- Masha (4/5): Disappointed - The location was good, 2 min walk to the promenade, staff were lovely and very kind, breakfast was either cooked full English or cereal which was good Very dark and outdated, rooms were the same. Whole place smelled of cigarettes, even in your room. No parking anywhere near the hotel. Room not very clean
- Brittany (10/5): - Nice clean friendly hotel
Family friendly
- STEVE (10/5): Great stay Christmas decorations fabulous, lovely breakfast, will be staying sometime next week, Stevie Barnsley - Kerry & Angela were fantastic hosts, & a fantastic welcome, first time lone traveler, for many years & made to feel so welcome, will return, Nothing
- Anthony (5/5): -
- Tracy (10/5): Great hotel, wonderful host and we’ll definitely be returning! - Everything ! It was such a cosy lovely place, food was yummy and we were made to feel so welcome Nothing whatsoever

- Laura (5/5): Not for us - The room was clean and warm. Breakfast was nice. As you walk into the hotel there was a really strong stale cigarette smoke smell (luckily not so much in the actual room) the shower was really poor. The bunk beds creaked so badly any movement from the kids on the top bunk was really noisy. Fluffy cover on the toilet seat I personally find unhygienic. Stain on the outside shower mat, rip in bed cover.
- Winter (10/5): An amazing experience overall - Angela was lovely; unfortunately, we never met her partner; but if they were the breakfast chef; then all I can say is well done!
Breakfast was amazing. Neither myself nor my partner ate much else for the rest of the day.
The room was wonderfully clean and more than satisfactory for our requirement, although a little on the small side. However; we were given the choice of rooms; but the smaller room was brighter, warm & cosy and was more appealing for my personal preference.
The towels and bedding were spotless and the refreshments facilities were a lovely touch; but maybe an additional bottle or 2 of water would have been nice; but to be honest, we never asked, so if we had, I suspect they would have been provided.
Quite honestly, it was a fantastic break away; the accommodation and owner were wonderful; we will most definitely be booking again. Personally, I would lose the multiple cushions on the bed and also the other bed decoration; they did nothing to enhance the room and finding space for them when retiring was an unnecessary experience, tending to block walkways and doorways in doing so.
We found the bedside lamp didn't work; nor the light on the shaver point above the mirror; but again, it was no detriment to ourselves; but maybe it would be to others! Maybe a quick check when cleaning the room would be helpful.
I honestly think the decals on the toilets are not required and possibly date the overall appearance, which is a shame; overall, it's an amazing place to stay;

- May (7/5): Very busy, loads to do and see . Kids loved it - Lovely breakfast, brilliant with grandchildren
- Richard (9/5): - I liked that breakfeast that was include as well as not to pricey for drinks in the bar in the hotel as well as not to far from local areas to get to promanard and local pubs good location Some areas of the room wallpaper was coming away from the wall which worried me think that i was going to get charged even though i didnt do anything
- Michael (10/5): -
- Jayne (10/5): If you are looking for a perfect holiday with very high cleaning standards, a beautiful breakfast every morning well thi - Absolutely everything, attention to detail, the cleanliness is outstanding the beautiful big fluffy towels, the breakfasts are amazing, the beds so comfortable and immaculate. We truly felt spoiled and it made our holiday. We was made so welcome as soon as we arrived to the moment we left. We shall definitely be back next year won’t stay anywhere else now. Can’t fault anything.
- Chris (10/5): The hosts are lovely people, very pleasant and down to earth. Nothing is too much trouble. - The food was great, with many choices, the location was ideal with the road being a quiet one for a good night's sleep.
- gary (5/5): Decent short break - Came to Blackpool for Rebellion, The Hotel was decent value for money, it had everything you need for a short break, slept well and breakfast was decent. Decor was a bit tired and could occasionally smell smoke.
- Adam (10/5): Excellent B&B within walking distance of Central and South pier - Lovely B&B, breakfast and room were perfect, will definitely book again and use the lounge more, well recommended by the whole family.
Seagulls are loud, so maybe bring a bow and arrow :)

- Walsh (10/5): - Staff were polite , breakfast was amazing and room was spotless , we will definitely be going here again
- Michelle (10/5): Amazing stay with friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms - Staff were amazing they were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough. Young boy working there is brilliant and ensured could play pool with the kids and have a drink at the bar each night. Which is very reasonable priced I enjoyed being able to have a drink chilling in the lounge with the kids as kept them busy too before bed. Honestly couldn’t fault the staff or the place. Room was large with toilet and shower and soap and plenty of very soft and clean towels. (Meant to ask how she washes her towels and keep them so soft before I left) . Breakfast was lovely and adjusted it to each of our liking and would ensure had everything we need. Location perfect between south shore and main centre. Able to walk back and forth or if needed tram this was easy too. Bonus it is around the corner from the best Chinese in Blackpool the Lythum house Chinese in which we have being going to for last 30 years. Would deffo stay here again! My Mum raved about it too and had to get them some thank you chocolates and biscuits. WiFi was a bit slow at times but nothing too bad just could be slightly faster.

- Emma (9/5): - Lovely warm welcome to this family run property. Clean and tidy. Very good ampel breakfast. Well looked after for a traditional blackpool property. Definitely be back and recommend.
- David (8/5): Incredibly welcoming hosts where nothing was too much trouble - The breakfast was great, lots of choice, it would be good to have a menu as there was a lot of food. The food was well prepared and nothing was too much trouble for the host and her family who were both very welcoming, made us feel at home and our bed was incredible. I shall be staying again, next time I am in Blackpool. No issues, this is a well kept BnB and was exactly what we wanted.

- Lynn (6/5): - The property owner Tom.was friendly breakfast was OK The room.was small, it's in need of a renovation the light in the ceiling was dodgy, and like an old fashioned office ceiling with florescent lights that didnt work even on the pull cord the carpet was well worn ,the shower room was extremely basic with the toilet roll on the bin 🙄 towels were old, the side of the mattress felt damp as it was next to an outside wall just very outdated
- Maltby (8/5): -

Lovely English breakfast
Great value for money. Parking wasn’t great but owner told us about the parking around the corner Church carpark.
No heating on so Room was a little cold at night for this time of year for little ones.
- Derek (8/5): -
- Andy (6/5): A bit of a let down - Location was good, room was ok and we slept well. The welcome when we got there, the landlady looked as though she was a bit inconvenienced and certainly not very welcoming, the landlord was better on the morning, but, and im sorry to say this but the breakfast, wasn't good, it was tasteless and the food looked very cheap, especially the sausage, im sorry but we won't be back again but do wish all the best for the future. The reviews built the hotel up to be exceptional, but im afraid it wasn't for us.
- Angela (10/5): Lovely as stated above We will recommend this hotel to our family & friends - It was very nice, clean , comfortable hotel , value for money and easy to get a tram to and from the centre of Blackpool, and train station too. Owners were very helpful and took our bags to the room. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was lovely too. Thankyou Nothing. It was lovely

- Danielle (10/5): Amazing place. - Visited blackpool for my sons 18th and what a nice little gem this hotel was. The hosts were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. The cooked breakfast was beautiful made by angela. The rooms were spotless and very cool (weather was boiling when we arrived) We had 3 separate rooms and we were all on the first floor. Had a nice bar and pool table with the most comfiest corner sofa to sit and enjoy a drink on. The street where this was located was lovely and quiet and not far from the beach front and all activities. Will definitely be returning to this place in the near future.
