Check In verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Wir durften noch vor Check In unser Gepäck abgeben was sehr erleichternd war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Was mich auch begeistert hat, war die Sauberkeit die komplette Unterkunft roch so schön frisch. Bettlaken super clean und gebügelt. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt auch super Zentral. Wir sind überall zu Fuß hin. Ich denke noch zentraler geht kaum! Ich würd jederzeit wieder buchen!

• Elvis (10/5): Very good - The location was at the center of the city, excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The guy at the reception helped my husband with the injured leg and I even forgot my sunglasses, which they found and give me them back once I went back for the luggages.

• Arianna (10/5): 10 e Lode alla cortesia, pulizia e comodità della struttura - Struttura in pieno centro di Madrid, a 3 minuti da piazza del sole, 6/7 minuti a piedi dalla gran via, 8 minuti da plaza Mayor e le principali attrazioni. Ci ha accolto una coppia di ragazzi simpaticissimi e disponibili sotto qualsiasi punto di vista. È stata un'esperienza fantastica. Tanti saluti🇮🇹
• Małgorzata (9/5): Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypad do Madrytu - Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu Plaza del Sol i pozostałych atrakcji. Wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Można było zostawić bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna W obiekcie wszystko ok. Trzeba tylko mieć na uwadze że mieszkając w samym centrum na pewno będzie głośno na ulicach co słychać

• Mario (9/5): Excellent - Very clean facilities; you can tell right at the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Staff very kind, they even gave me some extra insta coffee for the morning. A little noisy sometimes you can hear other guests outside the door or even the rooms next to you, since the rooms are not soundproof. However you cannot hear any noise from the street.

• Thaciana (10/5): Perfeita! - Acomodação perfeita! Fomos muito bem recepcionada pelo Angeles, que além de dar dicas de locais perto, foi muito solicito todo o tempo e muito gentil. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito aconchegante. Tem um frigobar e uma cafeteira, além de disponibilizarem chá e café, tem a disponibilidade de um microondas do lado de fora do quarto. A calefação funciona muito bem, não sentimos frio em nenhum momento. O chuveiro é bem quente e também tem água quente na torneira. Cama, lençóis e travesseiros muito confortáveis. A localização é impecável, perto da gran via e Puerta del Sol. Zero defeitos

• Nana (10/5): Recommended to stay. - Great central location with a quiet room. The cleanliness was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom door did not have a lock, which caused a bit of discomfort in terms of privacy.
