燥機代がかからない。 共有スペースが狭いが席が足りないということはなかった。客同士で個別に交流することはあったがゆんたくはないので苦手な人は気楽に滞在できる。 連泊の場合はクーラーの効いた室内で過ごせる。 枕がもう少し高さがあるとよかった。 4泊したが22時から23時ぐらいにトイレのあたりで排水臭が二度した。一度目に臭った翌日にスタッフに話したら便器の改修予定があるとのことだったので、近いうちに解消されるのかもしれない。 長期滞在者が料理をするのに冷凍庫等に大量に食材を保存していたり、ほかの人が包丁を使っているのに洗いものをしようと割り込んだり。ここに限った話ではないし長期滞在者がみんなではないだろうけど、我が物顔で振る舞う長期滞在者の対応はどうしたらいいのかな。

- Leiyao (6/5): 很便宜 但應該是不會再來住了 - 公共區域 浴室廁所 房間都很乾淨 cubicle付兩個衣架 小電扇 鏡子 小desk 滿方便的 空間對我來說也夠大 浴室有放衣服和盥洗用品的地方很不錯 地點方便 地點在很sketchy的小巷子底部 往樓梯上走 只付了一張床單隔被子和床墊 付的毛巾看起來非常舊 後來沒用 晚上回去休息時 感覺是員工的人非常大聲地講話講了很久 住了兩晚都是這樣 房間沒有完全被隔開 有人在煮飯或講話是會聽到和聞到味道的

- He (4/5): - Staff was very kind and understanding. Kitchen was well stocked. They allow you to stay after checkout. The layout. A lot of people packed into one room, the women's dormitory is not a separate room it's just a corner of a larger room. It's extremely loud at night, with people packing luggage and also starting very early in the morning. There's no separate space for luggage so people with no choice to do it where everyone else is sleeping.

- YOUICHI (7/5): 街なかの安全な簡易宿 - (治安の関係かもしれないが、)宿出入口が、終日施錠されている点。ベッドの２階部分だったが、雑居ビルの改造のせいか、大人が普通に立てたのは、今までドミトリーの中で初めてでした。(屋根裏は見えるが、開放感があるのと腰に非常に良い！)改造(リフォーム)もしっかりしており、各ベッド外の荷物置きのスペースも広く、貴重品入れ(施錠有り)もかなり広く使い勝手が良い印象を受けた。共同スペース(居間、キッチン等)は、腰高窓が広く、眼下に市役所跡地が見え、明るく開放的な印象でした。🙆 安い分、少し通りから分かりにくかった。中通路に段差があったので少し気を付けないといけない。出来れば、シーツは、上下２枚欲しいです。朝の出発の関係で共同スペースは、出来れば午前６時くらいから開放して欲しいです。お世話になりながら細々すみません。有難う御座いました。🙇

- Kozue (4/5): - 中心地や港、バスターミナルにすごく近いので便利で良い。 チェックイン前に荷物を置けるスペースがあるのは良かったです。 チェックイン時に身分証明の提示を求められますので、変な人は出入り出来なさそうだと思いました。 屋上は広くて開放的でした。隣のビルとめちゃくちゃ近接しているので万が一火事になったりしたらここから逃げられそうだな…とか考えちゃいました。 美崎町の一角にあり、路地裏を通ってしか入口に行けない。女１人で夜歩くのはちょっと恐いです。暗いし。あと、エレベーターはありません。重い荷物はスタッフに連絡すれば運んでくれるのですが、窓口が開いてない時間は自分で３階まで運ぶしかありません。狭い階段だったので大きいスーツケースなどを持って来ている人にはキツいかもしれません。 シーツはキレイで清潔そうな物でした。自分で掛けるスタイルです。スペースが狭いので非常にシーツを掛け辛いです。 また、シーツは清潔そうでしたがひと晩寝た後ダニに６箇所も刺されて跡が残ってました。（しかも右側だけ…）掛け布団にはシーツは付いてなかったし…もしかしたらそこにダニがいたのかも……。安さと口コミの良さにつられて予約しましたが、やはり値段なりだな…と感じました。 あと、宿の写真はちょっと良く撮れ過ぎかな…と思いました。外観の写真がなかったのも外観がちょっと古びた感じがするからかな…とも…。 リビングが狭くて席数も少なくて、客室数とのバランスが取れてないように感じました。 ゆっくりできるスペースがもっとあればなー…と思いました。

- braden (9/5): - Location is wonderful, right in the middle of town and there's parking nearby. The port is maybe a 5-10 minute walk depending on pace and if you hit the lights properly. Airport is 20ish minutes away by car. They offer plenty of information on how to take buses and a lot of discounts for different things to do around the island. The only thing that I would change about my stay is that I think the AC should've been more active, especially for it being 80*F+ and like a billion percent humidity outside. Once someone finally turned it on, it was a game changer for the stay and I have zero other complaints other than that it should be utilized more.

I would only strongly recommend adding an automatic door closer for the front door, it slams quite often. Everything else was perfect. The slamming of the front door means it doesn't have an automatic hinge or anything to dampen the sound of the slamming

- Rachel (10/5): Fantastic hostel stay with kind staff and clean amenities! - For an affordable hostel, it’s probably the best and most comfortable one I’ve ever stayed at. Not only was the staff super kind and helpful, the facilities were all new, very clean and convenient. The cute little nooks are super spacious and private, and it’s one of the only places where I’ve been able to comfortably maneuver around in such little space. Lock boxes add for extra comfort, and they allow you to leave your luggage even after check out for one final day of exploring There’s also tons of helpful restaurant and activity information on the walls, and the hostel offers 500yen snorkel set, bicycles, and scooters(if you have a Japanese license) for the whole day! We took our kits to Yonehara beach and saw tons of magical tropical fish~ No complaints! Highly recommend this place~ Note: Be aware that it’s 3 flights of stairs to get up to this hostel (just in case you are traveling with someone that this might be an issue for!) :)

- Eun Mi (10/5): Perfect location for activities and sightseeing - 5min walk from Ishigaki ferry and bus terminal, Hive has ideal location for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Clean and well managed property together with friendly and cordial staff made my trip to Ishigaki pleasant and comfortable. Strongly recommended. It could be a little noisy at night.

- Leigh (8/5): 所付的費用是頗值得 - 房間的高度夠高，且晚上大家自動保持安靜 空間設計狹窄，只有二間shower rooms， 男女各一間，廁所也是。餐廳的用紙用畢，詢問後，竟說沒存貨了，要等採購。

I think he lived there for free in exchange of some work. But you need better attitude to work in hospitality. Besides that, the place was cozy and I would recommend it to a friend.

- Miyuki (3/5): それなりに、、、 - たまたま宿が取れたのがこちらでした。 宿に行く道が清潔感がない。夜になると暗くて怖いかった。 夜から明け方にかけて、ほかの方のトイレや部屋のドアの開け閉めする音などが何度も何度も響き渡って眠れなかった。 2階のベッドだったのだが、ハシゴがミシミシしたり、作りが急すぎて降りる時に一苦労でした。 共有の冷蔵庫が清潔感がなく、不安だった。

When i started coughing, i turn on the fan in my tiny area full blast until i cheeked out. PLYWOOD can be dangerous when chemicals are released to cause breathing issues. i would not go again because of plywood in interior of hostel. otherwise i enjoyed my stay. A lot of PLYWOOD in the interior of hostel that can cause health issues.
