• Fun_in_Sun1976 (10/5): Loved this place - We were super pleased with this hotel. I was unsure of where to chose for visiting Zion National Park. It can be quite expensive around there. So we settled on this hotel based on location, amenities and reviews. We were very happy with our choice. The room was great, although the only complaint is only a little chair for sitting but this isn't a huge deal as we were not in the room much. The breakfast was great, even when busy it is still better than most others and I loved the three waffle making stations, as these can be busy spots. It started at 0600 and the breakfast lady was efficient although not the friendliest. The pool was large and warm, same as hot tub which is hard to find in hotels lately. I would 100% come back to this hotel. We couldn't have been happier.

• Jennifer (6/5): Would have been pleasant but the kitchen witch ruined our mornings. - Location is centrally located between Zion & the commercial district. Property is kept clean & orderly. The old lady worker at the kitchen is very rude & disrespectful to guests. She is not a people person & needs to learn manners. I thought it was just me but after having interacted with the other guests during breakfast, we all shared the same experience with her. If you tell her that there was no coffee left or you need something else, she gets very pissy & tells you that she’s doing her best & she doesn’t have anyone to help her. I would have understood her situation had she said it politely…. but NO!!! She needed to bitch about it & then talk to you condescendingly as if you owe her something. I always say, if you’re not happy with your job, then go effin quit!! The other guests I talked to said the same thing. What a pathetic individual.

The mirror in the bathroom is very dirty by the bottom rim of the round mirror. Room needed two chairs and only one available. I was there for three days and the thirty day’s breakfast was half gone without replenishments. Only one hot item was available out of three. tables were not clean because only one worker was there. can’t get any hot water after breakfast time. I would like to have a second chance with it the next time because we liked Fairfield hotels.

The location was close to a lot of different parts of Zion NP so that was very convenient for exploring. Being able to get filtered water for drinking or hot water for tea in the evenings would have been a nice touch.

The beds. We found the mattress much too soft for our older backs. That is the only negative we found for this very nice property.

All these negative comments are crap. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The front staff really made our stay, the little older woman who helped with the stocking of the continental breakfast area was a hoot, and so friendly. My wife and I looked forward to seeing her every morning. They don't have a full restaurant that is true, but they do provide food for a light breakfast which was enough. But with in 20 minutes you could sit down and have full meals. The location of the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the staff attending to the rooms were always helpful. Stay with confidence. We would go back 100%.

Неудобная система выключения света, за каждой лампочкой надо бегать в разные части комнаты, а не выключить все у кровати. Есть бассейн (но он еще не работал в марте) и hot tub. Микроволновка, холодильник и кофемашина. Нет шумоизоляции. Соседи до ночи смотрели телевизор, невозможно спать. Но на ресепшен я не смогла дозвониться, просто не отвечают. В номере нет чайника (это похоже беда всего сша, тут нигде нет). Но как сделать чай непонятно.. персонал очень хамовито ответили что нет и все, могу использовать кофемашинку. Что насторожило: оооочень сильно мятая постель, вроде и чистая, но выглядит как будто на ней уже неделю кто-то спал.. совсем не ок. Завтрак очень слабоват. Если прийти в 6 утра (когда начинается завтрак), то есть еще нечего, можно только мюсли и вафли сделать. Йогурт и что-то теплое типа яичницы приносят значительно позже и в маленьких количествах, что всем не хватает. Утром все спешат в парк, но еда не готова. И вся посуда одноразовая.
• Zhang (9/5): Pleasant stay on the last day of the trip to Utah. - The rooms are spacious and location is quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room was having some smells and they gave us a new room immediately. The first room we got was not cleaned properly and smelled of food.

• Delia (7/5): Good place to stay for access to Zion with lower prices than Springdale and quiet. - it was a great place to stay outside of Springdale for going to Zion and easy access to Kolob Terrace road. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were really nice. The night we arrived we had a 20 minute warning the power was going off for the entire night and we couldn't charge our phones, watches, camera batteries, or see anything. The front desk staff offered us points or cancelation at nearly 11pm which made no sense since they said the whole area was without power. It seemed other guests had no idea the power was going out that night.

• H8767GLkellyo (2/5): Stranded - This hotel cancelled my room without my knowledge and stranded us 12 hoirs from home. I was told that because i booked through a third party (expedia), that my room was no longer available even though i booked 2 to 3 weeks in advance. They told me it wasnt their issue (front desk woman and guy not nice about it). I told them they were leaving myself husband and child stranded (husband has parkinsons), and they said "call expedia". Called expedia and they said they could not do anything. We got a marriott bonvoy person on the phone and they told me they would help me find a room but the cost for the room was close to $400. What a complete mess Marriott. I have spent all morning on the phone trying to get it resolved. Manager at this facility Aaron finally apologized and agreed to help. He is the only person who had any compassion for what this place did to us. He gave us points to help with a stay, but this did not cover the price tag of us having to drive an hour away and buy a room last minute. Thanks Marriott for a terrible end to our trip. We will be posting this on social media. Shame on you Marriott, thank you Aaron for attempting to fix.

Our room was not cleaned or fixed up between nights. People were not real friendly. Front desk said they had a housekeeping shortage (which is not our problem) we paid for services we didn’t get.

• Benitotravels (10/5): Not a cookie-cutter Fairfleld. - Gorgeous setting 12 miles from Zion NP main gate, this is not a cookie-cutter Fairfield Inn. Building and grounds take full advantage of views and climate. Staff know you are on holiday and strive to make it successful.
