- Flera (10/5): Благодаря отелю знакомство с Китаем прошло на отлично. Спасибо! Вернусь! - 1)Хорошее расположение. Из аэропорта на 108 автобусе 5 юаней(девочки помогают в аэропорту). До моря мин 10, по пути к морю после перекрестка есть шикарное халяльное кафе. До достопримечательностей на автобусе легко добираться. До Дадунхая мин 20 на 102,104 автобусах(2 юани) Классный массаж рядом через здание. 2) Все необходимое в отеле есть. Холодильник на 1 этаже, микроволновка на 6 этаже, стиральная машина там же( я не пользовалась) 3) Уборка нормальная, постель белоснежная, зубная щетка, шампунь, мыло есть. Чайник в номере. Заварку с собой везите, тут в магазине разовые чаи не найдете) 4) При заезде подарочек. Спасибо, было приятно. И при выезде тоже) 5) Тапочки в номере есть. Но я свои привозила. 6) Ночной рынок в 2 км. Можно пешком прогуляться. Хочется вернутся в этом отель. Возможно недостатки есть, я старалась не замечать. Я не привередлива)
- Edvard (10/5): - Отель очень понравился! За свою цену очень классный отель! Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый, всегда стараются помочь. В отеле всегда чисто и уютно! Пляж в ста метрах. Рядом с пляжем очень большой и классный торговый центр Sanya One. Внизу под отелем расположен очень классны минимаркет! В дальнейшем по пртезду обязательно заселимся в жангом отеле Замечаний и плохой оценки нет

Есть вайфай, фен, зубная щетка, паста, расчёска, гель, шампунь. Мощность у кондиционера слабовата и в нашем номере он дребезжал. В паре с вентилятором было нормально, не жарко. Рядом много кафе, есть продуктовый супермаркет. До пляжа можно дойти минут за 15. Сувенирки рядом нет совсем. И в целом район не очень интересный. После душа вода по всему туалету.

- Maksim (9/5): Хороший вариант для непафосного проживания. - Отель отлично расположен, море меньше чем в 10 минутах неспешной прогулки по улице вдоль магазинчиков и кафешек. Сотрудники гостиницы очень благожелательные. Номер был небольшой, хоть и на троих, с двумя кроватями и балконом. Убирались каждый день, было чисто. На каждого давали по маленькой бутылочке питьевой воды в день. В отеле было тихо, хотя жильцы еще были. С сотрудниками общались через переводчик в телефоне, друг друга спокойно понимали. В целом очень комфортно. Фотографии на сайте, конечно, больше парадные, в живую номер смотрится куда скромнее. Мебель со следами износа, но постельное белье чистое, его нам поменяли через несколько дней на новое. На первом этаже есть холодильник, которым можно пользоваться. Рядом с отелем продуктовый и фруктовый магазины. В целом, рекомендуем отель и сам район для спокойного непафосного отдыха.
- Ekaterina (8/5): - Вежливый и приятный персонал. Чистое белье, полотенца, есть все принадлежности в ванной комнате. Просторный номер. Рядом много кафе не дорогих, супермаркет большой, лавка с фруктами. Удобное расположение, легко добраться на автобусе. До моря не далеко, минут 7. Плохо убирают номер перед заселением, всю пыль и песок просто сгребают под шкаф и кровать. В остальном все чисто. Матрасы жестковаты для нас были, болели бока во время сна.
- Alena (9/5): Highly recommend - the best choice! - 1) staff was extremely helpful and agreed on a late check in and a late check out - we left the room at 14.00 and were able to leave luggage in the staff room on the first floor. That was great as our plane was at night and we didn't have to carry it around under heat. Staff even provided cold drinks while we were wasting time in the lobby; 2) room was clean even though it was not luxury. Towels were changed every single day, cleaning also did their job perfectly on a daily basis; 3) location was perfect - 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins from various shops and cafes 4) more than affordable price

- BARCA132 (9/5): Много ночей в Санье - Все понравилось! На ресепшн с телефоном-переводчиком можно решить ЛЮБОЙ вопрос - всегда и всем помогают. Номер хороший и удобный. В местных подворотнях - ОГРОМНОЕ количество едален и магазинчиков на любой кошелек! Мы взяли электро-скутер возле отеля - 40 юаней в сутки и покатались по всей округе. Особо отмечу уборку номера - каждые день свежие полотенца, по 2 бутылки воды! Это приятно! такого нет
- _Sergei_ (10/5): Первый раз на Хайнане и не прогадал с отелем - Примерно за 40 тысяч рублей за 6 ночей в феврале - это отличная цена за комфортный номер со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Номер 506 превзошёл ожидания, так как оказался большой по площади с огромной удобной двуспальной кроватью. Кондиционер есть, санузел работает исправно, уборка каждый день. Расположение в центре, остановки общественного транспорта рядом, до пляжа "Sanya Bay Beach" 500 метров пешком. Через 100 метров от отеля расположен огромный супермаркет в два этажа с большим выбором товаров, так что далеко ходить за покупками не надо было. Единственный минус по номеру - это отсутствие холодильника.
- Тамара (3/5): Шумно, нет чистоты, для отдыха не рекомендую. Отель на одну ночь - Отель находится близко к морю, конечно не первая линия, но идти всего 10 минут. Рядом много кафешек, большой супермаркет Wanghao, где очень хороший выбор продуктов. Большой плюс, рядом все остановки в разные направления Не понравилось очень много: 1. Заселили не в тот номер 2.Картинки намного красивее чем комната по факту - всё старенькое и страшненькое 3. В номере плохо убирают, правда зачем-то меняют полотенца и пастельное белье каждый день. 4. Рядом стройка!!!! Поспать не получиться, или только с закрытым балконом ( вид с балкона конечно убил, фото прилагаю) 5. Не хватало коврика в ванную комнату, полы постоянно сырые и скользкие.

- Клещенок (8/5): - Очень удобное расположение. Все рядом и в пешей доступности. До моря 5-7 минут ходьбы.Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Всегда были готовы помочь решить любые вопросы. Постельное белье чистейшее. Плохая уборка. Убирали ежедневно,но просто поверхностно. Везде была пыль. И в номере был старый кондиционер,который практически не работал. Либо минимально ничего не охлаждая,либо на всю катушку с ужасным грохотом,спать с которым невозможно. В принципе,если убрать эти минусы,то я бы с удовольствием приехала в данный отель ещё раз.

Это лучшие скорее всего номера, другие с видом вплотную на соседнюю стену. Уборка ежедневно, вода, туалетные принадлежности. Отель расположен в центре Санья, но если приехали отдыхать на море, то конечно лучше в додунхай, там курорт с кафешками и музыкой, здесь просто город. Ничего особого
- ELENA (10/5): - К отелю ни одной претензии, все великолепно, подарки при заселении, чистота, комфорт. Сотрудники очень дружелюбны и помогут в любой ситуации. К сожалению, сюда привозят пакетных туристов, которые орут ночью под окнами. Если нужна тишина - просите заселить вас в номер, окна которого выходят во внутренний двор.

- Anna (10/5): - Отель расположен в центре Саньи. Проживали в 3-х местном номере с балконом. В номере есть всё необходимое ( одна двуспальная кровать, одна односпальная, телевизор, интернет, чайник, фен, туалетная комната, шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, зубная паста и щётка, туалетная бумага). Уборка - каждый день. Холодильника в номере нет ( только на первом этаже). Для каждого гостя по одной бутылке воды каждый день доставляли в номер. Вокруг отеля много кафе и магазинов. Большой торговый центр расположен через дорогу от отеля. До моря - 5 минут пешком. Рядом остановки автобусов и трамвая. Прекрасный обслуживающий персонал. Помогал решить любые вопросы. Отель рекомендую.

- Elena (9/5): Отдых в Санье был прекрасным - Расположение шикарное. До море , метров 300. До торгового центра , около 100м. Там есть все. Множество кафешек , с меню на русском языке, продуктовый супермаркет, бутики одежды. Спуститься метров на 300 ниже , торговый ряд жемчуга и сувениров. И с кучей магазинов. Спуститься ещё на 100 м , фруктовый рынок. Все в пешей доступности. Матрас для меня был жестковат. Ну мне кажется , что отель работает в связке с медицинскими центрами , которые находятся в соседних зданиях. Соседнее крыльцо. И он наверное рассчитан для больных. Ну через пару дней к матрасик привыкли
- Leonfilip (10/5): - Расположение, близость к пляжу и к торговому комплексу. На соседней улице автобусная остановка. Рядом много недорогих столовок. С набережной отличный вид на Феникс.
- Makarova (10/5): - Жили в этом отеле 18 дней и остались очень довольны. Местоположение очень удобное: пляж 5-7 минут ходьбы, рядом два торговых центра, много кафе как китайских, так и европейских. Сам отель находится в китайском районе, соответственно туристов не много. Район тихий, спокойный. Напротив отеля есть остановка трамвая и автобуса. Все достопримечательности находятся близко. До Дадунхая (русский район) ехать на автобусе минут 15-20. Отель соответствует заявленным картинкам, номера конечно чуть под уставшие, но все работает. Каждый день была уборка в номере, каждый день меняли полотенца и оставляли бутылки с водой, постельное белье меняют по просьбе. Девочки на ресепшене помогают со всем будь то вопрос по номеру или как добраться до какой-то достопримечательности. Сам хозяин отеля тоже очень доброжелательный. В номерах нет холодильника, но есть 2 общих холодильника на первом этаже, микроволновка есть на верхних этажах. Также есть стиральные машины, чтобы постирать вещи (порошок можно свой или попросить у девочек на ресепшене). Мы остались очень довольны, если приедем на этот остров будем в первую очередь рассматривать данный отель 👍 Такого нет

- natalia (9/5): Отличный вариант для путешественников. Однозначно стоит своих денег. - Отличное месторасположение. Участливый персонал. Удобная кровать. Наличие холодильника и микроволновки. Холодильник чаще мыть. В санузел коврик для ног необходим. Брали номер с балконом, но низ балкона был закрыт вывеской с название отеля, что не позволило нам любоваться городом за завтраком.

- Anastasiia (8/5): - Хорошее расположение, приветливый персонал. Плохая шумоизоляция в номерах, слышно вообще всех кто ходит в коридоре. Уборка посредственная, где-то через дня четыре пребывания уже перестали даже кровать заправлять. Но воду стабильно каждый день давали, полотенца меняли. Неудачное расположение кондиционера, дул прямо на кровати, из-за чего проболели буквально весь отпуск. Без него спать было невозможно, окна балкона выходят на дорогу и стойку, одну ночь промучились, когда совсем плохо себя чувствовали, после пришлось кровати двигать, чтобы хоть немного уйти из под кондиционера. Ну и забронировали номер с одной кроватью, заселили в номер с двумя, но это мелочи, возможно просто не было других вариантов. Приехали поздно, так что решили, что и так сойдет.
- Aleksandra (6/5): В следующий раз будем жить в другом месте - Близко к пляжу и ТЦ с большим супермаркетом Грязно на «кухне» (если это можно так назвать), пользоваться ею невозможно. Очень сильно потрепанный номер (можно было в 3 раза дешевле взять на соседней улице подобное жилье, но по фото решили, что это будет лучше). В фойе стоит сильный запах освежителя воздуха, от которого дурно. Не знаю, как там целый день сидит работница.

Б/п стиралки, вода питьевая ежедневно обнавлялась. . Уборка каждый день. Был небольшой шум от стройки через дорогу, иногда до поздна, и утром.

Пляж, рынок, крупный и другие магазины в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Все понравилось за предложенную цену. Слив воды из душа организован не очень правильно, поэтому вода из совмещенного санузла могла тянуться в комнату-но заходили в санузел в предоставляемых отелем тапочках и оставляли их там, так решили этот вопрос

- Esenya (10/5): Nice clean hotel which deserves 4 stars. - The hotel is really good and clean, excellent location (5 min walk to the beach with a few people only and very clean sand and water) , the owner speaks English and is very helpful. They have their own free washing mashine, which you can use anytime. The rooms are in good condition, everything was working properly, especially the air conditioner. Also very quiet, no noises from other rooms have been heard at all. I will definitely come again. The shop next door is not friendly, the male sales are very rude to foreigners, especially at night, so be ready to walk a bit if you need to buy something.

- Sébastien (10/5): Très bon établissement - La situation géographique très proche de la Baie de Sanya (à pied), le calme dans la chambre avec un petit balcon, le ménage fait tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau gratuite, la mise à disposition d’une machine à laver le linge, la gentillesse du personnel. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les conseils et la sympathie de John, le gérant. C’est une personne qui prend le temps de vous aider avec une réelle bienveillance.
- Иней (7/5): Хороший отель но требуется ремонт. - Главный плюс отеля, это расположение. До пляжа 5мин. , рядом торговый центр и много кафе. Автобусные остановки находятся не далеко. Приятно было получить презент от отеля, а потом ещё и от хозяина прохладительные напитки. Приятно удивила уборка номера, что удивительно для азиатских стран. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. У нас окно выходило на проезжую часть, но в номере было тихо. ( на фото) Не знаю как в других номерах, но наш требовал ремонта. На стенке грибок,( на фото) из-за этого в номере стоял неприятный запах, на стенках отлетела штукатурка,( на фото) у кровати постоянно стояла лужа от кондиционера. ( на фото) Кондиционер уже старенький, что ставили на 25° что на 16° разницы нет. Возможно скоро "картина " изменится. В последний день перед отъездом видели как завозили стройматериалы в отель и внизу был шум от ремонтных работ.

- Jennifer (8/5): Comfort stay - Friendly front desk staff. Room is a little old, but it is clean & of decent size & with a balcony. There is a tram station (Tuan Jie station) just outside the hotel & it leads all the way to Sanya train station at only 3 yuan (for entire tram line). There are amenities within walking distance (convivence store, eateries, mall) & of course the beach. The shower is of very low pressure which might not be enjoyable.

If you don't plan your bath in advance and don't pay attention to where you turn while showering, you will flood the entire bathroom. Apart from that, I had no other problems at this price. The location of the accommodation is good for backpackers. Very close to small and large shops, local and international fast food restaurants (McDonald's), etc., everything can be found in a few minutes. I think public transport is good, with iPhone maps you can plan small and large trips perfectly. The local bus pass can be activated in the Alipay app.

- Yuriy (9/5): Superb - It's nice place! Too many cafes, grossery markets, near the beach. On rhe beach every evening was a lot of activities, dancing, exercises, performances! It is possible to rent a scooter and drive around the city (cost 60 yuan for the whole day.

The manager John was so hospitable and ready to help anytime, he even told me lifehacks and suggested places to visit in Sanya. Thank you guys for making my stay easier! The only slight minus: no fridge in the room
- Alexey (10/5): Exceptional - Magnificent hotel in the second line in Sanya. Time to the beach - 3 minutes. Location is perfect. If you need to get to every point in the city - this is the correct choice. Now about hotel itself. Almost nobody speaks English, but it's not a problem if you have a translator. Staff is very friendly and if you need anything they provide it just in instance. Cleaning everyday, new water everyday, room for storing stuff - for free. Only one part - old wallpaper in our room.

- Guri (9/5): A wonderful place to stay in Sanya - Great location in the city, close to Sanya Bay, and a really good and spacious room. The owner speaks English and helps with everything you need! The shower could need an upgrade, the entire bathroom floor was wet afterwards. Also the doors make a loud sound when they close, which woke me up a few times during my stay. However these were very small issues.

- Rongying (7/5): Good location and clean - We enjoy the great location with lots of choices for breakfast and dinners, supermarket is nearby, a convenient store is just next door. Tram stop is just in front of the hotel, direct to Sanya railway station in less than 30 mins. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Room is the right size for 3 people. Beds are very comfortable and as shown in pictures. One of the receptionists was very cheerful and nice to us. One of the 2 receptionists whom we had was not very friendly. . The WiFi did not work for us.
