I called the reception in the afternoon to confirm we are arriving late at night, but there was no room for our family when we got there. They booked the hotel next door for us, but no refund was issued. So we were double-charged! Worst experience!

I have 2 complaints that may stop us from going there again. We were only there one night , a Friday. We were on the third floor. We were tired and wanted to rest. Started ok, then a group of individuals I assume were staying there came outside and gradually got louder and louder. By 10 pm they were so loud and some lady constantly laughing LOud. 2nd complaint I’m just being candid. We always eat the. Reakfast buffet. congratulations. You now hold the record of the Worst breakfast buffet we have ever eation. No bacon, not just out, None. No sausage meat they said was chicken sausage, but it was non eatable. Out of grits. Not just me, everyone was complaining. Also they had cartons of Milk half and half for our coffee, but it was all clamored. Bad morning. Yes, I would stay there again but request a room away from the party area, and I would Not touch the breakfast !

Called bout my refund hotel manager is ducking me won't call me back won't pickup none of the phone calls everyday someone at the front desk says that he's not in. Very horrible place to go I advise no body to travel to this place. Never ever will I go back and if you do choose to go there maybe sleeping outside will be better because it's definitely not worth the stay. Have been waiting on a call back for my refund that I was told I was going to get but still 2 weeks no call soooo.. yeah this is very important to know who you do business with. Nothing was worth it very disappointed

The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I especially loved the comfortable rooms, the fun lobby area, and the complimentary breakfast, everything was fresh and well stocked. The location was also very convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant, stress-free stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Baton Rouge. Highly recommend!

- James (10/5): Very nice choice for travelers with dogs - The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The breakfast room is very spacious and has enough room that guests aren't on to of each other. While being a property that accepts dogs, there is no dedicated space for them. There is a spot on the perimeter and one spot directly adjacent to the building to walk dogs to relieve themselves but there could be a better solution.
