• Karstedt (4/5): Hier ist Handlungsbedarf - Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ausstattung des Zimmers ist optisch in die Jahre gekommen und nicht freundlich ausgestattet. Das Frühstück: Auswahl und Hygiene (Kaffee lauwarm, Honig steht auf schimmlig feuchter Unterlage). Die Bewertung, die ausschlaggebend für meine Buchung war, kann nicht geteilt werden.

The hotel is full of charm, and the garden/ outdoor sitting area is really beautiful. There is a laundromat next door, and a patio area to dry clothes. Breakfast was great!

• Юля (10/5): Лучший отель во время моего путешествия по Camino de Santiago - Я пришла в этот отель после долгого и сложного дня на Камино, промокшая от дождя и уставшая, и сразу как будто попала домой - настолько тепло и доброжелательно меня встретил хозяин отеля. Помог отнести багаж наверх, а утром спустить обратно по лестнице. Отличная комната, большая и светлая. Прекрасная кровать, мягкое кресло, где так удобно было сидеть. Чистота, уют и комфорт, а главное - атмосфера гостеприимства, что так важно на пути Камино де Сантьяго. Это был без сомнения лучший отель на моем пути, жалко было уходить. Если соберусь в эти места снова - обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле. Понравилось абсолютно всё!

• Monika (10/5): - Das reizende kleine Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Camino. Das Personal ist ganz besonders nett und freundlich, der hübsche, kleine Garten lädt zu einem gemütlichen Abendplausch ein, dazu gibt es auch günstige Getränke. Unser Zimmer war im 2. Stock, doch der Chef (nehme ich an) hat unser Gepäck hoch geschleppt. Nach Baiona geht man auf einem gemütlichen Fußweg 30- 40 min, mit wunderschönem Ausblick.

Die Zimmer sind traditionell eingerichtet, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Tisch etc.), sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und hygienisch. Der Besitzer war äußerst nett und aufmerksam und hat uns morgens persönlich ein leckeres Frühstück vorbereitet – perfekt für Pilger. Die zentrale Lage und der Waschsalon nebenan sind sehr praktisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir auf dem Camino sind. Vielen Dank!

Also, amazing pizza spot right around the corner and laundry right next door. Maybe somw fruit or eggs would improve the breakfast, but fresh orange juice is offered. Sort of a one-man-show, so you can't expect the manager to do everything.

• Pat (9/5): Did the job, would stay again. - Traditional inside but nice. Our room opened onto a terrace so we had outside space and somewhere to hang washing which was much appreciated. The gentleman was helpful and welcoming and gave us a good recommendation for dinner. He also came to get our cases in the morning as the luggage company arrived early. Breakfast was just ok but adequate. Coffee was awful!! It did the job though and I would stay there again. Only the coffee at breakfast which was not good.
