• Edward (1/5): - Has potential to be great Everything there are roches the photos are from years ago the water stinks and I got sick just from brushing my teeth no one took a shower due to the smell of the water had to checkout 2 days early due to it was unbearable. Photos dont look like the place anymore
• Mayra (4/5): - The room is ok,but need more enhancement for a comfortable place to rest,it seems linens,pillow and pillowcases are somehow old..Cannot use the pool because this is not maintained hygienically,presence.of greenish something discoloration,there is presence of mold underneath..thank you..
• John (2/5): - The property was all but out of business. You shouldn't even list this property. $40 a night, it shouldn't be $10. The first night they put us in the worst room we have ever been in. Bed, cold shower, sink and crappy AC. No desk as listed, no mirror, no sheet or blanket, no towels, no tp, no bidet, no soap, there was basicly nothing. AND THE BEACH CLOSED AT 7PM. To cal this place a sesot is a joke. The worst thing is we did not get the wifi password until the last night of a 3 night stayand it came from the guard, not the person that checked us in or moved us. DO NOT STAT AT THIS PLACE. EVEN IF IT IS FREE.
• Mary (6/5): Pleasant - The freshness of the air. I wasnt happy nor my family. Coz we were lost finding the area .. Facilities needs improvement .. as we can see it needs more attetion and maintenance as the premisses was neglected and lack of maintenance . The room has only 1socket and we need to get extention lead so it can accomodate charging phones snd gadgets. Everything we needed has to be charge off ? The showet , it flooded wen using and points to the toilet bowl .. we have to take the shower down so we can shower properly .. The swimming pool was a disappointment ? As the water in 3pools was very dirty we werent able to swim as the water was disgusting..
• Chris (1/5): Times of old - The hot water in the shower was the only good thing about this place I'm afraid This is definitely a place that has seen better days. Nothing like the photos depicted and was very old and run down. We booked 5 rooms was very disappointing.

• Cora (1/5): I demand a full refund as the place isn’t pleasant to stay. - Lack of staff understanding when we ask for towels in the morning, again we ask in the afternoon and the staff stated that she’d do it later but we we’re given blanket instead and we had to ask again. Nothing we like, as a matter of fact we stayed one night only. The whole place is a rundown property! No kettle and coffee, no hot water, no TV, no soap, swimming pool is like green colour, no toilet sit on both rooms, broken bathroom doors on both rooms, lots of ants inside the rooms and mosquitoes as coming from the bathroom windows.
• Shoaib (3/5): Poor - Only the staff... Even though they could not do much to give me a better room (because they don't have one in the property) they tried everything possible to help. Rooms are not et all as they look in the pictures. Very dirty and not maintained. Tiny rooms, just enough space for the bed. The toilet seems to be a setup for some prison cell. This is a budget property for locals. Would not recommend it if you wanna try this for family or couples.

• Laurence (1/5): Worst experience - None. Worst ever They assigned me to a room that I didn't book which ended up cancelling my stay. They want me to stay in a single room instead of the family room.
• Anonymous (2/5): The place was old and gross. - The staff were friendly and accommodating. Very dirty and old. The floor was dirty, the walls were peeling, everything wooden was rotting and the toilet water had a very bad smell.
• Terrell (6/5): Okay, not great - Nice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. The toilet handle was broken and I guess they expected me to use the cup and bucket to flush, but they fixed the handle when requested. TV was beautiful but didn't work... no signal. Wifi internet was spotty. Somewhat remote, fifteen minute tricycle ride to the mall, maybe twenty minutes to Taal Heritage Village. Not a great value
• Robert (2/5): - I cant really review this property because I didnt stay there. I booked this property in advance before traveling from Washington DC to Manila. When I got off the plane I had an email from Royal Grande saying they "regret to cancel due to cleaning." Yes they refunded my money. But it was a huge hassle to find somewhere else to stay on such short notice.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not so happy - There was a storm during our stay, so we didn’t have a chance to go to the ocean, pool was good, room not bad but no tv and broken restroom, no blankets and towels..and we need to bring our own food. Needs a lot of improvement
