- litty (9/5): - We stay here every year, so we know how everything works and can enjoy a stress-free stay. It’s conveniently located near Tenjin and Hakata Station, there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and check-in and check-out are smooth and easy. This is the same comment we made last year, but we don’t really have anything specific to add. If we had to pick one thing, though, it would be nice to have a chair in the bathroom.

- Naomi (9/5): Convenient apartment stay in Fukuoka - Very close to city center, fully equipped with everything needed, including kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, hangers to dry clothes on the balcony, etc. Spacious for families, and the beds were very comfortable. Since it’s located on a busy street, it can be a little loud from people and cars passing by. No elevator.

- Worakit (9/5): Clean room and reasonable price - Clean, functional and good location I was requested to pay extra money for my kid by staff’s mistake. After we made some several contacts and finally they found that they did a mistake. However, it was not a good impression for me.

The room was spacious, but kitchen, hall, wardrobe and bathroom are all very tiny. No table and chairs for sitting and eating - would have been better than a sofa and a low table. On the steep and narrow stairs it is very hard to climb up to the 4th floor with bigger luggages.

- Mike (9/5): Excellent stay in a comfortable, well equipped and by Japanese standards, very spacious hotel. - The accommodation was an excellent size for Japan, and very well designed so you had all the appliances/conveniences needed in a very good use of the space. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very well placed for public transport. The staff were unobtrusive, but very helpful when required. The sound proofing in the room wasn't great, but the hotel is in a quiet area, so it wasn't too much of a problem. There is no elevator, so you have to be able to get your suitcases up the stairs to the room. This was clearly advertised on the website, so we were not surprised.

- JEONGHUN (10/5): 정말 좋은 시설, 청결 최고의 숙소였습니다. - 숙소 근처에 패밀리마트 2곳, 세븐일레븐 1곳이 있고 큰길쪽 패밀리마트 앞에 24시간 하는 대형 마트가 있어요 저녁에 8시넘어서 가니 세일 붙은 물건들이 많았고 샌드위치 50프로 할인된 가격에 여러개 구매했어요 급하게 회나 고기도 살 수 있고 베이커리도 있으나 늦은시간이라 물건은 많지 않습니다 생일이나 기념일시 주변에 케이크 살 수 있는곳은 없으니 숙소 입실전 꼭 사가야하며 이자카야나 야끼니꾸 가게 제외 대부분 가게가 7시~8시 사이 문 닫으니 그 전에 필요한거는 사서 들어가세요 숙소 나와서 큰길 건너면 먹자골목 비슷한데 숙소 쪽은 조용 합니다 숙소에서 고기 굽거나 라면 끓이거나 조리가 다 가능 합니다 렌트카 사용시 주차장 없지만 택시가 워낙 잘 연결되서 불편한 점은 없었습니다 걸어서 하카타역까지 20분거리라 나쁘지 않았고 하카타역 근처에서 저녁먹거나 물건 사서 돌아오는데 1.7키로미터 정도라 성인남자 20분 정도면 가능해서 산책겸 돌아다닐만 합니다

- KIMIE (9/5): 快適でした。 - 天神側で近所にコンビニ、スーパー、商店街、乾燥機がつかえるキレイなランドリーもありとても便利。 部屋もすごくキレイに掃除されていて、洗剤完備、家電もキレイにしてあり過ごしやすかったです。レイトチェックインになりましたが迅速に対応いただき助かりました。 ただ、部屋内にあちこちに害虫対策がしてあり、でるのかな？と最初は気になりましたが、全くキレイで出ませんでした。出ないようにしっかり対策をしているということかなと思いました。 タバコ臭もなく清潔で子供連れにも安心して利用できる施設でした。 福岡来る際はまた利用したいです。 エレベーターがないのでスーツケースを部屋にあげるのが大変だったので、スーツケースの部屋まで運びサービスが有料オプションなどであるといいなと思いました。

- CHINGHSUAN (10/5): - 空間算大，離車站沒有到很近但也不遠，搭公車的話就滿方便。 沒有電梯需提行李走樓梯，雖然樓層不高，影響不大。 如同一些評論說的，房間內確實容易聽到外面的聲音，若是淺眠的人可能就不太推薦，但若對聲音不會太敏感的話大致上沒什麼太大的問題！

It’s also maybe a little run down in spots. But if you’re after something big, vaguely Airbnb like at a good price, this is a great choice

- John (9/5): Almost perfect - The bed was so soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains went a long way in making my sleep amazing. The location was perfect as it was in walking distance to canal city and a short bus ride from Hakata station. There are no elevators, which is not great for carrying luggage. Also, the bedrooms are not soundproof, so we could hear a little noise from outside.
- Pavelchenko (10/5): Exceptional - The room is warm in winter! There was a kitchen you could use. Beds were comfy, location is in the middle of the city. P.S. Japanese houses are often made of wood and insulation is super important. There is no way to predict the warmness of the property based on basic info and even photos. Meanwhile, most reviews are done in the warm season and of little importance for the cold season. The Ryokan I stayed in the day before was super cold, so I even got sick. I was very happy to finally sleep in nice and warm apartment ❤️ No elevator

- Tania (9/5): Convenient, spacious and clean - The location was excellent and the room size perfect. Kitchen facilities were great to have including the good size fridge/freezer. Couch was very comfortable and having a separate toilet from the shower was helpful. The bed sunk in the middle but still able to sleep. Not impossible but had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs.
- Jane (7/5): Not bad. Room as advertised - Check in was smooth. Keyless entry was helpful as we sometimes split and came home at different times. Saved hassle. Amenities was sufficient. Room was spacious as advertised. I liked the large garbage bin for our longer stay. Needs more hooks or counter space in the bathroom for our towels and change of clothes. Additional shelf beside the sink would have been very helpful. During our entire stay the room smelled like someone's sweat. Opened the windows and AC, didn't help. Air purifier would've been helpful. Location was not bad. 15-20 min walk from hakata station, or 3 bus stops. But since most of the places we wanted to visit were in hakata station or Tenjin area, it seemed a little far on foot, and a hassle to take the transit.
