- Hervé (10/5): Parfait comme toujours - Tout a été parfait lors de notre 3ième séjour dans cet hotel. L'accueil est très professionnel et gentil, de même pour le service du petit déjeuner ou du diner. La chambre était très propre et entretenue chaque matin. La localisation est juste parfaite (au pied des pistes, départ de Mottaret, ski au pied). Pour chipoter : Une rénovation de l'espace fitness (impossible de courir sur le tapis avec la chaleur du spa) et du sous sol en général. Pensez à vérifier la note des boissons à la fin du séjour car nous avons eu des consommations en trop (peut être inclure une vérification plus stricte lors de la signature des bons ?).

Gym was opened for me at early morning with a purpose to please a customer. Thank you very much for your understanding. Staff made a lot of efforts to service every demanding client in the Hotel. Their sauna is really small and ought to be renovated.

Nice dinners and lovely bar area Hotel tired, not as it looks on website or instagram etc. shower over bath in rooms which is fine if we were told. Broken boot warmers in lockers, told staff but did nothing about it. Tried to charge extra for children id already stated were coming when I booked. They didn’t charge in the end as argued with them about it. Very expensive for a tired hotel. £8500 for 4 nights. Won’t be booking again. Spa is basically a cold pool and a sauna. Not very nice experience. Service very slow in restaurants. Only Diego was great

Das gesamte Hotel sowohl die allgemeinen Bereiche als auch die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Innenbereich könnte das Hotel durchaus ein Facelift vertragen. Auch der gesamte Wellnessbereich wäre dringend neu zu überdenken/zu renovieren. Im Badezimmer wäre es schon Vorteil wenn man beim duschen nicht gleich das ganze gesamte Badezimmer – mangels irgendeiner Abtrennung des Duschbereichs zum restlichen Badezimmer – einer Wäsche unterzieht.

- Andrew (4/5): Great location, but over priced and dated. - Location was extremely good, Breakfast was pretty limited and often ran out of some items, which got replenished after asking... no one seemed to ask if we required items other than the buffet. The room was small compared to what I have experienced in the past from other hotels in the area, and expensive drinks in the bar. The price was overpriced for the quality, and sometimes there was a lack of staff to assist, but there were some very helpful ones who seemed to cover for those at reception.

Personeel in het hotel was vriendelijk maar onervaren en niet goed getraind (met name in het restaurant). Dat past niet bij de prijs van het hotel. Het zwembad en de wellness waren wat shabby. Zwembad was koud.

Alles is er goed behoudens een aantal details, wat puntjes bij het ontbijt kunnen beter en de spa is wat verouderd (maar wel netjes). Het ontbijt was goed maar de bereikbaarheid van 'ham/kaas/zalm' was niet goed of kan minstens beter. Aanrader, een gekoelde presenteer'toog' waarop de borden met kaas/ham/zalm/groenten/fruit staan. Voor de rest, heel leuk goed hotel en goede sfeer, vriendelijke staff en medewerkers.

- benyamin (10/5): It was absolutely great! - The location is unbelievable! That’s how ski In/out should be with a great variety of ski lifts in front your door. Second- the staff were amazing!!! In every aspect: reception, restaurant, ski shop….. you name it. No jacuzzi (in spite publication…). But few sauna’s and the heated pool were perfect.

- BENJAMIN (8/5): - I would advice any visitor who have back issues to stay away from this property since the beds are pretty precarious. Our bed was very soft and bounce and the mattress springs could be felt in your body and face when laying down. Everuthing else is as spected. Great location for ski in-out.

Food was superb and staff very friendly Rooms were very hot at night and unless you opened balcony door (which in our case took you to a shared balcony), there were no windows to cool room down. The Lobby quite spacious, rooms spacious by European standards, the dining is superb, 3 restaurants in hotel with large patio service, superb profession service, and the chef preparations for dinner exquisite, gymn, pool, sauna etc. Staff very friendly and professional, would return. & best of all SKI IN/SKI OUT !!! For us skiers. Magical vacation for my wife & I.

Wonderful hotel, great location right on the slopes, we all loved it. I have to say that the best thing however was the service and the staff. They were highly professional, helpful and made our stay such an easy experience. Very impressed all round. Some of the rooms may seem slightly dated, though it gives something of a rustic charm. That said some more sockets and charging points are always helpful these days.

My room had nice views to Mont Vallon and friendly staff. Decoration was cozy. Breakfast was fair. Road to the entrance was a bit damaged and we had problem approaching with the car.

- Michael (10/5): - Fabulous location with direct access to Plattieres, Pas du Lac and Combes ski lifts. Staff all amazing. And don’t miss the walk around the lake Tueda and forests - literally 5 minute walk from the hotel.

- Kgomelsky (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location with access to all three valleys right from the hotel. Nice cozy hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely come back here again. Only quibble is breakfast needs more variety.
- Stephen (8/5): Overall, a very nice hotel in a nice ski area, if all a little expensive. - Lounge was lovely, food was very good Breakfasts were good and the staff were mostly excellent. The boot room and the walk to our room were both a little scruffy and could do with an upgrade. The bath/shower arrangement wasn't great and we would prefer and stand up shower/curtain arrangement. As above. Just a few upgrades. Also didn't like the pricing in the lounge...a Gin was €14...and that I can handle but the price of the accompanying tonic was outrageous. Finally, I brought a rental car and although your website (from memory) said there was parking, they didn't say it was €30 a day, which is too much, at the very least this should be disclosed on the website.

- Edward (10/5): Exceptional - The location is absolutely perfect for skiing. Practically ski-in, ski-out. The rooms are clean, very comfortable beds. Service is impeccable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Decent breakfast. Excellent price/value combination. Stayed in this hotel 9 years in the raw, will definitely stay again. Nothing not to like)
