E dulcis in fundo le proprietarie sono state gentilissime dandoci consigli utili su dove andare e cosa fare. Da consigliare !! Tutto perfetto , niente di negativo da segnalare
• Daniela (9/5): Ci è piaciuto moltissimo.. luoghi interessanti, gente cordiale e ottimo pesce . - Ottima posizione: nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e molto vicina alla spiaggia . Ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Molto pulita e ottima biancheria. Parcheggio top . Noi eravamo in 7 , di cui 5 donne : avere una altra doccia sarebbe stato ottimale ma questo non ha rovinato la ns permanenza!!

• Kurt (8/5): - Chioggia ist absolut sehenswert und die Unterkunft hervorragend geeignet, um von hier aus die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich der 5 km lange Strand mit allen Vergnügungseinrichtungen.

• CS1962 (6/5): - Lage sehr gut wegen Nähe zum Meer, allerdings auch laut durch die nahe vierspurige Straße vor dem Haus. Betten komfortabel, bequem, Grundausstattung Pflege- und Reinigungsprodukte, alles wirkt sehr sauber Wohnung insgesamt kühl, gerade abends ungemütlich. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung neben der Eingangstür. Nach 3 Tagen zog eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern in die darüber liegende Wohnung und der Alptraum begann. Wir haben selbst 3 Enkel in ungefähr dem gleichen Alter, aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Ein Kind rannte ununterbrochen durch die Wohnung, hin und her, mit Trampelschritt, bis in den späten Abend. Wurde es ermahnt, was man durch die Decke hören konnte, schrieb es wie am Spieß. Das Schieben von Stühlen und anderen Dingen fand quasi unmittelbar über unseren Köpfen statt. Als mein Mann die Eltern eingeladen hat, sich das doch mal bei uns anzuhören, hieß es, ja, wir wissen das, wir versuchen, dass es ruhiger wird. HALLO???? Kinder bewegen sich, spielen, aber ständig zu rennen- unmöglich! Dazu muss man leider mit Kindern raus, damit sie sich auspowern können. Trittschalldämmung ist hier absolut nicht vorhanden. Ich empfehle Buchung der oberen Wohnungen, damit keiner drüber wohnt.IDeutsches TV sollte angeblich vorhanden sein, da waren aber sämtliche Kanäle nicht erreichbar, haben uns mit Laptop und HDMI Kabel geholfen, denn irgendwann will man auch nicht mehr nur lesen.

• romina (10/5): Posizione strategica e ospitalità impeccabile - Posizione eccellente: la struttura si trova in un punto strategico, vicina alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, pescheria e panetteria. Il centro di Chioggia è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Un plauso speciale al personale, estremamente accogliente e disponibile, capace di superare ogni nostra aspettativa nel soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Nulla.

• Thomas (10/5): Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus und kommen sicher wieder. - Haus ist direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Francioli (10/5): - Location perfetta per raggiungere la spiaggia e anche il centro di Chioggia a piedi. Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario per cucinare. La struttura sembra nuova. Il personale molto gentile. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento segnato per 6 adulti è un po' piccolo. Ha solo un bagno.

• Marius (10/5): Sehr gute Lage - - Direkte Strandlage (1 min zu Fuß) - Manche Wohnungen haben direkten Blick zum Strand und auf das Meer. - Gut ausgestattete Küche. - Modernes Bad mit weichen Hotelhandtüchern. - Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden.
• Andre (9/5): maison belle vue ist eine absolute Empfehlung 🫶 - Alles, es ist rundum eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Kann man nur empfehlen Der Klodeckel ist los (das ist jetzt aber schon echt in den krümeln gesucht 🤣). Eine Empfehlung welche nicht im geringsten etwas mit der Wohnung zu tun hat: beachten bei Buchungen ab Mitte Oktober. Die Saison ist dann vorbei. Vieles hat zu. Selbst die Spielplätze sind überwiegend geschlossen. Als Familie sollte man das beachten.
• Theresa (10/5): Fantastisch! - Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort. Es war fantastisch! Der Strand war praktisch leer (ideal für Hunde!). Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind alle innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief reibungslos. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befand, war ruhig und die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was man braucht. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

• JustTravel68 (10/5): Wonderful time in Chioggia/Sottomarina - The apartment was centrally located, and you can park your car in the designated parking lot. You can walk to most of the conveniences nearby as well as to the historical center of Chioggia. The apartment was very well equipped, with a laundry, an iron and an ironing board, a balcony which overlooks the beach. You get access to a LIDO, which is a very significant comfort in Italian beaches.

Außergewöhnlich freundlicher Empfang. Im Preis inbegriffen waren Liegen und ein Schirm für den Strand (ca. 3 Gehminuten).

Barbara e il suo staff sono molto attenti e gentlii a fornire tutto il supporto per il soggiorno. Appartamento super, pulito e attrezzato e in un'ottima posizione. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza al mare, relax, natura e cultura! Siamo arrivati proprio durante la Sagra del pesce di Chioggia, un'ottima esperienza eno-gastronomica. Grazie mille e arrivederci! The apartment had all the amenities you needed for the stay and Barbara was very accommodating if you needed anything else. highly recommend this property there was nothing to dislike

It was central to everywhere, free parking, across the street from the dog beach which is a great beach with an amazing restaurant. Barbara who manages the property is the BOMB! She's there if you need her, personable and so helpful. She arranged our beach pass in advance and had beach towels upon our arrival. NOTHING

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment house. We chose this hotel for our trip to Venice. In Venice prices are exorbitant and very few hotels accept pets. The road to Venice takes about 50 minutes by car. And we did not fail. All 5 days of our trip the weather was fine and we combined a beach holiday with excursions. Even swam in the sea several times. Hotel on the first line, passage to the beach in front of the hotel, there’s also a city parking, which the hotel paid for us. We had a sea view balcony. We wrote to the hotel what time we would arrive and Barbara met us. She showed us the apartment, answered all our questions. When it came time to leave, we didn’t want to. But we’ll definitely be back. Maison Belle Vue thank you very much and wait for us.
• Marek (10/5): Exceptional - It's apartment building with several apartment units in different floors. Our apartment had spacious balcony, kitchen and washing machine. Beach is across the road and parking is also directly on site and for free. Host was super nice and friendly.
