• Subhankar Chatterjee (5/5): - Cleanliness is the only thing I have to say some goo6words about Well I can't finish the list, it's beyond anticipated. No bathroom accessories, inconvenient with luggage to carry upstairs, only caretaker doesn't understand the requirements and no cooperative, AC wasn't working. Sub standard breakfast. Its just like parking yourself in some emergency situation. The owner should have a second look and provide the service which should worth the money he is taking.

• Rita (10/5): A great stay - It was a very beautiful homely property. Set in a residential area the location was great and easy to find. It is very clean and well maintained. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. Nothing as such.
• Anwar (5/5): Not recommended for quality stay - Breakfast was decent. The caretaker of the property is very humble and well behaved Common bathroom for two rooms and this is a major negative factor. The property is a G +:two storey house. The owner / caretaker stays in the ground floor and the two upper floors are given to the tourists. No lift and the staircase is narrow and uncomfortable to climb. The care taker is insisting to keep our shoes / chappals outside at the ground floor entrance and climb the narrow staircase bare foot which is very uncomfortable. The staircase is from inside the caretakers house in the ground floor. All these uncomfortable factors add to the negative rating.

• Sakina (6/5): Pleasant - The host was extremely cooperative warm and prompt with his replies on mail. Quite adjusting too. He quickly made changes according to our recommendations. We stayed there for almost 12 days. The villa has its old world charm and is situated in an extremely quite and clean neighborhood. It needed a lot more cleanliness. Rooms need a wardrobe too. The only 1 wardrobe available in 1 room was absolutely dusty and full of cobwebs and was borer infected. Kitchen too needs hygiene maintenence. Rooms and kitchen need to get a pest control treatment . Also guests need to be provided with blankets or quilts. We were given only thin white bedsheets to cover ourselves at night. Bathroom faucets too need to be fixed. Bed mattresses were old and had a slope to them. When it started raining heavily there was water leakage just outside the room our children were staying in and we had to place a bucket there. Rooms were dusty . We had to continously ask the caretaker to clean but he would not do so daily. Bathrooms were not washed properly and had a stench to them. We had to buy bathroom freshnere and hang them in the ones we were using. The photos shown are quite accurate regarding the rooms, their size, their furniture placement and are the cleaner version of what we saw in reality. A humble request to the owner, please make the necessary changes as you have a beautiful home and can be turned into something great if you wish to do so.

• Oshan (10/5): Incredible hospitality - I stayed in this property for 15 days and I received 5* service from day 1 to day 15. True Srilankan hospitality was given by "Kumara" and I was looked after as a family member. I was lucky enough to meet the owners too and had a really nice chat over breakfast. I have travelled around the world and would rate this stay very highly Thank you 😊

But reviews of this place was exceptional(it really is) But there was a 20$ service charges that I missed.
