- FEDERICO (9/5): Ottima scelta - Posizione strategica per visitare tutto il Cilento, zona tranquilla a dieci minuti dalla litoranea. Appartamento moderno e spazioso dotato di ogni confort. La struttura affaccia sulla piazza principale del paese dalla quale spesso provengono rumori fino a tarda notte.
- Giusy (8/5): Buona opzione per breve soggiorno - La struttura è molto pulita, con parcheggio auto riservato e delimitato da cancello. Eugenio è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci e a darci suggerimenti sui ristoranti più noti nei dintorni, anche a pochi passi dall’appartamento. Nei pressi dell’abitazione c’è un supermercato, la posta e un paio di bar, anche abbastanza frequentati la sera. La casa è ben fornita di tutti i principali comfort e adatta ad una coppia. Purtroppo per raggiungere il mare è necessaria l’auto, ma in una decina di minuti si raggiungono le principali spiagge.

- Romano (9/5): Eccellente - C'era tutto ciò che cercavo arredo e stile a mio piacimento aria condizionata ,zanzariere ,bagno ampio..... e comodo!!! lo spazio esterno eccellente ....ci ritorno con piacere ! L'unica pecca i climatizzatori andrebbero puliti!

- Angelo (10/5): Amazing stay - I stayed for two nights in the ground-floor apartment. The apartment was as clean and comfortable as the condo, and a major plus was the private parking space and quiet location in town. The host was amazing, and if I had the opportunity to visit Ascea in the future, I would definitely go back to his apartment. The seaside is just a 10-minute drive away. Thank you again.
- Alfonso (7/5): Enjoyed large modern apartment at a reasonable price 8 mins from the marina (by car) - We enjoyed the apartment fresh furniture and size, comfy mattress (a bit on the rigid side which we enjoy) and the big kitchen with all utensils. The location was fine if you have a car and the direct road to the beach was super useful as it saves time. I'm not sure why many reviews are complaining about it since it is really no brainer and it works fine. In my driving experience I have seen much worse and steep roads. Indeed if you have a weak car you may be worried a bit but nothing out of the ordinary. The apartment was near the road and sometime noisy motorbikes and cars woke us up in the middle of the night at 1am and 2am. There is double glazing but that means you need to sleep with aircon which is not our preference. The other issue we found with that particular apartment was the lack of light inside, especially in the bathroom we had to use artificial light even during the day. Those are the ground floor apartments, I suppose the first floor won't have that issue. Some small things were also missing in the bathroom like a holder in the shower, we had to keep our products on the shower base or hooks for the towels, we communicated to the owner those improvements.

- Michele (10/5): Tranquillità e comfort. - È il secondo anno che torno in questa struttura, anche se solo per qualche giorno. L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito.Il bagno e gli esterni sono ampi e confortevoli. Posto tranquillo ma a pochi passi da tutti i servizi. Il mare dista meno di 10 min di auto. Titolare gentile e disponibile.
