- Elisa (5/5): Bon emplacement - Emplacement parfait à 5 mins à pied de Times Square et 2 mins à pied du metro L’isolation des chambres est inexistante, on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans le couloir, les chambres voisines et même l’ascenseur qui monte et descend. On pouvait d’ailleurs attendre ce dernier 10 mins.

- Miguel (9/5): Super Hotel. Absolut zu empfehlen. - Die Zimmer sind für New Yorker Verhältnisse ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt neben dem Times Square und von dort aus ist man schnell an jedem Ort mit der Ubahn. Das Bett war groß und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war für USA Verhältnisse wirklich super. Wir waren schon in der USA in vielen Hotels, hier war das Frühstück echt bisher am besten! Es gab nichts was nicht gepasst hat. Klar, etwas lauter hier am Times Square, aber das ist man sich bewusst. Irgendwann in der Nacht wird es dann auch ruhig. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed risolto immediatamente , anche altre mancanze ( bottiglie d'acqua). Piccoli disguidi che lo staff ha prontamente risolto.

- Kristine L (10/5): A short walk away from the LIVELY Times Square and Broadway Theaters - A+++ - What sold this hotel for me was its location, namely its proximity to Times Square and so many Broadway theaters. My priority for this first trip to NYC was to attend multiple Broadway shows and to immerse myself in the hustle and bustle of uptown. The hotel was also perfectly located near public transportation options like the bus terminal or subway stations so that I could also reach destinations other than by foot. I booked the standard king room, which was amazing especially if you're a solo traveler. I was very comfortable in that room. The elevator showed a little wear and tear in its aesthetics, and at times was a bit slow, but it was functional and that's what's most important.

Con lugares cerca para comer o tomar algo. La habitación un poco justa para 4 personas y las camas bastamte incómodas y la poca variedad en el desayuno. Cada día exactamente lo mismo, se hace monótono si estás más de 3 noches alojado.

Elke dag ook nieuwe handdoeken. Beleefd en vriendelijk personeel. Rooftopbar is een echte meerwaarde: lekkere hapjes, goede cocktails en een fantastisch uitzicht. Goed gelegen, dichtbij het centrum + metro. Eventueel wat extra plaats om kledij in op te bergen + plaats voor 2 valiezen was soms wat nipt.

The rooms do not have drawers to put your underwear and accessories in. Check out time is too early.it should be at least 12:00 noon instead of 11:00 am.

- Oszkár (6/5): Nice stay at a great location - The hotel is at the perfect location. With a bit of luck you can get a room overlooking the city with a beautiful view. The staff was nice, the luggage storage worked well, the bar at the top is really nice. There was an issue with the window since the first night (it was not properly closed), so the noise was enormous. Maintenance said this is normal, no problem, etc. we slept with earplugs. The last day during daylight I noticed the window seems to have a large gap at the top. Another visit from maintenance confirmed it was not properly closed and they fixed it. Regardless of the fact that we immediately notified the hotel about the issue and maintenance falsely dismissed the problem, we received no compensation other than 2 drink coupons which did not help a lot on the last evening. Also the lobby is horribly designed, the furnitures occupy all the space needed to go through the lobby, so if there are more than 2 people there you need to dodge people and furnitures with your luggage.

Colazione internazionale, sia dolce che salata, staff cordiale e pulizia delle stanze giornaliera. L’ascensore nelle ore di punta è sempre affollato impiegando un’attesa di diversi minuti per salire o scendere dal piano d’interesse.

L’Hotel è molto grande con, all’ultimo piano, una splendida vista su Times Square. Si trova in una posizione ottima dove arrivano le principali metropolitane della città. La camera era ben arredata e molto pulita. Lo staff è efficiente, ma poco cordiale mentre le stanze sono poco spaziose, soprattutto per un viaggio di famiglia.

- Pawel (7/5): Good place to stay - The location is right in the heart of Times Square. The subway is around the corner, and shops are a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and fast-food options. The view from the room is nice, and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. There were no problems with waiting for elevators.. Because you cannot open the windows and there's no fan in the bathroom, the smell in the room can be unpleasant. I found the bed mattress too soft for me, but it might be a good option for someone else.

- Monika (9/5): Great stay, nice staff, delicious breakfast, nice hotel. - We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were great and helpful, rooms were clean and nice, with a minifridge. They were restocking water every day in the room. Breakfast was delicious, we never waited to be seated for too long. The location was just 5 min walk to Times Square, so it was great. Maybe minus point for waiting times for the elevator and small beds (but I know this is standard in NY).

Obsługa wyjątkowo pomocna. Bardzo polecam. z jakiegoś powodu Taxi ma problem żeby trafić, zatrzymuja się 200 m za wcześnie. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem bardzo słabe.
