• Michael (10/5): Super Unterkunft - sehr zu empfehlen - Eine tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Verona. Mauro, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat, ist ein echter Gastgeber! Er hat uns gleich mit Infos versorgt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nicht weit entfernt. So kommt man schnell in die Altstadt, die aber auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen ist. Übrigens: die Unterkunft ist hundefreundlich :-) -

• Weingartner (10/5): Vermieter ist ein Menschenfreund - Zimmer zur Gartenseite, extrem ruhig. Der Vermieter Mauro ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weil wir für den sightseeing Bus zu spät dran waren hat er uns zur Piazza Bra gefahren. Mauro ist an seinen Gästen interessiert. Er ist ein echter Menschenfreund. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Das Mietshaus in dem das B&B in der 1. Etage liegt hat eine gewöhnungsbedürftige Heizungsregelung. Mehr Wärme kam aus den Heizkörper einfach nicht raus. Bin aber durch meinen Kachelofen aber auch 23 bis 25 Grad gewohnt. Mauro hat uns das erklärt, dass es die Hausgemeinschaft beschlossen hat.

• Maurice (10/5): Clean and comfortable. Will book again. - Spent 2 nights here in November. Room was large clean and comfortable. Our hosts Mauro and his wife were fantastic. Full of useful tips and information for our stay. The property is about a 25 minute walk to the old town with plenty to see on the way including a lovely market halfway to town on Sunday. If the walk from town is too much Mauro also told us about the number 11 bus which you can catch from the town square and drops you a 2 or 3 minute walk away from the property, only costs 2 euros. We found the property great value for money, roughly half the cost of the hotels in the Center of the old town. We are planning on returning to Verona with friends and this will be the first property we check for availability. Grazie Mauro, see you soon! All good.

Mauro okazał się nie tylko świetnym gospodarzem ale i dobrym nauczycielem języka włoskiego 😀 obiekt jest utrzymany w nienagannym porządku i czystości. Właściciele dbają o wszystkie detale. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie przybory, sztućce, garnki i patelnię oraz ekspres do pysznej włoskiej kawy. Dziękuję za ten wspaniały okres który mogłem spędzić w obiekcie Al Parco. It was a nice touch and enough food for us to enjoy - The location is a bit far from city centre or the train station. We either took the free bicycles or walk to the city (around 30-40 min to Arena) everytime - Since the b&b is located in a residential area, it is very quiet but there's no nice restaurants etc. directly nearby. But you can walk 20 min. to Piazza San Zeno and find a lot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants there

• Lee (9/5): - Firstly, Mauro. What a great guy. Nothing was too much for him to help in any way he could. The room and bathroom was so well presented and so comfortable. Very clean. Fresh bedding and fresh towels. Shower and hair wash provided. Coffee and a simple packaged breakfast also provided. Was more than enough. The apartment is close to the centre of verona, a short 20 minute walk. Bicycles are available if needed. But for us it was better to walk. Mauro gave us a map,explained the way and said anything we wanted please message and he would advise. From any type of eating experience to places to visit. He knew that we were travelling onwards in italy and we were unsure of our next step and came to our rescue. He graciously took us to the train station in his own car. What a great guy. The apartment is ina great, quiet area that has no parking restrictions and as said is so close to the centre of verona. The other great thing is the 4 rooms all have ensuite facilities. But the kitchen is shared with 3 large tables and everything you need . It's a great way to meet different people and nationalities. I would thoroughly recommend staying here long or short stay. Well done Mauro 👏 As you can probably guess, nothing

Sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit mehreren Zimmern und gemeinsamer Küche. Parken direkt vor dem Gebäude problemlos. Fahrräder sind zu haben. Fahrstuhl angenehm für schweres Gepäck. Zu Fuß oder per Bus leicht die Innenstadt erreichbar. Und: Fenster mit Moskito-Netzen ausgestattet-keine Mückenstiche!!

We enjoyed the atmosphere of staying in the heart of a local neighborhood where local folk took time to speak to you. Mauro helped me with my Italian language knowledge and was very patient!! We used the local buses and caught the Lake Garda bus from nearby.. We caught the late bus from Piazza Bra after a concert and we're back in the accommodation very quickly. Very effective A/C too.because it was really hot in the city during our stay. Our group can't think of anything

Mauro - The property was perfect for my needs…great location & either a short bus ride or 30 min walk to the centre of Verona. • Danica (10/5): Wonderful! - We liked everything! Verona was the last of the four cities we visited on our Italy trip, and our experience with this accommodation is by far the best. It is located in walking distance from the center and it is possible to park your car in a quiet street in front of the building. The room is beautiful, has everything you need, the bathroom is very nice and clean, with a spacious shower and no bad smells. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Host Mauro is amazing, very helpful and there for everything you need. We liked everything.

The connection to the center of Verona is also OK (a bus stop is near). The host couple, Mauro and Simonetta, are lovely people who truly care for each and every guest! Ask them for some tips, eg. where to eat 🍕 or what to visit 😊 Our room and bathroom were comfortable and neat. There was everyday room service of good quality. In the flat there is also access to a nice and well-equipped kitchen. We know that bikes are also available (we didn't use this option but some other guests did). Moreover, we had a rented car and it was easy to park on Via Campania (the street was not busy). Last but not least, Verona is a beautiful city totally worth visiting!

Not far from center, in very silent and quite place. 30 minutes by walk, and 7 minutes by bicycle, that you can take everytime you want. It’s very useful!
• Hye-joon (10/5): Exceptional - Mauro and Simonetta made me and my wife feel at home. Their warm hospitality was very moving indeed. Verona was absolutely charming, and the B&B Al Parco was a quiet and ideal spot from which to explore the lovely city.

He welcomed us with great pleasure and gave us some advice on what to see in the area. If we visit Verona again, we will definitely choose this accommodation.
• Brendan (9/5): Wonderful and friendly hosts! Super convenient to get to downtown. - The B&B was directly on several bus routes, which made it super easy to get into downtown. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Though we did not take advantage of it because of likelihood of rain, we really appreciate that the property offered bicycles.

• Marcelle (10/5): Excellent stay. - Verona is a beautiful city. Staying at Mauro and Simonetta's bed and breakfast was wonderful. I felt extremely welcomed and at home. The place is super clean, quiet neighborhood and very close to the center. Mauro was very kind and helpful. I hope to return to the property soon.

• Sérgio (10/5): Exceptional, great rooms, and fantastic service. - We loved our stay. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the park. It's very near the bus, making it easy to go anywhere. Our host Mauro was truly exceptional, and really made us feel at home. We loved everything about it! There really was nothing wrong about it.
• Marven-philipp (8/5): Nice place a bit outside of Verona, quiet and good for a stay of a couple of days - Very friendly and kind owner | tidy and clean | bathroom was a bit small, but ok | kitchen available with everything you need | were allowed to park the motorbike in the garage, which was perfect!
• Henk (7/5): Too busy for us, nevertheless a nice place. - Mauro and his wife were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location next to the park is really nice and quiet. There is a garage for bicycles. Everything is clean and well taken care of. It's 10 minutes cycling to the city center. The kitchen comes equipped with all you need to prepare your own morning breakfast and coffee. There are enough shops around to buy what you need. There are 3 rented rooms in this apartment. That's a lot of people and you will hear the others walk around the corridor. What really bothered us was the fact that smoking is allowed on the balcony. Two rooms have a shared balcony with a panel in the middle. That doesn't stop the smoke from entering our room through the open window. Also, there is one shared airconditioning unit outside on the balcony. We heard the cycling on and off during the night of the neighbours' airconditioning. I guess we have become a bit intolerant to noises and smells of other people. If you don't mind, than this place is ok for you.
• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The AC was very appreciated because it was very hot during our stay in Verona. The beds are made every day and fresh towels are also provided daily. Every room has its own bathroom which was clean as well. Every room gets a small basket with breakfast items (croissants, jam, coffee, ...) every day. In the shared kitchen area coffee can be made free of charge with a pod coffee machine. There is a fridge as well where you can store your own items or buy soda/water for a small charge which was very useful. Also there are bikes which can be borrowed for free. The were ideal for a quick ride to the center of Verona. Mauro was an excellent host and we would definitley recommend him and his BnB when you are visiting Verona. He had a lot of useful tips regarding sights etc and is very friendly and helpful in general. All in all we had a great experience!

• Oleksii (10/5): Comfortable and romantic place fitted into green part of Verona - The host was so friendly and so attentive that we were not able to find any minor possible issues
• Joy (10/5): A great find with great hosts! - Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, nice small kitchen that we could use if we wanted. Felt very safe and secure. Location was good - you could walk into the centre if you wanted but it was very hot so we travelled via bus, the bus stops are very close and there is a small shop over the road that you can buy bus tickets from. Mauro is an excellent host. He offered to pick us up from the station on arrival, and on our last morning we asked if he could call us a taxi to the station but he offered to drop us off instead. Communication was excellent, we could WhatsApp him any time with questions and he would reply straight away. We had a lovely stay made better by Mauro’s wonderful hospitality :) Everything about our stay was perfect!
