- Marina (10/5): - Всегда, когда приезжаю в Нячанг, останавливаюсь семьёй в этом отеле, уже 5 раз. Меня все устраивает. Расположение, на мой взгляд, самое лучшее. Сейчас, когда в Нячанге много туристов, центр переполнен. Здесь, немного южнее, намного комфортнее и на пляже и на улице. Первая линия, вид шикарный. Номера комфортные, завтрак отличный, персонал старается. Менеджер Хуонг прекрасно говорит на русском и помогает решить все вопросы. Спасибо огромное лично ей! Друзьям и родным всегда рекомендую оставаться именно в этом отеле. Обязательно вернёмся снова! Спасибо!

We enjoyed the spa and the massage service, which we highly recommend. While it may be a bit more expensive than external services, we believe it offers excellent value due to its hygiene and professionalism. We had reserved a suite that was advertised with a sea view and balcony; however, we were provided with a partial sea view. A staff member was unable to provide a justification and subsequently offered a complimentary cancellation, despite our late arrival. We believe he was trying to be kind 🙄😀. While the hotel staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and politeness, language barriers significantly impact communication with guests who have experienced extended travel, potentially leading to frustration or conflict due to misunderstandings. Therefore, we strongly recommend implementing professional development programs to address these communication challenges, as well as enhancing staff awareness regarding security protocols.

Hade först bokat två nätter, förlängde detta med ytterligare fem nätter och sedan ytterligare tre nätter till 👍😃Har redan bokat in i februari igen. Skulle någonting vara bättre så är det för lite med bara tre hissar på ett sånt stort hotell. Frukosten innehåller allt, både asiatiskt och västerländskt. Enda påpekande vi har är att de inte gör omelett eller scramble eggs. Annars topp.

- Pham (6/5): It was good. - Beautiful views and convenient location. Our vanity table broke down and almost hit my foot! There was nothing heavy on top of it besides a hair dryer I was using. The hotel staff should take a look and address this matter before another guest could seriously get injured. Also, the breakfast buffet could improve so much more. There should be more options for Vietnamese noodles.
