• Preston (10/5): - Everything was great. Check in was a bit confusing so make sure you have phone service to open the doors.
• Shanon (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE PLACE - DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst place. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with an apt rentals. Pictures are not what they seem to be. This place was run down and it smelled like mold. There was no hot water , no internet, no soap. They were supposed to provide 2 beds. They refused, although it was advertised They wanted us to purchase and provide the soap, the towels for the kitchen and bathroom. They wanted us to purchase the sheets. IT WAS COLD and damp, AND they REFUSED TO TURN THE HEAT ON. They advertised a clothes washer but told us we were not allowed to use it , it was "unsanitary " their words, not mine. The washer was unhooked. The view, they advertised was non existent. unless you like looking at trash or bricks We asked for the wifi password they refused. DO NOT STAY HERE. • Wendy (6/5): - Property was much smaller in person. They electronic door locks were slow to respond.
• Peter (5/5): Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and we expected more comfort for the price we paid. - The location was excellent, just a short distance from major attractions like the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. There were also several restaurants nearby. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and fully functional. We stayed for three days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The washbasin in the apartment was clogged from day one, and there wasn't even a single roll of toilet paper or soap provided. For the amount we paid, we expected basic toiletries like soap and toilet paper to be included. Additionally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and only the air conditioning in the bedroom was functioning well; the A/C unit in the dining area, where the sofa bed is located, did not work at all. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and we expected more comfort for the price we paid.
• Kyla (6/5): - Location and keyless access to this property are great. The apartment has tons of potential but needs maintenance and more thought given to guest comfort. The furniture, including the mattresses on the main and sofa beds, are of poor quality (thin foam) and need replacing. The shower is tiny, water temperature control is faulty and tile needs regrouting to remove the mold. Light bulbs need replacing. A/C works great and was a welcome respite from the heat. With a refresh this apartment could be a real gem.
• Allyson (9/5): This property was so comfortable & the location was perfect. It was especially quiet on the first evening while bein - Location and size of the property. The hot water was a little on again off again. It would be hot for about 3 minutes then go ice cold then come back to warm again.

• Anish (6/5): It’s a decent place but not value for money in our point of view. - The location was excellent and the convenience of having everything close by has its own positives. For what you get in the apartment and the old building there are a lot of drawbacks. The bed was not very comfortable and even though the place is quite big there are very limited things provided by the property owner. Additionally we don’t see any value for money in this property, it’s the most expensive apartment amongst all the apartments we’ve stayed at and has been the least comfortable due to the facilities and the noise coming from the floors above.

• Wilmien (6/5): Location is great. - Location was great. Entry via link works well. Enough space for a family of four. A long mirror in the main bedroom will be great. The shower head is made of poor quality, it kept falling. The fridge door and opener was broken. Restaurants were expensive - service fees were € 3-8 pp.
• Graham (6/5): Had a good stay, apartment well situated, irksome maintenance items. Blue Velvet is a real negative - The location to be in the center of Florence was excellent. The building is good, but stupid little things depleted its value. The hinge on the toilet seat - broken. The hinge on the dish cabinet in the kitchen would not stay up, slightly dangerous when removing chinaware. No light over the wash basin, the hot/cold water control in the shower erratic and somewhat dangerous. The escutcheon on the kitchen sink is loose. All minor stuff, but easy to get straight. 1)Blue Velvet operates in the street behind the building. Whatever they do can go on til 6 am, loud and impossible to sleep without earplugs. Signoria has put "soundproof" windows in, but they are no match for Blue Velvet. 2)Signoria has a lot of steps, but guests are forewarned. They do not disappear on complaining. They are worth the trouble. 3)Signoria prices in Euros. I wanted to pay in Euros (cash) but could only do so using my daughter's credit card. In the end I was helped by my daughter to be able to talk to the managers, and make payment. The absence of human management definitely made things more difficult.
• Cody (8/5): Great place to stay, was very comfortable, but bring your own toiletries to shower. - location, price point, a/c availability, and cleanliness of the accommodation was really good. Adequate bedding and towels. No toiletries. Had to buy own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Should be standard to have these items. The location within the building was a little confusing, it was a floor higher that what I was told.
• Carol (1/5): Would never stay or recommend this place for anyone due to a poor experience. The bedroom window was above a LOUD bar, - The area was perfect Check in is 3:00 pm, we walked into a dirty apartment. Had a hard time contacting the host, we finally contacted them, but they never contacted us back, I had to call and text A few times. We had to leave the apartment until 7:15 pm. (That was when the cleaning people were done) Bathroom still smelled like urine even after it was cleaned. The Host never contacted me to let me know we can go to the apartment after it was cleaned. The Host had poor communication. Still trying to resolve compensation for the inconvenience. No couch to sit on, only dining room chairs.

• Lisa (8/5): - This place is very centrally located within walking distance to all of Florence’s main attractions. Weekend nights can be somewhat noisy. There is a bar located right next door which stays open all night. Also, be aware that it does not have an elevator and there are five flights of stairs to get to the 2nd story! Ladies, if you require lighting in the bathroom for makeup, this is not for you.

• Sebastian (1/5): ONLY BOOK IT, IF YOU LIKE BEING IN JAIL - The apartment's door can be opened with an APP (yes a mobile app, not a key), and when the power went out, it turned out to be a JAIL. We called the host, and we could not get out there; the answer was **It is the way the apartment works** 🤬. So we didn't know what to do and started to make a lot of noise until an amiable neighbor heard us, and after we told her what happened, she knew about it, so she went downstairs and turned on the thermal switch.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great right in the center of city and footsteps from Ponte Vecchio. It would be great if there was an elevator to the second floor where apartment is located. Downstairs we got cappuccino and croissant and that was super convenient. Enjoyed the extra space of an apartment. I do recommend especially if you want convenience.
• Anton (8/5): Very good - Location was superb, in the heart of everything and you can reach all key points in 5 minutes. Good practice is to keep tea and sugar from previous guests, no point to buy your own. They have AC in both rooms which is must-have for Italy in summer time. I really liked the way we entered the apartment first time, they just sent us unique link to web-site with "open the door" button, but you need to have a mobile internet, otherwise you cannot open it and need to look for a wifi. Obviously price, too expensive, there is no any good view from windows, no super comfortable beds or designer decorations or premium furniture, in terms of price-to-value you feel you pay only for the premium location. Also worth to get rid of old kitchen stuff and buy a new one, definitely get rid of pan fries. Please do something with the shower door, it is too tight and when you finally open it, it hits the toilet with all of the power. Next guest will brake it and it may hurt someone.
• Fabien (8/5): Appartement spacieux et confortable - Très bonne situation proche du centre et des commodités. Pas de store à l'une des chambres. Pas de miroir à la salle de bains. Les volets ne ferment pas très bien. Bruit d'eau de la chasse d'eau perturbe la nuit. Pas d'ascenseur. L'appartement est bien et spacieux, nous y avons bien dormi. Pas facile de parquer si vous venez en voiture. Si vous réserver par Hotels.com (expédia) les frais de nettoyage en sus du prix son inadmissible !

• Arkaitz (8/5): Appartement au coeur de Florence - Très bel appartement en plein coeur de Florence, à quelques pas du Ponte Vecchio. Tout se fait à pied. Très bien équipé, un peu de bruit le soir car les gens font la fête dans la rue. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive aux échanges par courriel.

• gabriela (6/5): Departamento buena ubicación - Al llegar intentó cobrar de más de lo que indicaba en Expedia los gastos de limpieza y nos tuvo casi una hora en lo que se resolvía, solo estábamos entre enlaces ciudad ESa noche por lo que no recomendaría quedarse ahí.

• Briyidt (6/5): Prefer others - No elevator, very old building, not too quality. Apt was remodeled and looked nice inside. Service was ok...it is not a hotel...personally I like better things, better place, would select other options next time
