• Martin (6/5): Falsche Zimmergröße erhalten - Falsches Zimmer erhalten. Gebucht und bezahlt wurde eine größere Wohnung. Angefragt wurde erste Etage. Viele Tage vor der Anreise. Erhalten Erdgeschoss und kleiner Wohnung. Differenz wurde noch nicht zurück erstattet. Schade eigentlich. Deswegen leider negativ Bewertung.

Couldn't ask for anything more The only thing I would say is the bed isn't the most comfortable. Other than that absolutely perfect stay!

• Gemma (5/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación Al llegar por la noche no tenía la ropa de cama necesaria para quedarnos todos y aunque llamé para comunicarlo no hicieron nada hasta el día siguiente. También al no tener recepción por la tarde entran personas que no se alojan en el y hacen escándalo.

• Eric (8/5): Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder - Lage, Preis, Geräumigkeit, Pool, El Cotillo ist toll Die Küchenaustattung hat ein paar Lücken. Keine kleine Schüsseln und die Steckdosen waren so blöd angebracht das Schnellwasser Kocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle auf den Fußboden gestellt werden mussten. Hier könnte man wenigstens Verlängerungskabeln dazu geben können . Wasser ist an einem Tag mal ausgefallen aber es wurde sofort behoben. Also alles gut!

• Noemi (7/5): Vacaciones en el paraíso - El complejo es idóneo para pasar unos días de relax en el cotillo . Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y todo muy limpio. El apartamento tiene de todo Lo menos que me gustó pero no es nada relevante, son los ruidos que se generan en las habitaciones de los lados, sobretodo cuando el personal de limpieza realiza las labores que arrastran los muebles sin tener mucha consideración por los huéspedes, pero entiendo también , que están trabajando y que tienen que limpiar a fondo . También se escucha la megafonía del super que se encuentra justo debajo, pero ya digo, nada que no haga pasar unas felices vacaciones en el cotillo

Many guests had difficulty gaining entry as phone number given was not always manned & is an international number. This is a stressful start to a holiday! No furniture on solarium.

• Biscioni (8/5): - Noi soggiorniamo due volte l' anno al Tao . Mi piace 👍 Questa volta in 12 giorni di soggiorno mai dato il cambio dei lenzuoli. Una volta gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati.purtroppo wi fi all' appartamento 2G non funzionava. Il segnale arriva a solo sul terrazzo dell' appartamento e non nelle camere. Comunque tornerò presto al Tao e spero che tutto vada meglio. Un saluto.

• PALOMA (7/5): Bien - La piscina y la cocina con utensilios suficientes para cocinar. No hay enchufes en los dormitorios junto a las camas, ni mesitas de noche, ni lámparas en toldo el apartamento. Habitaciones sin decorar, ni siquiera cabeceros. Las funda del colchón muy pequeña, imposible de colocar y las sábanas se arrugaban. Colchones finos, tampoco muy incómodos. La wifi mal apenas iba, a pesar del aparato en el salón.

• Stutley (5/5): Ok for a budget break - The property is ok for a budget break. Just on the outskirts of the town, but only a pleasant stroll to the harbour and other facilities. Clean and tidy, but you wouldn't get much sunshine in certain apartments. The wifi connected occasionally, there was only a 3 seater settee for 4 people, so one had to sit on uncomfortable dining chair. The small patio table would have been ok for two people but not four. It needed a couple of things mending, but when we mentioned them nothing was done about it.

Arrivata in struttura nel pomeriggio (previa comunicazione due gg prima), nessuno mi aveva ancora risposto con le istruzioni per l'accesso che sono arrivate via mail alle ore 21.00! Appartamento con veranda a tunnel, completamente buia. La piscina non ha lettini sufficienti per gli ospiti. Quando è troppo ventoso per stare al mare, non c'è l'alternativa. La connessione a due giorni dal fine soggiorno ha smesso di funzionare
