Mary (7/5): Birthday treat.. - Booked this for my mom's Bday treat with her siblings. Room location was perfect for the elderly. Right next go elevator and accessible. They gave a complimentary cake for my mom during breakfast as it was her Birthday. Thank you. Windows need cleaning - first thing I noticed. I just didn't understand why they don't allow to borrow robes anymore. Room was family and becoming very basic. Even pitcher of water or not even bottled water. The hotel needs maintaining now I believe.

The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist, which makes every stay comfortable and pleasant. The main downside is the bathroom, as there is a strong unpleasant smell coming from the septic tank, especially around the toilet area. This has been a recurring issue during our stays, as we have experienced the same problem in different rooms. We hope management can address this concern to improve the overall guest experience.

The staff were also very helpful in setting up the party and the room for the celebrants. Breakfast buffet was good. Windows needed cleaning. The bathroom tap was very stiff and needed heading (though it did work). We never bothered reporting it though. Slight smell in the room.
