- David (5/5): A comfortable bed but... - The bed and pillows was comfortable No information at the time of booking that there would be a renovation going on which was noisy from 8 in the morning. Having the room on the first floor also meant having construction workers just outside your window. The shower head in the bathroom turned itself towards the wall despite however much you would try to fixate it in any another direction.

- Marcela (10/5): A wonderful, stylish stay with excellent service in a perfect location. - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place feels very bougie and is spotlessly clean throughout. The room was a great size—very comfortable and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay!
- Jemma (6/5): Nice hotel but somewhat disappointing experience. - Beautifully designed rooms. I was charged extra for using one Nespresso pod in the room! It’s outrageous this is not included in the cost! Additionally, I had paid extra for breakfast to be included but the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay, which they had failed to communicate beforehand. We were given a ticket to eat at a hotel on another road and this breakfast was very basic. We didn’t return for the other days and ate elsewhere. There was also no shower gel in the dispenser for the 3 night duration of my stay. The rooms are really nice but this was a disappointing experience overall.

- Yu Yun (9/5): 地理位置優秀的飯店 - 地理位置非常好，吹風機是用Dyson 很讚，若無預訂早餐，飯店對面即有非常美味的早午餐店及Paul，步行5分鐘內可抵達 房間空間有點太小，且沒有放置沙發，住在一樓隔音較差，外面街道的喧囂聲都聽得到。另外冰箱並不是真正可以冷藏東西的冰箱(而僅是可以讓飲料保持冰冷的冰箱）無法冰牛奶或優格類的食物

- Christine (10/5): Hôtel parfait - L hôtel est très bien situé, proche du centre et en même temps au calme. Il est "classe". Très beau. Ascenseur, portes automatiques. Les chambres sont belles, modernes, propres, nettoyées tous les jours. Lits confortables. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Le personnel est top, dévoué, aimable, souriant, très attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel Le restaurant et l extérieur étaient fermés pour travaux, ils re ouvrent dans 1 mois . Je le note pour info, mais cela n a altéré en rien notre séjour, puisque il y a tout le nécessaire dans les chambres, cafetière, mini bar

Wir machen nicht viel Urlaub im Jahr und ich mag auch in einer Stadt meinen Erholungsort in einem Hotelzimmer!

- Schmid (9/5): - Very well-located hotel, just a 2-minute walk from I.P. Pavlova Metro, making it easy to get around Prague and travel to/from the airport. Check-in and check-out were smooth, even with our late arrival and early departure. We stayed for four nights in a clean twin room on the second floor. The room was quiet, faced away from the main street, and had a pleasant view of a tall tree. The coffee maker was a nice touch for a simple breakfast (capsules are not complimentary). There’s a restaurant called “Legend” around the corner with tasty food at much better prices than Old Town Square. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great stay in a convenient location

- Judith (10/5): Great location and spacious rooms - We stayed on the 6th floor and enjoyed having two separate bedrooms. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of space. Communication was very good. The hotel was easy to find when we walked from the Praha main train station. We arrived after hours and had some trouble accessing the key because the drawer did not open when we punched in the keypad code. Finally we were able to access the key by typing in the code and pulling on each drawer one at a time until one of them opened.

- Eleanor (9/5): A very pleasant stay - A very clean, well located hotel, room was large and very comfortable, if a little warm at night. Staff were very helpful, providing local knowledge and even some concessions for local sights. Right across from a metro and a 3 minute walk to the tram. Hotel was under construction but this didn't disturb us. A great bar right next door and a lovely coffee shop just across the road. Would recommend to others, very good value for money. We requested the air con be turned on as our room was a little too warm for us at night, we couldn't leave the window open as we faced onto a very busy road. We were told it wasn't turned on until summer. Not a deal breaker though.

Wat ik minder vond, is dat er €1,80 gevraagd werd voor een koffiecapsule op de kamer. Voor een verblijf van ongeveer €1000 voor 5 dagen had ik verwacht dat dit inbegrepen zou zijn, zoals in veel andere hotels. Om die reden zou ik dit hotel waarschijnlijk niet opnieuw kiezen.

- Rocío (1/5): Esperando la fianza... - Al menos no había chinches. Es el primer hotel en el que me hospedo en el que te ponen una cafetera con 4 cápsulas de café y te cobran dichas cápsulas, SIN AVISAR. La habitación tenía "cocina", y nos dijeron que el minibar estaba lleno, es decir, en el frigorífico había cosas que no usamos evidentemente. Pero en ningún sitio ponía que las cápsulas fuesen parte del minibar. La broma han sido 180 coronas, que no es mucho dinero pero es el hecho en sí lo que nos dejó alucinando. Nos vinieron a limpiar en 3 días que estuvimos UNA ÚNICA VEZ, porque el horario de limpieza que tienen es a las 4 y media de la tarde - 5 de la tarde, y solo hubo un día que no coincidió que mi hija necesitara descansar a medio día... La limpieza deja MUCHO que desear, de hecho fui a por lejía al supermercado porque estaba todo tan sucio que con mi bebé por la habitación no estaba tranquila de que tocase cosas. El hotel estaba en obras, lo cual es normal que pase de vez en cuando. Lo que ocurre que estaba todo el hotel con una cantidad de polvo increíble. El ascensor no funcionaba desde la planta baja, así que tuvimos que subir y bajar todo en peso 3 tramos de escalera: desde la puerta principal a la recepción (el que se esperaba), desde la recepción hasta la primera planta (un extra sorprendente) y desde la 5º planta hasta la 6º planta (que es donde estaba nuestra habitación, lo cual no lo decía en ninguna parte). Con un carrito de bebé esto nos pareció....ideal ;) Por otra parte, aún no se cuando me van a devolver la "fianza", la cual me intentaron cobrar doble cuando llegué. Le tuve que enseñar a la señora de recepción los movimientos de mi tarjeta para que viera que ya la había pagado en el check-in online. Ha pasado una semana y no sabemos nada de las 1500 coronas que nos retuvieron como fianza. Primera vez que tengo que abonar una fianza en un hotel... Una muy mala experiencia, una pena en una ciudad tan bonita. No se lo recomendaría a nadie.

- Ciaran (9/5): Good value - This hotel is spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Location was near metro and tram lines. Lots of nice cafes and shops near the hotel. There was construction going on in the hotel which we were told about however I don’t think it is acceptable to be drilling and making noise at 7:30am. From 9am onwards is a more acceptable time I believe . Paying a deposit was a first for me in a hotel.

- lindakG57EX (10/5): Delightful Experience! - Was absolutely delighted with our choice of the Alfons Boutique Hotel! It is located a block away from a metro stop and a number of the bus lines. Since the public transport in Prague is easy to decifer, it was perfect. The variety and quality of items put out for breakfast was excellent, including the ability to make cappucinos or lattes. The staff were friendly and helpful and they take excellent care of the facility. Additionally, there is a lovely garden in back where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine (bring your own). We will stay here again on our next visit to Prague!

- Lee (6/5): Nice room and location, but serious service gaps - The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and really comfortable. The lady at the reception was really nice and helped out with recommendations around the city and the area. Once we made a request at reception in the morning, it was taken care of immediately. Very convenient location, close to the center. ACCIBILITY - The hotel is not accessible, gotta go up/down the stairs even after using the elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage. HEATING - once you use the shower the heating stops for a while. We came back one night and the room was freezing, the heating didn't start until 1am. There was no heat and we couldn't get extra blankets. The reception was "closed" and the guy in the "online reception" was useless - offered to get us blankets tomorrow (as if that would help)- we had to go to sleep with all the layers of clothes we had and we were freezing . When we complained in the morning they just claimed that "the heating went on eventually and nobody else complained" and that was it. Which brings me to the last issue - RECEPTION HOURS - I get that there's no receptionist at night, but be prepared that if *anything* goes wrong after reception hours you're gonna be left to your own device, don't expect any help from the hotel whatsoever. They also don't seem willing to admit to their issues or compensate a bad experience.

- Růžena (1/5): Obrovské zklamání - Vše jsem hradila předem. Kromě městské taxy, kterou jsem uhradila hned při chek in(-u) svou CC. Ihned při příjezdu, ještě před check-in(em)! mi bylo strženo 1000,-- Kč za minibar s tím, že paní recepční mi řekla, že mi pak rozdíl bude vrácen, když budu čerpat něco z minibaru. Z minibaru jsem čerpala 1x pringles a 1x pilsner urguel a do dnešního dne mi nebylo naváceno nic nazpět! (celkově jsem čerpala z minibaru za 250,- Kč ! ) Při check out(-u) mi paní recepční (jiná dáma) sdělila to samé jako dáma při check in(-u). Cestuji hodně a přes booking.com nejčastěji, a nikdy jsem se nesetkala s tím, aby mi předem stáhli jakoukoli částku za minibar předem. I přeto jsem souhlasila, protože jsem měla plně hrazený pobyt předem a věřila jsem, že jednám s korektními lidmi. Ale mýlila jsem se. Na tento hotel se nikdy víc nevrátím a zároveň řeším tuto záležitost se svými právníky.
