Dopo aver prenotato ho telefonato per avere informazioni varie e lui si alterava senza dare delucidazioni....probabilmente chiamavo in un momento sbagliato ma al check-in ha confermato la stessa poca accoglienza cambiando idea e istruzioni sull'orario del check-in: alle 9 del mattino era troppo presto ed alle 14 ho dovuto affrettarmi a tornare di corsa perchè mi comunicava che sarebbe andato via. Colazione servita in un bar poco raccomandabile e lontanondalla struttura. Camera standard poco curata.

Par contre très bruyant, dû à la mauvaise insonorisati - L’emplacement, idéal dans le quartier animé de Tratestevere. Très bruyant !! le palier donne sur trois chambres. Les murs et portes sont extrêmement fins. Nous avons été réveillés toutes les nuits par les voisins qui rentrent en parlant à 2h ou 5h du matin, et aussi par le réveil de notre voisin de chambre qui a sonné à 8h du matin !

• Anja (10/5): - Check-in y check-out sin problema. El apartamento era muy espacioso con una cama enorme. Tiene también una nevera y una mini cocina con placa para cocinar. Hay té y café disponibles. También incluye desayuno (café y un dulce en la cafetería delante del edificio). Estoy muy satisfecha con el alojamiento. Muchas gracias también a la limpiadora, que cada día limpió el apartamento y cambió las toallas. El apartamento está en una ubicación excelente, cerca de los lugares turísticos y del río Tíber. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes y bares. Lo recomiendo.

• George (9/5): Great location, love the spacious the room and the small kitchen. - The location was great, close to restaurants, shops, and breakfast was downstairs, coffee or whatever you want to drink with pastry, coussaints, etc. I like the spacious room with a small kitchen and refrigerator. Cleaned, and the maids were very accommodating. The door lock on my room was very tricky; Fabio came to fix it that night. It was still tricky; I had to be very careful how to shut the door. Hopefully, this is resolved for the next guest.

• Gioia (8/5): Quello che serve... - Stanza basic di dimensioni giuste per passarci solo le notti, la chicca della camera è che disponeva di un angolo cottura, molto comodo per qualsiasi evenienza. Box gioco/culla essenziale se si viaggia con i piccoli. Unica pecca il lavandino del bagno in miniatura, grande abbastanza per lavarci solo le mani, quindi un po' scomodo per tutto.

• Dupont (7/5): Logement trastevere - Le logement est très propre et très bien situé dans un quartier animé Le logement n'est pas un hôtel mais plusieurs chambres d'hôtes alignées. La salle de bain privative est séparée ( nous étions prévenus). Il y a du bruit quand les autres locataires rentrent ou sortent mais pour un centre ville c'est très calme la nuit.

• Stewart (1/5): A total failure of service and bad-faith breach of contract by the host. - Warning: This host reported a fraudulent "No-Show" 24 minutes BEFORE our agreed arrival deadline. I had a written agreement via WhatsApp for a 01:00 AM check-in. Despite keeping the host updated in good faith about any potential travel delays, he requested payment in CASH for a late check in fee at 00:32 (claiming a broken POS). When I insisted on using my card, he issued a formal "No-Show" cancellation at 00:36 while it was still possible for me to meet our original obligations. Despite spending 40 minutes on the phone with Booking.com support, the platform provided zero assistance or relocation, leaving us stranded in Rome at midnight. The following morning at 10:48 AM, the host messaged stating the room was available ONLY if I made a "new reservation"- effectively trying to charge me twice for the same stay. Documentation of the breach and the subsequent double-payment solicitation has been provided to my bank. Extremely high-risk merchant behavior. Avoid.
• Luna (6/5): - Estaba bien ubicado y limpio No era cómo indicaba en la página y en las fotos, es un apartamento compartido y no correspondía ni la ubicación del sitio que reserve El día antes de llegar me envió el dueño un was y me dio otra dirección donde estaba nuestra habitación, era una vivienda con habitaciones en lugar de un hotel. La nuestra tenía un baño pequeño con ducha pero no corresponde para nada a las fotos. El desayuno incluido es en un bar a 3 manzanas Lo qué menos me gustó es que no fuera lo que había reservado

Först av allt, detta är INTE ett hotell. I bästa fall ett B&B. ”Frukosten” är en kaffe och att bakverk nere på närmsta caféet. Det finns ingen reception där du kan förvara dina väskor. Rummet är lyhört och toaletten är i hallen.

Il bagno privato è nel corridoio separato dalla camera, come scritto nell'annuncio; nel corridoio affacciano altre due camere e due bagni, per cui uscendo dal proprio bagno si possono incontrare altri clienti. Il letto non era comodissimo.

• Lara Selina (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Man kann Abends gut dort essen gehen. Zum Kolluseum waren es ca 30 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Whirlpool. Das Bad war seperat und sauber. Die Kommunikation war einfach und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war nicht in der Unterkunft, sondern an einem anderen Standort in der Nähe, was für uns etwas umständlicher war.

Las habitaciones dan a la calle, la cual es muy ruidosa en las mañanas, con el paso de camiones recolectores de vidrio y basura, mucho ruido de autos y motos. La cama es muy incómoda, dormimos mal todos los días. El baño es privado para cada habitación, pero no está en la habitación, sino que está separado. Debes salir al pasillo para luego ir a la zona de los baños.

• SERGIO DANIEL (7/5): Mas o menos - El.alojamiento está ubicado en el medio de Trastevere, a pocos metros de restaurantes, cafes y heladerías. El barrio tiene mucha vida. Fabio muy atento y considerado! Además, todos los días hay limpieza y te hacen la cama. El desayuno diario en el café de abajo estaba ok. Si bien el baño es privado, se encuentra fuera de la habitación y a unos metros de distancia. La ducha es muy pequeña, es dificil maniobrar el duchador y se acaba el agua caliente rápido. Las almohadas de la cama son muy blandas.

• Carolyn (4/5): - Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, es gab keine Heizung und die Klimaanlage könnte nur kalt was im März ziemlich kalt ist. Im Bad war das Fenster undicht. Um auf Toilette zu kommen musste man halb über das Bidet steigen. Aus der Toilette lief regelmäßig unten Wasser heraus. Die Whirlpoolwanne war sehr klein sodass zu zweit drin sitzen echt schwierig war. Es war unfassbar laut also schlafen ohne Ohropax unmöglich. Und das Frühstück war ein Witz, auch wenn es angeblich ein typisch italienisches Frühstück gewesen wäre aber nicht im Vorfeld auf der Seite anzugeben das Frühstück dort bedeutet man darf sich im Nachbar Cafe ein Croissant und nen Mini Kaffee aussuchen und nichts anderes finde ich frech. Für alles andere müsste man selbst zahlen. Das ist für mich kein Hotel Frühstück mit dem man normalerweise rechnet.

Problèmes rencontrés : 40€ surplus demandé en liquide pour arrivée tardive malgré prevenance due retard vol. Bruyant, mal insonorisé de la rue. Seulement 1 viennoiserie et une boisson chaude à prendre dans un bar. Portes grincent, matelas inconfortable. Odeur humidité sdbain. Tuyau douche défectueux, a du être changé le 1er jour. Sdbain-wc privative veut dire au bout du couloir et ferme pas de l extérieur. Donc pas contents de cet établissement, nous ne recommanderons pas.

Το Trastevere είναι από τα πιο όμορφα μέρη της Ρώμης πραγματικά απολαύσαμε την εκδρομή μας πολύ. Επίσης στο πρωινό επίσης όλα τα παιδιά ευγενέστατα και ο καφές πολύ καλός. Α, μέσα στο δωμάτιο έχει τζακουζι!!!! Το τζακουζι ήταν πάρα πολύ ζεστό και μας ανάγκαζε να γυρνάμε νωρίς τα βράδια. Πλάκα κάνω ήταν όλα καταπληκτικά.

• sacha (6/5): Séjour à Rome sympathique - Fabio est réactif et arrangeant Chambre très propre Emplacement idéalement situé pour visiter Rome Le quartier de Trastevere est très sympathique le soir pour boire un verre et manger. Petit déjeuner inclus très moyen (seulement un café et une viennoiserie), du coup obligé de rajouter un supplément tous les matins. Isolation phonique de la chambre très moyen, on entend tout des chambres à côté et au dessus (conversations, chasse d’eau, portes des placards et au dessus les chaussures en plus du reste).

Apres une longue journée de marche c’est agréable. L’emplacement : tout est vraiment accessible à pied. Mais si vous préférez les transports en commun c’est faisable. Le bus H qui va jusqu’à la gare de termini passe par des lieux d’intérêt et est à 2min à pied de l’hôtel. Le quartier est un bon quartier pour sortir le soir. Pleins de bars et de bons restau qui accueillent du monde mais avec moins d’agitation que les lieux touristiques (pas de vendeurs en tout genre etc. ) Rue de l’hôtel pas si bruyante le matin. Avec des boules quies perso ça allait très bien Le petit déjeuner : alors certes ce n’est pas un grand petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel. C’est un ticket pour le café juste en bas. C’est vrai que certains des serveurs ne sont pas agréables amis d’autres le sont tout à fait. Le choix est limité mais pour notre part cela était suffisant et nous pouvions qu’être prendre le café à emporter ce qui était pratique pour respecter notre organisation Et des viennoiseries très gourmandes étaient possibles en ajoutant qq euros Pour 5 nuits avec des journées chargées dans Rome, l’hôtel est vraiment top !! Le prix était franchement compétitif. Le soir vous pouvez vraiment bien manger et vous amuser en étant à 10min de l’hôtel. Tout est faisable à pied. Le bar le matin reste très pratique et inclus dans le prix de l’hôtel donc super. Je recommande cet hôtel pour ce type de voyage. Mais si votre style de voyage c’est grasse matinée et que vous recherchez un hôtel très confortable pour profiter de la chambre alors je vous le déconseille. Seulement l’organisation pour notre arrivée car malgré les échanges sur l’heure d’arrivée et notre déplacement nous avons attendu 20min en bas de l’hôtel. En ne sachant pas vraiment quand Fabio arrivait. Franchement ce n’est pas très grave et Fabio est très agréable, mais le voyage avait été compliqué nous étions chargés et pressés.

• Malia (3/5): Posizione ottima, ragazzo anche simpatico ma andate altrove !!!! - Il riscaldamento era rotto, non abbiamo chiuso occhio e ci siamo congelati ! La macchina del caffè era solo d’arredo, appena azionata è straripata bagnando e macchiando ogni cosa!!! Dire che tassativamente la struttura andava lasciata alle 11 di domenica mattina per favorire un altro arrivo, quando in realtà è stato facile scoprire che non era previsto alcun check in , era una mossa evitabile. La signora delle pulizie avrebbe potuto iniziare dalla camera accanto già libera alle 10.30 e proseguire con la nostra in tutta tranquillità. Non ci saremmo permessi di poltrire ma mezz’ora avrebbe fatto comodo visto che ci siamo morti di freddo e non abbiamo chiuso occhio!!!

• Lekimek (7/5): - My jsme měly pokoj hezký, kamarádky tolik ne. Měly jsme vše v pořádku, ale ne vždy se to v tomto ubytování děje a je to škoda, protože místo je to krásné. V Itálii vždy musíte počítat, že standard je jiný než jinde...jsou to prostě Italové 😉 Co musím vyzdvihnout jsou uklízečky, každý den vše uklizené, čisté, ručníky nové každý den a taky jejich pozornost, měly jsme nedopité víno v lahví na stole a když jsme se večer vrátily, byla zaděláná uzávěrem a přibyly tam hned dvě skleničky na víno 🫶 Pokud chcete více info, přečtěte si recenze na Google Maps
• Elisei (10/5): - Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, nonostante abbiamo prenotato la sera stessa per quella stessa notte. Accoglienza puntuale e grande disponibilità. La camera era molto bella e pulitissima, e la posizione della struttura è perfetta, ben collegata e comoda per spostarsi. Inoltre, la colazione inclusa al bar sottostante è davvero ottima: cornetti e dolci buonissimi!

• Marta (6/5): - La habitación tenía una cama cómoda y tenia baño privado. En el anuncio no quedaba claro que se trataba de un B&B, lo cual ya generó confusión desde el principio. Además, la dirección indicada en la plataforma no coincidía con la ubicación real del alojamiento, que estaba mucho más lejos de las zonas de interés. Esto nos obligó a caminar durante horas para poder visitar cualquier sitio turístico o encontrar restaurantes y servicios. Por otro lado, aunque el anuncio indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, no se especificaba que teníamos que desplazarnos a otro local bastante alejado para recogerlo, lo cual resulta poco práctico y nada transparente. En general, la información del anuncio no era clara ni precisa, lo que afectó negativamente a nuestra estancia. No lo recomendaría a quienes busquen comodidad y una ubicación bien situada.
