In occasione della fiera offrivano anche un gradito aperitivo al rientro Ottima e variegata colazione con scelte integrali e vegetali Ovviamente il costo durante una fiera è elevato rispetto al solito ma almeno qui si trova una sistemazione gradevole e in buona posizione,

La delusione più grande è stata la piscina piccolissima e sporca e non la usa nessuno e noi avevamo scelto proprio questo hotel perché aveva la piscina.

Enttäuschung pur – kein echtes All-Inclusive, Zimmer und Service mangelhaft Reisezeit: Juli 2025 · 9 Nächte · Reise mit Baby Wir haben das Hotel im Juli 2025 für 9 Tage gebucht und bereits vorab einen Early-Check-in um 8:00 Uhr vereinbart und schriftlich bestätigt bekommen. Bei Ankunft sprach der Herr an der Rezeption jedoch nur Italienisch – das Zimmer war trotz Aufpreis nicht bezugsfertig. Wir konnten erst um 12:00 Uhr einchecken. Informationen zu Essenszeiten, WLAN oder Pool erhielten wir keine. Zimmer: Deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern (geschätzt ca. 5 m²). Bett nur 1,40 m breit – für zwei Erwachsene mit Baby sehr unkomfortabel. Kein Platz für ein Babybett. Die Online-Fotos sind stark irreführend. Pool: Nur ca. 50 cm tief – ungeeignet zum Schwimmen. Ausschließlich per Treppe erreichbar, für Kinderwagen unmöglich. Kaputte Stufen, marode Dusche. Lediglich ein Sonnenschirm für alle Gäste. „All-Inclusive“ – in Wirklichkeit nicht vorhanden: Frühstück: nur Käse und zwei Aufstriche (beide mit Schwein), dafür nur alter Kuchen als Frühstück! Mittag- und Abendessen: Als „Buffet“ angepriesen, tatsächlich fast nur Salate. Hauptgerichte müssen am Vortag angekreuzt werden – meist zwei Penne-Varianten, selten etwas Fleisch. Serviert auf kleinen Frühstückstellern statt normalen Esstellern. Service: Beschwerden über Zimmergröße und Essensqualität wurden ignoriert. Keine Entschuldigung oder Entgegenkommen, stattdessen der Hinweis, dass falsche Fotos „das Problem von Booking“ seien. Fazit: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in allen Punkten enttäuscht. All-Inclusive ist das Geld nicht wert – wir empfehlen, nur Frühstück zu buchen und in den umliegenden Restaurants zu essen. FAZIT: Für uns absoluter Fehlgriff - spart euch ärger und bucht woanders!
