Each room being unique, choose carefully as to your personal preference for bath/ shower etc. Restaurant served a delicious dinner by an exemplary serveuse named Diana. Check out went smoothly even with some language difficulties. Walking distance, Just around the corner from Boussard domain where we had an excellent tasting amd purchased some lovely Chablis.

They serve cutest breakfast ever! The only thing was missing is a Wi Fi so we had to look for a signal at the other side of the property. If you don’t plan to use WiFi the place is amazing!!!

- J (6/5): - Het is bijzonder ingewikkeld om de eerste keer binnen te komen. De toegang is moeilijk te vinden en vervolgens niet te openen. Het beste is waarschijnlijk te bellen. Het moet je smaak zijn; teveel 'thema' naar mijn smaak. In de kamer was geen douche, alleen een bad; dus zittend in bad douchen. Er was geen aparte badkamer, het natte deel is slechtes .et een gordijn afgeschermd van de rest van de kamer. Er kan goed gegeten worde in in het restaurant. Ontbijt is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk. Het hotel is rustig en gemoedelijk en er is voldoende ruimte om even rustig buiten te zitten.

Surface is loose stones but there were 3 motorbikes present and appeared to handle the surface well. The car park is not covered. Close to the A6 motorway and close to Chablis and Noyers (possible attractions). We can recommend this Auberge highly.

- Peter (2/5): Didn’t stay or get a refund - We arrived to find the hotel shuttered. After about 30 minutes of doing laps and trying to call we reached the hotel by phone. They had been aware of our presence and opened the gate. We learned there would be no restaurant, at the hotel or in the town of Nitry (barr an awful grocery store with takeaway pizza). We also learned we would be the only people staying and were left a phone number in case of emergency as the hotel would be unmanned. We decided to leave as we werent comfortable staying alone in a big old rambling hotel. We requested a refund and have not had a response.

L’intérieur est celui d’une très belle demeure décoré avec goût, les plafonds en voûte. Les escaliers étroits créés une atmosphère particulière : on se sent très rapidement chez soi. Quant au restaurant : une excellente table : c’est fin , c’est goûteux, savoureux ! A recommander +++

- Marc (10/5): Belle bâtisse bien située dans le Chablisien - Belle bâtisse, bien située dans le Chablisien et admirablement restaurée. Les chambre sont confortables, bien chauffées même si la plus petite est plutôt petite, mais la literie et la douche sont agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est de très bonne facture avec des produits régionaux et pour certains bio (notamment le miel, un pur délice). Le personnel est sympathique. Le restaurant mérite le détour : certains plats ont bien travaillés (le lapin et le desserts aux fruits à coque, par exemple).

A beautiful old building wonderfully and sympathetically restored and modernised provided a simple but very comfortable en-suite room. - Tammy (10/5): Rustic, Romantic, Authentic, Beautiful - We found Auberge de la Beursaudiere 15 years ago while heading to the South of France, staying for less than 24hrs. WE NEVER FORGOT and finally returned for a week's stay 2 weeks ago. Serge, the owner, has a wonderful place to base yourself out of for a week of exploring Burgundy. The hotel is amazing, so romantic! It's like being in a little oasis. The staff is amazing and the morning breakfast, complete with soft boiled eggs, out of the oven croissants, fresh bread and cheeses make for a great way to start your day. The hotel's restaurant is icing on the cake, with fabulous service and food. The location, right off the A6, makes for an easy drive Dijon or Beaune. Comfortable day trips through medieval villages and rolling farmland will have you at the Abby Fontenay, Caves of Arcy-sur-Cure, Chablis and Chateau de Guedelon. If you are anywhere near Nitry, whether passing by or looking to explore Burgundy you will not go wrong with a stay at Auberge de la Beursaudiere!

- A.E.D. (10/5): - if you're driving thru France, looking for "off-the-beaten-path" villages to visit, this is one right off route A6 about halfway between Paris and Lyon. The hotel is charmingly filled with antiques, and the restaurant is excellent.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Wonderful dinner in their restaurant. I had a vegetarian salad and goat cheese plate that was terrific. All the staff are helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a farm setting, nice and quiet area.
- John (8/5): Quirky hotel with great atmosphere - Great place for a stopover en route to somewhere else. Great restaurant for dinner and very good breakfast. It was very hot during our stay and a fan would have been great in our bedroom as the hotel doesn't have aircon. Great staff.
