- David (10/5): - The house my wife and I rented in Davenport was large and very nice with plenty of space and in good condition - 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was in a gated community which felt very safe with quality landscaping throughout the area. It had a nice pool and spa as well. Although there was an extra expense to heat the pool and spa, my wife and I felt it was worth it. I do feel it would be helpful to have more information regarding the specific house you will get prior to booking. However, the overall price we paid on Expedia to have a private house with a private pool and spa seemed like a very good value. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was within reasonable driving distance to the major theme parks. We primarily communicated with Ivor who was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. He was even able to extend our check-out time upon our request which made our day of departure a little less stressful.
