- Verified traveler (2/5): ダメ物件 - 予約完了して宿泊直前に宿から送られてきたメールで初めて、ホテルドットコムのページには記載されていない条件がある事が多かった。 まずメールには、指示されたアプリに加入してからのチェックイン作業であること。駅からの近さで選択したにも関わらず、鍵を取りに行くべきオフィスがかなり遠い。ホテルドットコムからの請求額とは別に、現地オフィスで清掃料20EUR支払い義務がある。ゴミは前日夜迄に外に捨てに行かなくてはいけない。など、記憶する所だけでも沢山ホテルドットコムの説明不足がある。 また、 現地オフィスも、鍵の開け方の説明が不十分で、物件までスタッフが開けに来るのではなくオフィスからの遠隔操作オートドアの為、ドアの前で電話やりとりして20分くらいかかった。 おそらく通常賃貸の空き物件を貸しているのだろうが、オフィススタッフも鍵の使い方やその他の詳細を理解しておらず、物件を実際見ていないのではないかと疑う。 かなりストレス。絶対オススメしない。
