• Kamila (3/5): Ok if you arrive late in the evening and leave early in the morning. Otherwise - very bad. - Closeness to the port. Pool (though, small). Very dirty. Rooms, bathroom, shower... People who own this place know most guests will only stay for a night and don't bother improving anything. Breakfast was also bad. I've never had such watery scrambled eggs in my life (well, and I didn't. I just left the whole plate after one bite, so..)

• nick (9/5): Really clean, comfortable stay in Panangbai - Lovely clean bungalows. Cute little pool. 4 minute walk to the local shops and the pier. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. If walking/mobility is an issue, be aware the shops/restaurants/pier are a walk away.

Super spacious, extremely clean - there was not spot of dust even on the huge balcony, the living room or the big outside kitchen.

• PIERRE (5/5): - Le logement est spacieux et propre Nous avions avisés l'établissement d'une arrivée vers 18h, vers 17h j'envoie 1 message pour dire que nous arrivions dans 10 mns...personne à notre arrivée...et pas de réponse via whatsapp...il aura fallu que des habitués de l'hôtel les appellent pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un....et qu'on ait enfin une réponse whatsapp...j'avise aussitôt notre check out pour le lendemain matin à 7h...personne ne nous a contactés pour le petit déjeuner qui était inclus...nous sommes donc partis sans petit déjeuner et aucune information....

• Pia (5/5): Da wir keinen Wassersport betreiben konnten sind wir einen Tag eher abgereist, obwohl das Zimmer schon bezahlt war. - Wenn man die Fähren nutzen möchte, oder Wassersport machen will, ist die Lage gut. Das Zimmer war groß. Der nahegelegene Ort ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Zimmer hätten einen Nachttisch und einen Stuhl haben können. Das Personal hatte nicht viel Interesse an uns.

• Maria (1/5): Sporco umido e maleodorante - Voto sufficiente solo alla colazione. Struttura sporca, maleodorante ed umida. Pareti scrostate dall’umidità, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, sanitari sporchi e corrosi dal calcare. Distributore dell’acqua presente in camera sporco incrostato. Impossibile dormire per via dell’umidità e dello sporco diffuso. Il tutto peggiorato dalla presenza di un profumatore per ambienti che spruzza un profumo chimico: perché profumare una stanza di fatto sporca? La struttura era stata scelta per via della sua vicinanza al porto di Padangbai, tuttavia la posizione è in realtà scomoda perché si trova in cima ad una strada in salita non illuminata perciò tutti gli spostamenti devono essere comunque fatti con taxi, o comunque sono difficili da fare a piedi, specie se si hanno delle valigie. Questa struttura non dovrebbe essere su Booking.

Nous n’avons pas pu et c’est dommage profiter du déjeuner pourtant compris dans le prix. Effectivement à 7h30 heure début du p’tit déjeuner nous devions être au bateau.

• Yves BARTHEL (8/5): - Das Personal, von der Sicherheitskraft über die Putzkraft bis hin zur Managerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren top. Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit in einer kleinen Umbauphase, deswegen war das Bad noch nicht in jedem Zimmer erneuert. (Unseres leider noch nicht)

• Alexis (6/5): Pas cher, lit propre et confortable mais pas bien pour le reste - Calme et lit comfortable. Chambre propre. Douche avec eau chaude qui ne marche pas. Le distributeur de shampoing et savon ne marchent pas bien. Cela tombe par micro goûte et ils faut attendre 1-2 bonnes minutes en restant appuyé pour avoir de quoi se laver le corps. Pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, nous avons eu des bestioles (type scarabée) qui sont rentrés le soir. Rien de grave mais pas idéal en se couchant de trouver un scarabée sur les toilettes. Wifi ne marche pas bien dans la chambre. On ne le capte pas depuis le téléphone. Et connexion lente depuis l’ordinateur. Enfin, j’ai demandé une location de scooter. Ils m’ont fait payer 50% plus cher à la journée que les loueurs de la ville, en me disant que le prix était ferme et non négociable. L’hôtel étant hors du centre ville ils savaient que j’accepterais.
• sheree (2/5): - We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving at approx 12:30am and that we would need transport to boat Harbour at 6:30am. They said that was fine and gave me 2 phone numbers to call when we arrive and they will let us into our villa. When we were 5 mins away I started trying to call the numbers to tell them we were coming, no answer. I tried 3 different numbers over and over again and no answer. It was 12:30 in the morning by now and we had just had a long flight and needed to be up early morning. Our driver from the airport went into the property and was calling out for someone to come and there were two men asleep at a table outside in the dark who were supposed to let us in. We finally got into our villa which was clean and basic but we expected that. Bed was firm and only one thin blanket. Next morning we got up and tried ringing reception to check if our car was coming to pick us up and once again no answer and no response. We ended up having to walk to the Harbour with our bags as no car had been arranged for us despite us telling them we needed one and them acknowledging this. We would not stay here again.

• Anna Giulia (5/5): C’è di meglio, molto peggio che in foto - Posizione comoda per raggiungere il porto, ma comunque meglio prendere un Grab con i bagagli perché strada ripida in salita. Personale gentile che ci ha servito la colazione in camera anticipatamente per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Struttura isolata e scomoda per qualsiasi attività (non siamo riusciti a cenare perché tutti i ristoranti disponibili erano lontani). Pulizia non eccelsa, il dispenser del sapone scorreva a piccolissime gocce, docce fredda, macchie di muffa sulla parete, componenti delle docce e delle porte arrugginite.
• Rebecca (10/5): We had a lovely stay, we were able to increase our stay with no issues and the staff were easy to get hold of if we need - The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Just a heads up about the hill you have to walk up to get there! Was a good workout though!

Food delivered to your room ordered by whats app. Nice seating area outside for food and sunbathing next to pool. Can walk to ferry although quite a hill. Takes approx 10/15 mins. Cleanest property we had in bali even the bathroom. Would stay again .

We needed accommodation at the last minute and were very pleased to find this place. We wish we could have stayed longer! There was a fresh water cooler in the room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. However, we didn't stay long enough to ask for some and I expect they would have provided some if we'd asked.

You can walk into the town from the hotel in just over 10 minutes, however dangerous walking when dark as hilly lanes with no lights. Pool area ok and sun loungers were good. Friendly staff Bathroom had a sewage smell. Hotel doesn’t have dining/drinking facilities - probably wouldn’t have booked had we realised this. Hard to get transport from there as no taxi service available

It was ok The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere although not very far from a the absolutely beautiful white sand beach. To be fair is only 10 minutes walk (up The hill though) from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach

• Renae (8/5): - Beautiful views from the pool deck.. and nice and quiet.. very easy check in and out.. very nice pool and staff The hill to get to the villa from the township is quite big and steep.. its not a problem of the villa but just better if you have a motor bike staying here.. it is a big hill if your are walking!
• Linda (8/5): Hotel in a lovely setting. - Scenery was beautiful surrounding the villa. It was basically quiet. It was a very steep walk up the hill to go back and forth to town. Bathroom mirror had black spots and sink handle was very corroded. Food was served in the room as there was no main area to eat breakfast; The two rooms had to share space and luckily guests next to me were not noisy. However, when outdoor lights were on for others at night my room wasn't dark for sleeping. Curtains should be blackout ones.
• Trayc (10/5): Great stop over at Padang bai, before heading out to the islands - Clean, well kept, very big whole villa on a floor to ourselves. Staff amazing and helpful. Nothing was any hassle, was able to communicate via WhatsApp. The pool was great for lounging. Helpful arranged for us to get to the port We were able to order food in from Mimbas 😊 Highly recommend The location was up a very steep hill, the beach in the other direction was up a steep incline, then down again and a trek, you then had to pay to enter the beach!!! We had Villa 4

• Andrew (6/5): Generally poor and not worth the cost, sadly. - Lovely staff, comfortable bed, decent location and breakfast was always delivered on time. Overall, not worth the cost, sadly. The hot breakfast was mostly cold, possibly cooked in the town and delivered by motorbike. There were two windows in the room (almost floor to ceiling) which didn’t have curtains! Sunrise… good morning!!! Forget further sleep. At night the location was quiet, despite being quite busy during the day. However, there was some loud banging from footsteps and scraping of furniture on the floor above, loud enough to wake you and keep you awake. This happened throughout the night at roughly two hour intervals. Initially we suspected noisy guests, but it also happened when nobody was in the rooms above. Lastly, we also requested a late check out, which was refused due to guests having booked the room. Fair enough, but three people cleaned the room in fifteen minutes. Check in is 3pm, check out is 12. It would not have been much inconvenience to give us an extra hour.

• Janie (5/5): I would not recommend this property. Photos on website do not relect actual condition or services at villa. - Room situated next to a pool. No contact with staff other than on arrival. Had to work out connection to wifi and order breakfast via text. Room only had one cup, no tea, coffee or sugar. Bed side table occupied by a water dispenser. Bathroom flooded. Had to request soap dispenser to be refilled by text as room not serviced. Lack of pillows. No offer of early breakfast or travel pack for early departure.
