• Glenys (8/5): - Little bathroom shampoo, soup and towels No blanket to reserve to start with, too many foods for breakfast and need more eggs & fresh bread. I didn't realise the kitchen was separate from the bedroom.
• Silvia (9/5): - Ottimo per la posizione, comoda a tutti i mezzi e vicino al centro storico e altri quartieri che sono raggiungibili a piedi; molto rilassante la possibilità di avere la zona comune a disposizione e la colazione inclusa. Apprezzatissima la sensibilità di mettere a disposizione anche prodotti per chi soffre di intolleranze. Anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un locale adibito a deposito per visitare il Museo archeologico, sul quale il Palazzo si affaccia, è stata davvero una grande comodità. Infine, malgrado il traffico sottostante, gli infissi hanno un'ottima tenuta e di notte non si sente nulla e si riposa molto bene. Tutto perfetto. Solo, occorrerebbe una aspirazione ventilata nel bagno cieco. Per il resto, tutto molto confortevole.

• LindaJS (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Location was good in terms of accessing places but there was a lot of street noise throughout the night with car horns sounding continually and regular emergency vehicle sirens. The lady we dealt with was excellent and readily available via WhatsApp for any queries or problems. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and coat hangers. The bathroom was very large with a large shower enclosure, bidet and Jack and Jill washbasins. Whilst there wasn't a kettle in the room there was a communal kitchen area where you could access a kettle for tea and coffee and breakfast was self service from there too. There were umbrellas available to use and a place to store luggage after checkout which was useful. The place was very clean and we had no complaints. The water pressure from the taps is very low, basically just a trickle so washing your hands and face or filling the kettle takes longer. Also the temperature of the water fluctuates between hot and cold.
• Nadia (9/5): A great place to stay! - Great location, surprisingly easy to find, very cute little property and great communication in run up to stay. Breakfast was basic but exactly what we needed. It was a little noisy at night due to traffic/sirens but it didn’t affect my sleep.

Acqua della doccia tiepida.

• Juvi (9/5): - Das B&B liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß auf Erkundungstour gehen und ist fast sofort im touristischen Zentrum. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer, gross, geräumig und wirklich hübsch eingerichtet. Der Frühstücksbereich war gemütlich, man konnte sich selbst bedienen. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof, den alle Gäste nutzen konnten. Ich mochte auch den Empfangsbereich, der wie eine Bibliothek gestaltet war. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Man muss sein Gepäck eine schmale Treppe herauftragen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksbereich wäre hilfreich.
• Cristina-Stefania (10/5): Would really recommend - Property is well located, near bus stations and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. Our host was especially kind, we had multiple requests for a cot, which she provided with no extra costs, also they provide a luggage room to leave your luggage after check out. The room was quite big and cleaned everyday. -
• Iker (9/5): - La ubicación está muy bienb a nada de una parada de metro y al lado del museo. Estás a nada de la zona neurálgica, pero sin estar metido en medio del follón. La habitación está bastante bien. No es la más moderna, pero para lo que suele encontrarse en Italia, bastante bien. El desayuno no está mal y la atención de Nadia tanto en persona como vía WhatsApp, perfecta. Aunque a nosotros no nos afectó para nada, a tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir varios niveles, incluidas unas escaleras para ir a desayunar.

• Lama (6/5): my first shock - The place is close to the metro station and the room is clean. easy to move everywhere The hostess, Nadia, had a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. From the very first call, she started shouting, which left me shocked. Upon checkout, she also messaged me to leave the key, but due to a misunderstanding, her tone was again very rude. I strongly recommend that she attends training on how to deal with customers in a more professional manner. Alternatively, it would be better if she personally comes to the property during check-in and check-out to avoid any misunderstandings.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at the B & B Palazzo Solimena. It is in a superb location -- just across the street from the world-class Naples Archaeological Museum and within easy walking distance of Spaccanapoli. The property itself is a distinctive Neopolitan palazzo with heavy 30-foot-high swinging doors that open to reveal the open courtyard within. Nadia was an excellent hostess who went out of her way to accommodate my travel needs.

• Asia (10/5): I will be back to Napoli and I will not be searching for another place to stay. - I ha e been many times in Napoli. This is the most beautiful place I stayed in. It's very clean. Beautifully renovated and designed, provides all the privacy I needed. It is an old XVII century palace with history and beauty still in the walls and the atmosphere. The owners did a great job in the place. The stuff is very welcoming and kind answering quickly to all my questions. The breakfast and the coffee were superb!

• Vélez (9/5): Warm apartment at Napoli - The apartment is beautiful, and also centrally located - a subway close and many restaurants and places of interest around. Breakfast is good, they provide many bread options, jam, Nutella, cookies, juice, milk, coffee, and cheese/ham for sandwiches. You can use your Netflix account on the tv. There is a luggage room where you can keep your stuff if needed :) Beds and pillows could be better.

• Laurent (7/5): Good location and authentic experience of Napoli - Great proximity to most historical sites in Napoli. Clean and private accommodation, and relatively quiet for a busy city center like Napoli. Authentic building that could benefits greatly from having that little extra personal touch when competing in this higher end market. Disappointing with visit of plumber in early morning to fix broken bidet, two days earlier than informed (had to vacate room on short notice). Also coffee machine in the kitchen area worked on the first day, but kept leaking and remained broken for the next 6 days of our visit. We did informed the cleaning lady about it, but it continued to leak. Breakfast overall was basic, with supermarket store pastries. Lack of provision for drinking water in the bedrooms (family of 6 in hot weather, this proved to be challenging); not a big ask we believe in terms of the overall price of our week stay in this charming Palazzio.

• Laura (10/5): Authentic italian experience in naples - A real dream of Italy. I chose a room with windows overlooking the gallery and the museum. The street is noisy and busy, but that's what I wanted. For quieter evenings, I recommend a room overlooking the inner courtyard. As there are only a few rooms in the apartments, it sometimes feels like you have the whole building to yourself. There is a living room with books, a piano and a waiting room. Very quiet neighbours and a peaceful neighbourhood. There was an individual balcony for my room and also a shared balcony where you could enjoy your breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was sufficient. The fridge was refilled every morning with salami, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit. Milk, juices and kefir were available. There were also fresh cakes, pastries, buns and croissants. Biscuits, crackers and other snacks were also available. The check-in experience was very convenient and individual. Nadia is very kind. She greeted me very nicely, showed me around and it was possible to continue the conversation afterwards if I had any questions. I appreciate the fact that Nadia was able to arrange a taxi for me early in the morning on the day of my departure. All was great!

The breakfast was also ok. There were fresh fruit, yoghurt ham and cheese in the fridge. They even had some glutenfree bread and sweets. Rooms had air condition and good windows. So the noisy street was not disturbing us.

• Nicola--- (7/5): Nice b&b - The HUGE bathroom was a highlight. The breakfast was only packaged foods, but there was toast, cheese, cereal, coffee, tea and lots of different biscuits and snacks so it was good. I was working and had to ask for a desk to put in the room, which they provided. Not many other guests so it was peaceful and I used the lobby and breakfast room to work in. Not really the fault of the property, but the road noise in the room was really loud with incessant very loud sirens and constant honking horns all day and into the night and very much audible inside the room. I had to play music and sleep with headphones in to drown it out. If you're bothered by car noise this might not be the hotel (or the city) for you

• Emma (10/5): Wow wow wow - We booked this B&B very last minute after another hotel in Naples let us down and I can't believe how lucky we got! The building itself is gorgeous and the room we had was absolutely beautiful, we were blown away by it. The bed was so comfortable and the room was massive! The staff were so so lovely as well and were very good at explaining the B&B, the layout, showing us breakfast etc. The location is fantastic and the room itself was spotless. We found this place by accident and would 100% stay here again, it's a gem in Naples. I have nothing negative to say about my stay
