Ho scelto questa struttura per poter usare la spa, che non era disponibile e questo non era indicato all'atto della prenotazione. E la palestra disponibile dalle 11.00 del mattino. Credo che se i servizi non sono disponibili debba essere indicato.

- Patrizia (8/5): Serenità e benessere - La struttura, non è molto visibile dalla strada principale, sebbene sia parallela, a primo. Impatto, si presenta più come un agglomerato di appartamenti, ma poi si scopre la qualita. I parcheggi sono molto comodi. Alla reception c'è uno staff preparato ed allo stesso tempo informale. La camera, una tripla, molto grande, pulita, analogamente al bagno. Il silenzio la fa da padrona. La piscina ha diverse corsie, due riservate per nuoto libero, mentre nelle altre era presente un corso x bambini, che c rendevano l' area un pò rumorosa. Non abbiamo provato i servizi benessere, che ci riserviamo per la prossima occasione. Il servizio ristorante non è attivo. Ottima la colazione, abbondante e di qualità, arricchita dalla gentilezza del servizio. Nelle vicinanze ci sono buoni ristoranti. La location dista 5 minuti da Grottamare. La, struttura è collegata con un ponte che sovrasta la statale e conduce alla spiaggia. Con qualche euro in più si consiglia la camera con vista mare. Nel complesso più che consigliato, specie se si ha la possibilità di usufruire di scontistiche/offerte.

- Bortolotti (8/5): ottimo rilassante e perfetto per i trattamenti che volevo fare. - beh vista la stagione non era il momento della spiaggia ma la struttura convenzionata con una gran bella piscina e per i suoi eccellenti servizi crea una combinazione ottimale per una vacanza. non ho nulla da dichiarare in questo senso
- ferdinando giua (5/5): poteva essere perfetto - le camere e la spa molto belle e pulite, parcheggio comodo e coperto dopo la prenotazione ho provato almeno 5 volte a contattare l'hotel ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. rispondeva sempre la segreteria telefonica. Al mio arrivo nell'hotel la porta d'ingresso era chiusa e alla reception non c'era nessuno. Ho provato a chiamare il numero indicato ma senza risposta, poi, sono andato all'ingresso delle piscine ( due porte a fianco) per chiedere come fare ad accedere all'hotel e la signora mi ha risposto che era lei la responsabile e mi dava la chiave della camera. Non essendo abituato a dormire col riscaldamento acceso, ho chiesto una coperta che non c'era in camera ma non mi è stata data perchè non ne avevano. Alla partenza sono passato più volte alla reception ma non travando, come ala solito nessuno, ho lasciato la chiave in camera e sono partito. Dopo circa un'ora una telefonata dall'hotel mi diceva che dovevo lasciare la camera(cosa fatta un'ora prima, ore 10,15) e che dovevo pagare il supplemento per il cane. Come facevo a pagare se non c'era nessuno, ripeto, come al solito? Appena arrivato a casa ho fatto il bonifico per il cane. Peccato perchè la struttura merita 10 e la signora delle colazioni anche, molto gentile e disponibile.

- PASQUALE (6/5): Un 4 stelle sopravvalutato - Non suggerirei a nessuno questa struttura Praticamente non possiamo parlare di cosa ci è piaciuto per la sufficienza della struttura. Chiuso il centro fitness, chiuso il ristorante da circa 2 anni ma non è ben specificato e nelle recensioni compaiono ancora recensioni, una spiaggia dichiarata privata e invece è una spiaggia convezionata, di loro proprietà . Una Spa molto piccola non assistita; con noi vi era una coppia di giovane età che non sapevano come svolgere il percorso benessere. Inoltre non funzionava la stanza del sale e il pavimento era bagnato al limite dell equilibrio. Tisane pessime. La colazione al limite con presenza di gente non residente che con 8 euro poteva sedersi a fare colazione. Dulcis in fundo il cambio delle lenzuola giornaliero per una struttura dichiarata 4 stelle è stata disattesa da un foglietto consegnatoci all arrivo che il cambio avrebbero provveduto a farlo ogni 3 giorni o tutti i giorni con un pagamento di 10 euro. A cambio. Ovviamente qualora aveste bisogno abbiamo documentazione e foto a supporto. Durante il giorno l'addetta alla reception dalla fine colazione in poi deve svolgere servizio bar al piano1 e gestire l'accesso alla Spa. Insomma un tamponare per far credere agli ospiti che la struttura merita le 4 stelle. Dimenticavo che per accedere alla falsa spiaggia privata bisognava superare un ponte metallico sopra la provinciale e un sottopasso della ferrovia nazionale dove transitano a poche decine di metri dagli ombrelloni importanti treni tipo Freccia Rossa, Italo, freccia bianca ad alta velocità e il percorso è superiore ai 100 metri dalla struttura. Inoltre non era chiara la scelta delle postazioni sulla spiaggia. Infatti il primo giorno ci hanno inserito alla seconda fila su tre esistenti e in prima fila era tutto libero. Dal secondo giorno e dopo aver fatto presente in direzione che avremmo preferito la prima fila c'è l'hanno concessa.

- adam (6/5): - Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest? I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee. This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return.

- Stefano (6/5): Bene , ma non benissimo - accoglienza gentili ed attenti alle nostre esigenze . camera ottima come il bagno . la tv da rivedere nel bagno per un 4 stelle mancavano le ciabattine , la crema corpo , ed il balsamo per capelli . colazione a buffet , ottima variegata di dolci e salati ed abbondante . la nota dolente gli spazi comuni , praticamente inesistenti il bar solo a chiamata la spiaggia , bene i lettini , male il servizio bar , non ci sono gelati ed il caffe , alcuni grandi ombrelloni con tavoli sotto , ma con le temperature di quest'anno impraticabili la spa e la piscina interna non frequentata , cercavamo solo spiaggia e relax , che con qualche servizio ed accortezza in più avremmo apprezzato in pieno

- Helen (8/5): They are doing a wonderful job at this new resort! - The staff is amazing and so is breakfast! The beach and sea are gorgeous there as well. AC and a great shower too. The swimming pool isn’t for leisure.

- Martin (8/5): Nice and design hotel with dedicated semi "private" beach - - beach not "overcrowded" - modern design of the hotel and rooms - easy parking outside/inside the hotel (be attentive to you front bumpers by the entrance to the hotel garage if you have sporty car) - too secluded area in the middle of nowhere - noise by trains coming nearby - the hotel organized evening programme can be pretty annoying if the selection does not suit your taste (too loud singing, etc.)

The staff was very service minded and friendly, the lunch service on the beach great. The beach was fine however the water was very unclear and you got the sense that is was not clean with a lot of sun screen or something in the surface
