- Sabine (9/5): Schöne, nicht barrierefreie Wohnung fußläufig zur Altstadt. - Die Anmeldung erfolgte an einem Terminal im Hausflur, wir bekamen jeweils eine Schlüsselkarte. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und sauber. Die nötigen Koch- und Essutensilien waren alle vorhanden. Wir reisten als Geschwister mit unserer Mutter und hatten daher eine Wohnung mit vier Betten gebucht. Allerdings waren bei der Anreise nur die beiden Doppelbetten bezogen. Nach der telefonischen Reklamation wurde am nächsten Tag die weiteren Betten aber bezogen.
- Bianca (7/5): A nice place to stay if you don't want the busyness of the city center - The apartment was quite spacious, near to good cafes. Close to public transportation. Nice area. We didn't spent to much inside. For check in is requested to fill an online forum with lots of info about the people are saying in. If you miss to add something online, is quite unpleasant to do it on the check-in machine . Also we had funky smell from bathrooms.
- Liam (10/5): Comfortable stay in a clean apartment, good location. - Beautiful apartment with all facilities. Great location on a good tram link into the city but with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by. If I was being picky I would say, the lift only went to the 5th floor, and we were on the 6th. It is an attic conversion so some rooms have sloping ceilings and the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are quite steep. No problem for us but worth knowing if you have any mobility issues.

- Lyn (8/5): Great time In Prague at Louren Apartments - keys were in a kiosk that you had to log into with your reservation number and scan passport-secure building, large rooms, great neighborhood with tram access. Liked having an elevator since we were on 5th floor Nespresso machine leaked water after first cup-needs to be replaced. Apartment was warm even when we turned off heaters; could use a fan in bedrooms. Wished there were more towels-only one large and one small for the whole week.

- 9dca42f14b9270fc7059e6e449ac06f2 (1/5): Our staff was stolen from the apartment - - I accidently left my Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom drawer, and when I noticed it after check out and asked the property, they said they hadn’t seen anything. They didn’t make even an attempt to help me with that or talk with cleaning service, who actually stole it. Even the agency CEO was just ignoring my messages, which give me the sense they were part of this theft. So, I’m about to proceed to the police with that case and strongly recommend not to consider this apartment as there is no safety.

- Ralf Andry (10/5): God sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet. - Det hele var ret nemt, når man lige fik check’et ind. Nemt at gå til med selvbetjening på stedet. Der mangler et ophæng til bruseren på badeværelset med badekar, så man kan stå op uden at holde bruseren i hånden.

- PETRA (7/5): - Páčila sa mi rýchla komunikácia s ubytovateľom, ktorý nás ubytoval skôr na základe nášho skoršieho príchodu. Jednoduchá check-in a check-out cez KIOSK Parkovanie cez víkend v okolí zdarma. V posteli veľmi mäkký matrac bolo by vhodné ho vymeniť za tvrdší. Kúpelňa je malá a kúrenie bolo asi v nejakom šetriacom režime :-).Ale keďže sme boli len jednu noc postačovalo nám to.
- Anggela (1/5): - the location Title: Blood Stains on Both Bed Sheets – Very Dirty Apartment Unfortunately this was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. Both bed sheets had visible blood stains, which was extremely shocking and unacceptable. The floor was also very dirty — my white socks turned black after walking around the apartment. Other basic things were also not maintained. The washing machine still had wet towels left inside, the hair dryer was broken, and even the trash bin in the room was damaged and not repaired. Overall the apartment felt poorly maintained and unhygienic.
- Lady (3/5): Unacceptable experience—staff entered without notice and accessed my personal space, leaving me feeling unsafe. - Location and very spacious apartment I had a very concerning experience during my stay. At one point, a staff member entered the apartment without any prior notice or consent. They did not introduce themselves or explain their presence, which was already unsettling. What made the situation worse is that they opened the wardrobe where my personal belongings were stored. This was a clear violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe in the apartment. When I raised the issue, the response I received from the accommodation was that staff have the right to enter the apartment at any time, which I found unacceptable and not aligned with basic guest expectations. I understand that cleaning or maintenance may be necessary, but this should always be communicated in advance and respect the guest’s private space. Aside from this incident, the apartment itself was fine, but unfortunately this situation significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the property improves its communication and respects guest privacy in the future.

- Rolf (8/5): Top Lage, schön eingerichtet - Gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, tolle Betten. Obwohl man im Vorfeld alles beim online Checkin eingegeben hatte musste man dort vor Ort den gesamten Prozess noch einmal durchführen. Und das gebuchte Zimmer von Booking.com war nicht verfügbar, man hat dann ein genauso großes mit einer etwas anderen Ausstattung bekommen.

- Fernanda (10/5): Cozy and great! - Beautiful flat, clean, cozy and very central, very well connected to public transport, a couple of streets down and tram stop 12 takes you to Malá Strana where everything happens. I highly recommend this accommodation and it is very easy to check in/out and receive the keys. Top!

- Alexander (7/5): Alles in Ordnung für unseren Zweck. - Die Lage ist gut, wir haben sogar einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gefunden. Die Tram fährt häufig und mit dem Taxi kamen wir auch schnell überall hin. Personal sehr nett! Leider war der Aufgang auf die obere Ebene etwas schwierig, da muss man sich wirklich sehr bücken, für größere Menschen sehr schwierig.

- Eva (8/5): Beautiful apartment, pleasant stay, a feel of home but in renaissance style. - Great location for the price, beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, spacious sitting room, 2 bathrooms for a duplex 1 laundry pod was left for the entire stay, toilet flusher broke and the door to the bathroom was damaged, so wouldn’t always close.
- grant_0609 (9/5): - We stay in the hotel comfortably. The hotel/apartment is spacious and clean. It is near to the transportation that even though it is located in prague 7 you have no problem going to different tourist spots. And the ride of trams are enjoyable and you can see unique structures too. The check ins are smoothly done there's no stress even if you get there late for check in because they are automated and just follow their instructions. The staff responded immediately if you email them. It's not that I didn't like it but i wish they provided more towels. The water in the bathtub keeps spilling on the floor so we need to be extra careful and keep it dry using the drying cloth for the floor.

- Olha (9/5): Spacious, comfortable, well-located, excellent communication - Spacious apartment with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove. Easy tram access from the railway station and all major tourist areas. Small shops are just steps from the apartment, and a large shopping mall with Lidl is nearby. Only a short walk to Letná Park, offering amazing views-a must-visit spot. Although the aparthotel operates without on-site staff, all procedures are clearly explained and any requests are handled promptly. Even though I had already pre-checked in (which I highly recommend, especially for a larger group), I still had to provide some unnecessary information at the check-in kiosk. I was warned by the staff in advance, so the process wasn’t as long as it could have been.

- Krishnan (9/5): Define recommend if you are a larger group traveling together! - It was perfect for us…. We were 2 families traveling together and this apartment made it possible for us to stay together. The location was good, close to the metro with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The apartment was clean and well kept! Everything was great!
