- Patrizia (7/5): Appartamento curato a due passi dal centro, per soggiorni brevi. - L’appartamento era molto pulito ed esteticamente curato. C’è l’occorrente essenziale per soggiorni brevi. La posizione è ottima. Alle Azzore esiste il problema ben noto delle blatte che si infilano anche ai piani alti, sarebbe stato un bel gesto da parte dell’host far trovare delle trappole, come abbiamo trovato in altre strutture. L’illuminazione della casa lascia a desiderare, ci sono punti totalmente bui, come la camera da letto dove si fatica a vedere i vestiti nell’armadio. Il letto non è matrimoniale ma più piccolo quindi va bene per poche notti se si è in due. Manca l’occorrente per la pulizia (scopa, spugna per bagno) e gli asciugamani sono contati (2pc a testa) e per una settimana è poco, contando che non c’è niente altro per tenere asciutto il bagno.

Hay un foco justo encima de la cama que aunque lo apagues alumbra y da luz por la noche, lo que hace que el cuarto no esté a oscuras. Y de día entra luz por todas las ventanas. Limpieza mejorable. Precio excesivo para las instalaciones.
- Hvg1 (6/5): Appt ponta delgado - Locatie en leuk balkon bij de slaapkamer en het appt was erg ruim De keuken lekkende koelkast pannen te groot voor het kooktoestel waardoor maar een pitten gebruiken was, er was geen airco, bed was doorgezakt, deur appt sloot slecht, geen comfortabele stoelen. Rolgordijnen sloten moeilijk
- Ondřej (8/5): Pohodlné ubytování, kdy platíte především za centrální pozici. - Ubytování je v centru Ponta Delgady. Vše je tak dostupné - moře i botanické zahrady. Výhled do vnitrobloku je příjemný. V ubytování byl klid. Hned za rohem je vynikající pekárna. Ubytování nám přišlo vzhledem k vybavení poměrně drahé.

- Patricia (10/5): Spacious central flat - Central location but also quiet, which I appreciated. There were enough things in the kitchen, so I could prepare breakfast and there's a Spar supermarket 5 min away. Spacious and clean flat with a big room and living room. Possible things to improve: wooden chairs in the dining area, rather than plastic. 1 thicker pillow that is firmer because the softer ones don't work for all body types/sleep types and putting 2 soft ones together doesn't help since you end up sinking anyway.

- Kemda (8/5): Very good - The location was great! The skeleton key to open and close the apartment entrance door was extremely difficult. The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV.
- Mary (5/5): Passable - Great location and very kind host. The apartment and especially the bathroom was not that clean. There was only few toilet paper for four people staying there for three days. Also there was no shower gel provided and the handsoap was mixed with water. The lighting was too poor.

- Jeremy (2/5): Not again. - Good location It wasn‘t clean. It is okay if there are cockroaches, but when you check in and find 1 dead roach in the kitchen and 3 dead roaches and an old waterbottle under the bed, it shows how the place is cleaned. For that price i expect better service. Also kitchen didn’t have anything to cook. So you have to go and buy the most basic stuff up to toilet paper (1 roll was provided). Toilet paper shouldn’t be put into the toilet but a rubbish next to it which is also fine, but there were no replacement rubbish bags. So you have to buy, them. Also the toilet smelled, before going number 2. After one person showers, the water is cold. So either you wait or have a cold dip. Also the fridge door was broken. It fell out.

F.e. you had nice curtains which you couldn't move or the shower had no fan to get the humity out. The kitchenware needed addtional cleaning, no tableaus in the shower and no sitting options on the balcony. Petro was a nice host.

- Asta (7/5): Good - The location is very nice and indeed it has a very stylish touch, with a cute balcony for aperitif. The check in was smooth. The location is wonderful and rather easy to find free parking around. The bathroom was not clean, especially the shower, the shower doors havent been cleaned for a long time. The kitchenette is equipped but rather poorly. I believe with few tweaks the property could be more comfortable and better meet the price range its being rented for.

- Isaac (2/5): No AC. Host barely speaks English and is unresponsive. 4pm check in, not worth it. - I liked the location and nearby parties and attractions. Nice backyard garden. No AC, barely any toilet paper, and a rude, non-responsive host. Because of the 4pm check-in, we spent the day elsewhere and while we were out the host kept calling us and asking when we were going to arrive. Note, checkout was 10-11AM. No extra towels. Pictures make this place look bigger than it is but it's upstairs with a bunch of other guests, staying nearby. I wish I could get a refund after paying over $110 a night for this garbo.

- Joshua (9/5): Central Apartment to enjoy Ponta Delgada. - The location was central and easy to get to sites, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was a good size for a couple. Free public parking available on the same street of the apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful for recommendations, and quick to respond. Easy check in and check out. From this apartment easy to get around the Island. The living room space and balcony were bit too small to spend time in. Would open windows every once in a while as it could get a bit humid in the apartment.
- Linda (10/5): - I had a excellent quite spacious suite at the rear of the property in a safe location with green space and birds singing near the center of town. It was a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and a grocery store around the corner. I used a cab to get to and from the airport (€10). I used tour buses to see outside the city. My host was exceptional taking his time to explain where everything was and even called the cab to reserve a ride back to the airport for me. The property had a full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. An excellent space for one or two people. Maybe I can get a little stool next time to teach the higher shelves because I did need to bring the microwave down to plug it in. Would definitely recommend this property!
