• anne (8/5): Great well located apartment - Great location and very comfortable apartment We were on the Elsey St side of the building and the sun/heat in the afternoon made it impossible to use the balcony. I also think some of the basics should be provided, glad wrap, foil and maybe olive oil for starters. Was pleased to see washing powder was though so kudos for that. Some info on local spots would have been great too

• Jane (10/5): - The apartment was great. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. All you needed to cook a simple meal. Good coffee at the Bakery across the road. Bit of a hike to a supermarket as the fine Foods store is pretty pricey.

• Andrew (10/5): High quality and very well maintained. - Great property which is very well run and maintained. Awesome facilities in the room. My only downside was the air conditioning did not run as cold as I would have liked - I think the filters needed cleaning. The manager is very helpful and obviously the whole team takes pride in maintenance and cleanliness. Also there are 3-4 good restaurants very nearby.

• Damon (8/5): - Elsey is very comfortable, and all is kept in great condition. The pool is nice, and I found I was always able to find time to myself there. I did find the aircon not quite up to the task though this didn't impact comfort too much and is likely an easy fix with a simple filter clean. There are shops and a small grocer across the road which was extremely helpful and their produce is top quality. I would go back again.

• Rebel (8/5): Great stay just outside Darwin's CBD - Large balcony overlooking shops with a spacious kitchen/living area. All the facilities you need not to eat out all the time! The pool was also clean and great. The bed wasn't the best - both my husband and I left with sore backs. The washing machine had mould or was really dirty so I didn't use it. The shower definitely needs to be ripped out and re-done but it works.

• Eva (10/5): Best place to stay when visiting Darwin - We loved this accommodation in Parap, a lovely part of Darwin. Instructions on how to enter the appartement were very clear. The appartement was clean, bright and big. The location of Elsey on Parap is AMAZING! On Saturday morning the famous Parap Village Market is from 8 am till 2 pm and this is where all the locals go. Then on Sunday the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market is close by the appartement as well, which is where half of Darwin goes at sunset. And finally, a local at Darwin airport suggested we have dinner at Darwin Trailer Boat Club as it has the best sunsets in Darwin. And that happened to be a 6 minute walk from Elsey on Parap. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Darwin. Nothing, all was great!

• Rhosk (10/5): Will seriously consider returning to Elsey on Parap for our next Darwin trip - what more can one say - Excellent location opposite the Parap Village Shopping precinct and a short drive into Darwin City. Convenient to the airport and most of Darwin's attractions. Easy access to secure carpark. Overall amenities provided are excellent. While the bed was very comfortable the pillows seemed a bit high - admittedly we normally use contour pillows and do not expect these to be provided.

• Irina (7/5): Good - Spacious rooms with open plan kitchen and 2 bathrooms and laundry . The description was exactly as in reality. The location of the compound is close to the Commission houses and in the evening it is not pleasant to have a walk around. Plus the distance to the CBD was longer than expected. It took 8 stops and on Sundays the buses come one per hour . Very inconvenient.

• Janice (10/5): Parap is a nice change to stay away from the city, - The location. Airport & Darwin city only 10 minutes away. Resort was safe, with key access to gated Carpark. Comfortable, very clean, apartment. Nice big balcony, with good outlook to parkland. Enjoyed the Parap Saturday market vibes, just a few steps away from the complex. Good cafes, great local crafts, nice small shops to browse. A lamp in the living area would be a final touch, instead of the harsh overhead lighting.

Elsey on Parap has bee. our family and close friends go to for years now and feels like a second home to us each visit. A short walk from the beach and Parap markets, which we enjoyed on Saturday morning for breakfast.

• Sheree (10/5): What a fabulous place to stay! such a clean and modern apartment in a fantastic location. We look forward to returning. - EVERYTHING! it was so clean, so modern inside and spacious. The pool was very clean and refreshing. It’s in a fabulous location - we dined at the sailing club (walking distance) watched the fabulous sunset and we had breakfast 10m across the road at the Parap Bakery which was delicious. lucky for us, the Parap market was on Saturday Morning and you can’t get a park, so we had the best location. Mindil markets and infinity bar and pool were either a scoot, or less then 5 min drive and about 7 min drive to the water front. we had a wedding at Pee Wees and it was only a $10 Uber ride. we couldn’t reccomened staying here enough
