• Mark (8/5): ENJOYED MY STAY - ONLY 1 NIGHT BUT STILL GOOD - ALWAYS ENJOY STAYING AT A TRU HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIANCE EVERY TIME BATHROOM AROUND THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS COULD USE A SOLID SOLID CLEANING. FLOORS SEEMED TO BE A LITTLE STICKY IN BATHROOM AND ENTRY WAY. BREAKFAST SEEMED A LITTLE LACKING COMPAIRED TO OTHER TRU LOCATIONS
• Malissa (7/5): - another location. it was a restaurant directly. next door in the mall was literally across the street. I was pretty shocked regarding the cleanliness of the hotel I have stayed at Tru Hotels before and absolutely loved the accommodations but this location was a disappointment. This location did not have a pool. It did not have outside seating and the parking was absolutely horrible that we had to park in the adjacent restaurant parking lot. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was urine stains on a toilet seat.

• tanjahh2023 (2/5): Absolutely horrible - DO NOT STAY HERE ! We had to clean our room because it was not clean. We had to clean floors, wipe furniture down and clean the bathroom. Manager, Mike, has yet to call me back, after I have repeatedly called and emailed him.

• Monie (5/5): It was not a pleasant experience. - The location was close to my event, which was nice. The price was also good, but you get what you pay for. We were placed on the first floor along with the other people with dogs and had to deal with the dogs, barking all night and people opening and closing doors continuously. It was not a good night sleep. Very disappointing for a Hilton and my first experience at TRU.

• FK_Wanderlust (10/5): A great place to stay!!! - I stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Your usual Tru hotel and so they have all the usual amenities. Very clean property. Good breakfast. Room was very spacious with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly as well. Plenty of parking in the property. Overall a great experience.

This being - I love Tru..aesthetically pleasing…i love the free pool table..locations are usually great! I forgot to get pics but the sink was clogged and couldnt be used…also most of the lights in the room didnt work

• Reed (1/5): - I did not like being wrongfully Accused by staff that I smoked in my room and charged for it I am a smoker however I always step out to do so when I attempted to address this with the staff member they were very unprofessional management wouldn't address this issue considering my history here on booking it can be reviewed and I have never had an issue like this in the past I believe it is individual to this property and I will not be returning

• Dorsee (1/5): - I loved the location I went into Tru a week before my stay, Ava Spoke with Jason at the front desk. I asked him if I could pay for my room in advance, and if there were any other fees that needed to be paid at check in. He said no, there will be no other fees. When I came back a week later to check in. Carrie, was at the front desk, and she told me there was a $50 fee that I needed to pay. I explained to her that I had already paid, and I was told there were no fees. She said there was no way that I paid in advance. When I show her the receipt, she said this doesn't even look like our receipts. I told her I'm displeased with Tru, and I wanted my money back, and I never want to deal with them again. She said she couldn't give me my money back.

• Turner (5/5): It was great for the price, not happy about not receiving my money back. - Close to food and the interstate I never received my 50 dollar security deposit the clerk said was going back on to my card when I checked out and it’s now the 12th of January 2026 and I checked out on the 5th.

• 156darial (8/5): Good stop on our way to Florida - Good stop on our way to FL. Front desk personnel were great. She greeted us with water, popcorn and ideas for dinner. Send off in the morning after breakfast was equally as pleasant. The area surrounding the hotel has plenty of shopping and dining options. Rooms are clean but starting to show wear and tear.

• claudiarV3195DC (10/5): Pleasant stay - Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is great, close to a mall and many restaurants, yet the hotel is quiet. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety, and the stay offered great value for the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful.

• Minton (1/5): AWFUL - NOTHING We literally had the worst hotel stay at this hotel! We heard doors slamming all night, stomping that sounded like a herd of elephants, paper-thin walls where we could hear music until 1am, and when attempting to call down to the front desk to make a noise complaint, the phone was redirected to an office that doesn’t even ring to the main desk! At 12:30am, I had to get up, go down stairs, and explain why neither I nor my husband could sleep! When informing the front desk agent the next morning, they had delivered our information to the manager. I never got a call, but received an email with a refund of $35 on a room stay that was $175!! WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here! Very very disappointed!

• Clyde (10/5): Everything was wonderful, I’d give it a 9/10 - Property was clean and my daughter said breakfast was good. I saw a dog that someone staying there brought in sniffing the counters and food. Front desk said nothing to them, I’m glad my daughter ate the breakfast earlier. I’m allergic to dogs, so I make sure I get hotels that don’t accommodate animals, if you’re going to allow them I think the property should state that and it was a kid that had the animal, didn’t see a vest so not sure if it was a service dog but dogs shouldn’t be allowed near food. Everything else was great up until I saw that.
