- Dunia (10/5): - The location was perfect close to all main attractions in Prague. Easy check-in/check-out. Very comfortable bed. The only thing bothered me it's there is on outlet close to the sink/mirror so you have to dry your hair close to the bed without a mirror.

- Patrick Turley (10/5): Well worth it. - I stayed in the "Ancestral" apartment, which was delightful. The decor seemed to reflect the historical culture of Czechia (of which I know nearly nothing -- so don't take my word for it) and was very comfortable. The location is marvelous. It's within easy reach of both a metro and tram station. It's also a short walk from the river and all the attractions of the Old Town, including both the astronomical clock and Charles Bridge. Getting to the Lesser Town requires nothing more than a stroll across another nearby bridge. The management company leapt on every question I ever asked and sent back quick, courteous replies, even when I asked them something they had already explained quite clearly in the instructions left for me on the table. The water doesn't drain as well as it ought to in the shower, but that doesn't take away much from the rest of the place.

The rooms are beautifully put together, antique furniture, botanical wallpaper, a freestanding soaking tub with brass fittings, and a marble kitchenette. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design. The toiletries were great quality too, which is always a nice touch. Spotlessly clean throughout, incredibly central, and yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The hosts were on top of every message almost instantly, which made the whole stay completely stress-free. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Nothing

Plus jedna časť apartmánu je orientovaná do vnútrobloku - ticha časť, druha časť do ulice, kde nemáte šancu sa vyspať. Asi preto Vás vítajú štuple do uši.

- Doss (1/5): Not worth the money or hassle. - The common areas are setup well and look great. Terrible service, lying about the amenities on site, told us they are not a hotel, and several other minor issues like not enough toilet paper or towels and trying to get us to pay extra so that all registered guests could have their own towel. They promised a partial refund due to all of the issues and a pipe breaking but only gave a third, which required me reaching out to Booking.com directly to settle the dispute. Bathrooms are incredibly cramped and the second "shower" is basically right on top of the toilet.

- Antonella (9/5): Schönes Apartment in toller Lage - Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer ist ein toll, man darf dabei aber nicht vergessen, dass es kein Badezimmer gibt in das man sich „zurückziehen“ kann falls man das wünscht🙂 Uns persönlich war das Bett zu klein. Der Raum ist sehr groß und es hätte gut ein größeres Bett reingepasst.

- THANASIS (10/5): Would love to stay again there!! - Fantastic location right at the center of the historic part of Prague. The apartment was big for two persons with two separate rooms. It was warm, cozy and the hosts were replying in our questions within minutes. Will definitely choose it again in the future!! The curtains really stopped any light to enter the room in the morning, the street was mostly quiet and right outside there was restaurant , mini market, fast food and souvenir shop. Really lucky to have stayed there! Forgot to ask the host if the tap water was drinkable so was carrying bottles of water! (my bad) Also would be nice to have a label indicating were the elevator was.. Arrived at night so carried our suitcases on the 4th floor by hand only to realize the next day that there was indeed an elevator if we searched a tiny bit more! Lastly would be nice to have a full body mirror somewhere in the 2 big rooms and a tv for when we chose not to go out. Minor details that dont really change how it felt staying in this awesome apartment.

The hotel is spotless, well-run, and clearly cared for — everything felt smooth and under control from start to finish. The location is a big win: super convenient, easy to walk everywhere. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly organized. Somehow, during the entire stay, we barely ran into anyone from the team — only the same neighbour just three times 🙂 — which made the whole experience feel calm and almost private. No hiccups at all, just a seamless and very well-managed stay. Not really a dislike, just a small note: the 10:00 check-out time felt a little early. An 11:00 check-out would make an already great stay even more comfortable.

The big luggage storage room made it very convenient to arrive early and do last minute site seeing after check-out. Beautiful old building. Soooo quiet. I couldn’t hear my neighbors or the street. The room decor was bizarre. It was faux finished to be some kind of old structure but wasn’t done well and felt a little creepy. I would have preferred a more tasteful interior (less of a movie set).

Absolutely nothing apart from the lack of iron/ironing board in the room although we did notice one in luggage storage, which means there was one available on request.

The property was beautifully furnished, the size of the apartment ( Sage) was perfect for us. The staff was exceptional and attentive to all of our needs. Everything was wonderful. Considering it is a historic building, there is a flight of stairs to be taken just to get to the elevator in the back of the building. For some with a heavy luggage, it might be little difficult.

- Petya (10/5): - This was my first visit to Prague and staying at The Emeralds added up to my overall experience. Amazing place with such an original and cosy interior! The location could not be better to explore the city - 4 minutes from the main square, in the old town, yet in a quiet non-touristic street. Although the check-in process was online and you receive a code to enter the building and collect your keys, there is an office with a receptionist during the day - from 9 am to 5 pm. Right after I entered my room, Katerina came to greet me with a glass of prosecco. She is such a nice and smiling person! All of this, with the personal touch, was quite unexpected after the digital check-in, but so precious, especially for me. Personally I don't like this modern way of travelling when you never meet real people. Every time when I see this old-fashioned good manner, it warms my heart. Thank you, Katerina! Hope to see you again! Nothing. All was perfect.
