• Wiebke (5/5): Enttäuschend,offensichtlich lange vor Buchung bekannter Mangel. - Lage direkt an vielbefahrener Strasse. Baulärm in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ab 8.00 Uhr morgens.Der Bau war sicher seit wochen/Monaten dem Vermieter bekannt.Er hat darauf erst 3 Tage vor Abreise hingewiesen per mail.Er hat zwar die Stornierung angeboten,aber in der Osterwoche war in der Kürze kein geeignetes,vergleichbares Quartier findbar.Eine Preisreduzierung wegen des Baulärms,der schon um 8.00Uhr und nicht erst um 9.00 Uhr,wie vom Vermieter angegeben begann,wurde von ihm abgelehnt.In der Anzeige bei booking fand sich kein Hinweis auf die Bautätigkeit direkt neben den Schlafräumen der Wonung.Dort wurde ein Neibau errichtet.Sicherlich seit langem dem Vermieter bekannt.

• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful apartment with lovely pool and roof terrace in great location. - Really great apartment in Santa Catalina, lovely pool and outdoor space, comfy beds, great showers, very clean. Close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and easy walk to restaurants and little shops in Santa Catalina. After 4 nights in a hotel it was lovely to have our own space and not have to compete for sun beds! It was all great - if I was being picky there could be a few more plates/ cups. It's a 20 min walk into central Palma which was longer than I thought, but it was fine, and we got a cab back in the evening which was just 6 euros!

The outside space is lovely and the pool a pleasure to be in. The accommodation is exceptional and located just a short walk from the centre of Palma. Loved it! Julio was a brilliant host and we felt very well looked after.

Our host was extremely helpful even booking a taxi for us in order to get to a wedding on time. There was a little road noise.

Die Lage ist perfekt – Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und der eigene Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Ruheoase, die wir sehr empfehlen können. -

• Anna (9/5): En underbar oas i Palma - Vi hade en riktigt härlig vistelse. Huset var perfekt för en familj på fyra med två tonåringar, bra planerad med två sovrum med anslutande badrum. Den härliga uteplatsen med poolen var mycket uppskattad. Från lägenheten är det gångavstånd till det mesta. Värden, Julio var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående.

The neighborhood is peaceful yet close enough to Palma’s vibrant center, so you get the best of both worlds. The house itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, a cozy atmosphere, and a sunlit terrace perfect for slow mornings. The host was warm and welcoming, making it feel more like visiting friends than renting a place.

• Susan (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at Casa en Son Espanyolet. - We had a fantastic stay at Casa en Son Espanyolet. Julio, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and the communication we had with him was excellent. The property was modern and well maintained. We particularly liked the private pool and the outside space available where we could sunbathe and relax. We also liked the fact that extra things were provided to make our stay even better eg. drinks in the fridge, coffee pods, biscuits, slippers, pool towels, pegs and drying rack etc. We walked to all the main attractions in Palma and to varying restaurants. Shops were just a few minutes walk away for groceries which was great. It was all pretty much perfect but if I was to make a suggestion it would be for more a few more utensils in the kitchen eg. a couple more sharp knives, extra oven tray, slotted spatula, collander or something to drain food through. This is just a minor thing though and did not detract from our wonderful stay. We would definitely like to return in the future.

We loved the pool, outdoor dining area, and the terrace! Julio was a great host, if we had any questions, he answered them in a very timely manner. • Brogan (10/5): Little paradise!!! - Our stay at Son Espanyolet was one of the best experiences ever. We were getting married in Son Berga and based ourselves at the stunning villa. The location was amazing, the villa itself is absolutely spotless. The photos don’t actually do the place justice as it’s even more amazing in person. Villa is well equipped and we were given juice/milk/beers on arrival. Julio is one of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered and really hope to stay here again in the future.

• Eunhee (8/5): Very good - Private balcony and terrace. We didn't have enough time to enjoy that, but it was good to have them. Kitchen appliances are good, too. We enjoyed capsule coffee every morning. Thanks. Only shampoo was there. no soap nor conditioner. And the room temperature was little bit low. Even in Palma, we need warm duvet in early January. But we had only thin blanket and heater was not warm enough. Except that, mostly it was nice vacation home to stay. Thanks
