- Brenda (9/5): Fijn hot - De ruime kamer met kitchenette en balkon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De ligging dicht bij de boulevard en strand. Met de fiets zijn we naar Riccione en terug gefietst. Je kunt lopen naar Rimini stad, 20 min. Het Fellini museum in castell Sismondo is zeer aan te raden. Ook zijn er eeg goede restaurants in de stad, zoals La Mi Mama. Het is erg warm in de kamer, nu was het te doen met een open balkon deur. Maar als het echt warm is dan mis je een airco. De gratis fietsen zijn een mooi gebaar maar wel aan een opknapbeurt of vervanging toe.

- Marize (7/5): Estadia razoável. - As toalhas eram muito boas. A localização é boa para quem quer ir à praia, o que não era o nosso caso. É necessário ônibus ou táxi para se locomover. Havia um ponto de ônibus perto do hotel mas sempre tínhamos que esperar muuito. Parece que o serviço de transporte público é muito deficiente na Itália. Pelo menos é o que estamos vendo nestas duas primeiras cidades desta nossa viagem (Rimini e Como), em que precisamos usar transporte público. O ar condicionado central não funcionava, mesmo marcando 17 graus. O ap. era quente, embora lá fora o tempo estivesse frio. O vaso sanitário era quase embaixo da pia - nunca tinha visto algo assim. A ducha, embora forte, não prendia devidamente no suporte. As 2 camas (de solteiro) eram muito estreitas. Para chegar à recepção tinha que subir vários degraus de escada, o que foi ruim quando chegamos com mala.

- Benga Benga (9/5): - The apartments are very confortable, bright and clean. The sofa bed is ok for kids, I think it will not be so good for an adult. There is a big refrigerator, kitchen appliances (we didn't cook, but I there is everything needed). The balconi is also big and nice. Very close to the beach - 3 minutes. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The historic center is great, but not so close. It is more than 20 minutes walk, there is public transport that you can also use. The breakfast in Marakuja was not as good as we expected. I have red a lot of positive opinions for the place, but I think there are better places for breakfast at similar prices. The last night of our stay, there was a party in the apartment next to us and they have screamed till 2 AM, so we couldn't sleep well. We were there with a child, so this was unacceptable.

- Anna (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt – czysto, cicho, wygodnie i świetna lokalizacja 😊 - Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie 😊 Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie – pokój czysty i zadbany, ręczniki regularnie wymieniane, a cały obiekt bezpieczny i komfortowy. Panowała miła i spokojna atmosfera, było cicho, dzięki czemu można było naprawdę odpocząć. Dodatkowo hotel ma świetną lokalizację – wszędzie było blisko. Jedyny mały minus to suszarka do włosów, która była dość słaba i miała bardzo mały nawiew i szybko się nagrzewała, więc przy długich włosach suszenie zajmowało sporo czasu.
- Monika (9/5): Доволни сме - Стаите са чисти и приятни. Хотелът е близо до линеен парк, който стига до центъра. Също така е много близо до крайбрежната алея и плажа. Точно срещу хотела има заведение за закуски с най-вкусните кроасани :) Когато ние посетихме хотела (Май 2026), настаняването беше в 16ч., а напускането сутрин до 10ч. Имаше свободни стаи и ни настаниха по-рано, но е странен диапазон. Хубаво е да се обърне внимание на баните. Някои елемемти имат нужда от реновиране.

- Lucini (10/5): - L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check in. Ottima posizione: vicinissimo alla spiaggia, supermercato, farmacia, bar e ristoranti. Abbiamo aggiunto l'opzione parcheggio esterno, recintato e vicino all'alloggio. Dopo due giorni ci hanno cambiato tutte le salviette e ci hanno rifornito di docciaschiuma, saponette, detersivo piatti. Wi-fi assolutamente buono. Alla reception sempre accolti da persone molto cordiali che ci hanno fornito informazioni chiare. Soggiorno senza pensieri! Nulla da segnalare.

- Zanini (9/5): Residence consigliato - Bello il residence, posizione ottima vicino alla spiaggia. Comodo ai servizi (bar, ristoranti, tabaccheria, supermercato). Ha parcheggio sia in residence (sotterraneo) che esterno (a 250 mt). Consiglio quello esterno, meno caro e puoi entrare e uscire a tuo piacimento. Bella la stanza, grande, pulita con angolo cottura, lavandino e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Tavolo e sedie. Bellissimo balconcino con tavolo e sedie per mangiare anche all'esterno. Personale molto cortese. Nulla

- Moberg (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location in Rimini - Super clean and nice apartment. The location was great with only a quick walk to both stores, restaurants and the beach. We had a nice balcony which we very much enjoyed. Rimini was beautiful and the promenade by the sea and hotels was very well taken care of and modern. We recommend this hotel as well as Rimini in general! It was difficult to regulate the heat on the gas stove when cooking and it was too close to the wall, we could se that the joints had been burning before. There was also a church very close with a bell that rung once an hour so it wasn't ideal if you want to sleep in. It rung from 8 am to 8 pm but was silent during late evening and night.

- John (9/5): Fijn hotel op een uitstekende plek. - Wij hadden een 3 persoons appartement voor ons verblijf van een week. De ligging van het hotel was erg goed, vlakbij alles maar net ver genoeg om ook rust te vinden. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hygiene is prima in orde, geen stof, alles netjes. Parkeren nabij het hotel is ook prima geregeld. Zelfs aan een ontbijtdeal is gedacht. Aan de overkant bij Maracuja kun je heerlijk ontbijten op Italiaanse wijze. Goeie koffie, veel keuze uit “zoete” broodjes. Zou dit hotel zeker aanraden voor een vakantie in Rimini. Eigenlijk hebben we geen negatieve zaken te melden.

Le personnel est adorable, c’est calme propre et à proximité de tout. - La gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la proximité des centres d’intérêts touristiques ( restaurants et front de mer) L’absence de petit déjeuner, cependant c’est un appart’ hôtel donc il est normal qu’il n’y ait pas de petit déjeuner mis en place par l’établissement
- Serena (10/5): Ho soggiornato qui in occasione della maratona; siamo stati molto bene. - Appartamento molto spazioso, funzionale e pulito, con balcone unico che andava dalla camera alla cucina. Doppia tv (in camera e in soggiorno). Reception presente 24 h e sempre disponibile. Infissi che insonorizzavano bene il rumore del traffico serale, che comunque era contenuto. Cucina con tutto il necessario e rinnovata da poco. Tutto ottimo! Nulla, tutto perfetto.

- Nevena (8/5): - Nice place near the beach. The room was clean. They offered also coupons for breakfast in the baker just across the street which was nice and in good price. The walls are very thin and all the passing through corridor guests as well as others talking over the phone in their room are heard like being at your room. One of the nights was very noisy and hardly to fell asleep. For us it was far from the central part of the city center and is taking almost 20-25 minutes by walk with no easy available transport.

- Игорь Толмачёв (10/5): Когда всё было отлично и всё понравилось, то нет необходимости что-то предлагать или корректировать. - Локация отеля отличная. До пляжа 5 минут ходьбы, но мы были в апреле и только прогуливались по набережной. Недалеко исторический центр города, путь лежит через парк. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Так же есть два платных паркинга отеля ( подземный охраняемый паркинг под отелем -20 евро, в 250 метрах огороженный под наблюдением камер- 10 евро). Номер отличный, очень чистый и аккуратный. Всё необходимое в нём присутствует. Персонал это отдельная тема, Мы успели немного пообщаться с четырьмя сотрудниками на рецепции и все они сама доброжелательность. Очень внимательные и гостеприимные люди , которые готовы оказать помощь в любую минуту. Видно, что люди очень дорожат своей репутацией. Нам всё очень понравилось. Не было такого.

The room has a very cute balcony with a view of the church tower. It's just a suggestion, not a problem – having wine glasses and salt in the kitchen area would be perfect.

- Honrubia (8/5): Lloc molt correcte i bona relació qualitat-preu. - La localització i els voltants han sigut perfectes en el meu cas. L’estació de Metromare molt prop. Supose que per les dates que he anat no havia massa soroll, però imagine que a l’estiu s’escoltaria molt més als veïns de les altres habitacions.

- Zeynep (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber und sehr zentral. Alles fussläufig in der Nähe. Das Personal super freundlich Matratzen sehr hart und durch die Straße war es sehr laut. Das sind aber nur kleine Minuspunkte und jeder empfindet das ja anders.

- Catherine (9/5): Welcoming and comfortable place to stay - A friendly welcome and a nice extra as we had been upgraded to a larger room. The Residence is an old-style seaside hotel suitable for short or longer stays and comfortable for us as a couple or a family as there’s plenty of space in the apartment. It’s comfortable, not luxurious, which makes it very good value for money and is within a few minutes walk of the train station, the town centre shops and very close to the beach. There are restaurants and cafes at the end of the road. There was very little not to like! I would have liked a full length hanging space for dresses but this is a fault in most hotel rooms. Designers seem to think that only people wearing separates or suits stay there!
- VILIJAKV (10/5): - Staff is 24/7 so it is good that you can leave luggage if you arrive earlier. Also we could enter room earlier than expected. Location is very good, not far from promenada. Kitchen fully equiped, there is elevator in the hotel. Bycicles for free for exploring the city, that is nice advantage.

- Gianluca (7/5): - Pulizia, ingresso accogliente , posizione vicina al lungo mare e con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 30 minuti si arriva al centro storico. Bagno un po' piccolino
- Morena (9/5): Un weekend al mare - Il residence è in posizione ottima, molto vicina al mare. La camera presenta un angolo cucina provvisto di tutto l'occorrente per rendere il proprio soggiorno confortevole. Ambiente caldo e accogliente. Se proprio si vuole trovare qualcosa, ci hanno dato per errore una stanza con letti singoli. Al nostro ritorno dalla passeggiata, ci è stato detto che avevano sbagliato e che avevano trasferito tutta la nostra roba in un'altra stanza, con letto matrimoniale. Ecco, forse, avrei preferito ci aspettassero o che almeno ci avvisassero telefonicamente. Non mi è sembrato molto corretto.
